Having a full size refrigerator and three beds in the bedroom was nice.
After I booked I called a week ahead and I believe it was the manager who told me there will be a crib waiting for us which I was told they don't have cribs when I got there and told me there was a family restaurant within walking distance of which there wasn't but there was a liquor store across the street. The entire place smelled of marijuana and other street drugs and there was no continental breakfast or any facilities that might be good for a family. There was filthy old food all over the floor especially behind furniture and under the beds like it had never been vacuumed or cleaned and there were old crusty stains on the chairs in the room as well as a hot lamp directly below the coat hangers so we couldn't even hang up our coats. The bathroom didn't have a vent fan and it was moldy and had obviously not been cleaned with dripping dried pee all over the place as well as questionable stains all over the walls that had obviously not been wiped off and soap from previous people not only around the shower enclosure but on the curtain that had not been changed. The hot and cold water had been switched so one of the kids got hurt before we found out about it because they tried to use the bathroom. We had a family of six and our stay was 2 days and we were only allowed one coffee pod and two bath towels and told if we want to clean bath towels we would have to bring the two down that we had to trade them for two more. People staying there seem to be much nicer than any employee. Trying to check out I literally had to abandon my keys at the counter and grab coffee and leave because what seems like the manager had a bad night saying some possible past employee called over 80 times and she wanted to go to her house and beat them up. This is definitely not a family place and please do not take your family here! It was so disgusting dirty we were just grateful that the bed sheets seemed clean. I feel robbed of my money.

Most dirtiest place have ever seen

Was up and running too early for breakfasts there
Pet owners were put in the back wing, couch smelled like dog pee. Room was not as clean as expected, found opened soap wrappers in the bathroom. Thin walls and loud music not a great mix. At entrace/exit doors there were always people milling around smoking in front of door (and not just cigarettes).

The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. It was nice to have coffee on the lobby when I left. The price was low so you get what you pay for.
No face towels in the room, ceiling in bathroom missing large tile, chipped paint throughout the hotel and staff don't even say hello or smile when you pass them in the hall.

Wasn’t in a busy area which was nice.
Trash in the parking lot. When we came back to our room the first night there were people sitting in our hallway drinking beer. Walls are extremely thin so when the room next to us decided to crank up music at 8am it sounded like it was right in our room. Had a guy knocking on my door at 2:30am and when I asked what he wanted he said he must have the wrong room. So clearly anyone can get into the hotel easily. Facility itself isn’t bad but the type of people that hang around give it an extremely unsafe feel.

The beds were really comfortable, it was a nice spacious room and I really liked the big windows.
I didn’t like being smacked in the face by weed stench the minute you leave the office, finding marajuana on my floor, coming back to my room from visiting our friends later in the evening to find someone bringing back a “lady of the night” the way people leave mats hanging out the doors to keep them propped open for whoever to come in and out and finding random body hairs in my towels. Also the tv channels were next to nothing but I guess it is what it is.

The location was ok. The river and damn behind the hotel were rough. The place requires a good deal of cosmetic work, but the linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. Cable TV at this location is quite limited. Staff were courteous and competently took care of the water problem we had when the room above us overflowed their bathtub. For the price, the quality was a bit better than expected.
The grounds surrounding the building.

The 2- queen room was nice and had included tv, fridge, and microwave. The deluxe queen room was very spacious with a pull out sofa.
People complain about stupid things about the property. In reality you get what you pay for. It’s a great value for a place to stay.

the bed was fairly comfy.
oh boy. the whole hotel smelled like weed. my room smelled like male BO mixed with the most horrendous amount of cat pee I have ever smelled. the pee was all in the carpet - anything that touched the carpet smelled like cat pee after. it wasn’t clean. there were pubes in the toilet and shower. someone’s hat in the entry way. stains all around. the window didn’t open for fresh air and there was no bathroom fan.
