• Home sleeps up to 8 with a maximum of 6 adults
•Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
•Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
•These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.
This home can accept 2 small dogs (under 20lbs) or 1 medium dog (60lbs max) and must abide by our pet policy. Nightly pet fees, per pet, apply.
Relax in this classic beach home while enjoying the upgrades of a fresh remodel. This three bedroom, two bath Morro Bay beach home is located just a short block to the beach. Take an easy stroll down to the sand for a day at the beach and retreat to the home to spend evenings soaking up sunsets from the large patio. The open layout of the kitchen and living areas are perfect for spending time with your family and friends. You will love all of the fine details put into remodeling this home and making it your next home away from home.
Home Features:
The master bedroom has a queen bed and adjoining bathroom with a step-in shower
The second bedroom has a king bed
The third bedroom has a queen size bed
The living room features a large flatscreen TV, fireplace and full size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space
The main shared hall bath has a walk in shower with built in Bluetooth speakers
The back patio is private, has an outdoor shower, and includes a propane BBQ
Full size washer and dryer available
Important items to note:
No garage access, cars must park in the driveway
This home is only equipped with 1 TV in the living room
Both bathrooms feature step in showers, no bathtub in the home.
No Smoking.
Primary Renter must be at least 21 years of age, per city ordinance.
This home can accept 2 small dogs (both under 20lbs) or 1 medium dog (60lbs max) and must abide by our pet policy. Nightly pet fees, per pet, apply.
URelax Vacation Rentals welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.
