House served it's purpose for a large group, but .there were issues. For starters is the elevator. One of the members of our group has severe mobility issues. Only can navigate with the help of a walker or wheelchair, much less navigate stairs. The elevator did not work for the the first 24 hours. As my wife and I were hosting the trip, we had the master bedroom on the main floor, which we had to forfeit for the first night to accommodate the elevator issue. It was fixed the second day. This required a service call. Around the house lights did not work, bathroom fans did not work, the balcony for the master was structurally unsound, furniture was broken and patched with packing tape. After the first night all the beds had to be stripped and washed as they were full of sand. The kitchen sinks needs replacing, and the interior needs repainting. More to mention but you get the idea. But we were all together as family and that made the trip enjoyable. Stove, oven and refrigerators were great.

Size and bedrooms were great for our family. One dishwasher did not work. Leaked in one bedroom, kitchen, and porch when it rained. Tv in bedroom did not work. Dryer took forever to dry clothes.

House is very accomodating. The walk to the beach is not ideal. I did give 5 stars because apparently I did not read very closely. I thought the boardwalk was straight from house to beach. This is what I have always been used to. It was very helpful that we were able to keep our beach stuff on the beach overnight. If this had not been the case the entire week would have been awful. With kids you have a lot to take to beach each day.

The house was clean. The elevator was a nice addition. There was no dish towels or pot holders in the kitchen. There was no indoor pool or fitness center that I could find as advertised. Hopefully a few things we pointed out will be fixed.

I was pleased with the room setup!

The stay was nice as far as the amount of space with 7 beds and baths. The unit was reasonably clean but the only downfall was a little ran down and not at its full potential. A little maintenance it could make this a great place. The manager of the property was responsive to fix the A/C in a timely manner and those units looked fairly new.

Such a beautiful property! Plenty of room, clean, and quiet location.
Highly recommend

Stayed here for a spring break trip! The location was absolutely perfect! House had a lot of room and was great for a big group. Appreciated all dishes, large pots and pans, and multiple appliances made meal times a breeze! Very responsive!!

The house is well maintained and clean, and Rafi responded within hours to our questions and requests, sending over a repair person within 24 hours for a couple of minor issues. Rafi has even offered to mail an item we left. Great experience. The elevator was a huge hit!

A great property with views of the dunes and ocean. Plenty of space for 15 people, but room for more. Loved that every room had its own bathroom. Two refrigerators made for plenty of space for the food we brought. Kitchen ample size with 2 dishwashers and ice maker. Enough dishes for everyone as long as dishwashers were run. Nice deck for ocean-gazing and dolphin-watching, with plenty of seating. Short walk along the boardwalk to the beach. Shower at bottom of stairs for rinsing sandy feet. Elevator works as long as all the doors on each floor are closed.

Overall very good. Access to beach very good. The walkway to beach needs to be blown off periodically to make access with wagons and ice chests more easily accessible. There are spots of mold on ceilings in house. This needs to be tended to. The kitchen could be stocked with more varied sized pots and pans for cooking and serving. Beds were very comfortable and bedroom/bath combos were very nice for large groups. Really enjoyed the ice maker. Overall, all the good definitely out ways the few bad things. We are planning to book again.

This property has an elevator that is useful for heavy items and elderly members of the family. It is small and will not move without someone inside, so you will only use it when you really need it. Ground floor has parking, elevator access, stair access, and an extra refrigerator. Floors 1-3 all have back decks with a direct view of the beach over the small dunes. Kitchen had 2 coffee pots and one Keurig. The 1st floor kitchen refrigerator includes a freezer drawer.

The house is older and not quite as clean and new as the pictures show. The Wi-Fi kept coming and going. The living space and front deck are smaller than the pictures lead you to believe. We were a large group so it was a bit tight when we cooked dinner together and hung out all together. But you can’t beat the location. It was an easy walk to the beach and we were able to come and go from the house as needed. Plenty of parking and spots for people to sleep. Just wish it had been cleaner. Four stars because of location.

Enchanted Dunes is a lovely well kept house. There were 23 of us and a lot of room, however we did have to use 2 double bliw up beds because of the way the way the rooms/beds were configured. The only big problem was the elevator. It was very unpredictable and we had to walk up many times.
The home itself was very nicely decorated. The back porch was awesome—many chairs to spend time sitting and visiting with the wonderful Gulf breeze. Definitely recommend.

My family had a nice stay. The overall aesthetic appearance could have been better. Repairs are needed on blinds and the outdoor grill needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. The refrigerator on the bottom floor smelled of fish. We found clothes and toys scattered outside, in closets, and under beds that make you question the cleaning process. Great views! Steps away from the boardwalk. Adequate kitchen supplies. We could not get the Bose sound system to work. There are TVs in every room; however, it appeared that the programming needed to be reset because we could only get half of them to work. The outdoor pool code provided did not work, but another guest shared his code. The indoor pool did not require a code for entrance.

We stayed here with extended family so we had multiple couples. Love that each room has its own bathroom. Very convenient. Location was great. Beach was a little more crowded than we expected since the house sits amongst condo buildings which is hard to see ands get from description. House is at the point where it needs some attention to little cosmetic details that could probably cause some bad reviews. Not deal breaker for us though. Property manager was quick to take care of issues when we contacted him. We’d stay here again for sure! Loved the covered deck. We spent a ton of time sitting and enjoying the view and conversations there. Overall a great property.

The house was exactly as described and Rafi was always quick to respond. The kitchen was well stocked, the house accommodated an extended family of 16 and the proximity to the ocean was perfect! The beach was close enough that we were able to walk home for lunch and breaks without feeling like it was a chore.
I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness, but that was due to the outside of the property between houses that must’ve had messy guests.

Ft Morgan family trip
We did have a great trip! My mom is in a wheelchair and she used the elevator daily. Make sure you follow the instructions precisely :) she stayed in the upstairs room with twin beds b/c the other bathrooms had very narrow doors. She was able to sit on a bench in the tub to make the bathroom work to transfer from wheelchair to tub chair that we brought. The house even had two ramps for us to use!! The view is wonderful and the house is right on the beach. But there were some issues with the house and the neighborhood. The house is VERY dated. The sink in the kitchen needs to be replaced (it looks 50 years old) and the living room furniture needs to be updated and more comfortable. There were TONS of ants and they tried to remedy the situation with a maintenance guy and a spray from Lowe’s. That didn’t work. There are MANY beds, so that’s good. But some of the rooms shouldn’t really have 2 beds because they were too small and then you couldn’t open the blinds or balcony door. There are condos in the subdivision so the area was really crowded, and people don’t respect the “don’t put your big tent right in front of mine” etiquette rule. It is far from gulf shores, but not secluded b/c of the high rise condos. The board walk needs to be fixed because it’s hard to walk on b/c of how much sand came up. We made lots of wonderful memories, but won’t be staying here again.

Great Family House
As our family has grown and married and had children - we now consist of 7 ‘families’ with 13 adults and 6 grandchildren. Each trip we assign one bedroom per ‘family’. One family has 3 children and we were able to put a portable crib in the bedroom with 2 queen beds - and it worked well. Really nice having on-suite bathrooms for each bedroom also.
The beach is easy access by the boardwalk, there is plenty of parking - and the second refrigerator is definitely a plus. I can not comment on the pool as we never made it there.
We loved that the porch has a lot of seating.
Raji, the property manager, was quick to respond with any questions and very helpful.
We will definitely look into renting this property again.

Fabulous Family Friendly House
The property was as described and pictured. Each bedroom had an en suite bath double vanities. The views from the balconies were stunning!
The extra fridge made cooking for a crowd doable. It was the perfect space to gather with family and friends for a 50th Birthday celebration.
The owner was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. His response time was unbelievably fast.
We would definitely rent this wonderful home again!

Amazing location
Great property for a large family, or a couple families sharing the house. Our ages ranged from 1 yr to my wife and I in our 60's. Everyone had a blast. Very quiet area. 8 miles to the nearest convenience store, 19 miles to the nearest grocery store. But being out in the beauty of the area was worth it. Restaurant/bar is right across the street though, so that was nice as well. The nearby fort is also an interesting place to explore.

Large & spacious home on the beach
Overall nice property. It does have a few maintenance issues but nothing to keep us from renting again. Beaches are crowded due to high rises on the property. Boardwalk is in need of repairs. Manager was very attentive. Elevator is great for loading and unloading. Would stay again.

Wonderful Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Enchanted Dunes! We absolutely love this location! Our group of 18 had plenty of room to spread out and also room to gather and share meals or play games in the evenings. We loved being beachfront and having access to the pool as well.

Great Vacay!
We had 12 people in this beautiful home and had more than enough room. Kitchen is fully furnished and has everything you need to dine in. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is a real plus! Each bedroom has a balcony which we loved. The elevator was a huge benefit with my elderly parents and moving luggage and coolers. Plenty of parking spots! We had a wonderful time!
Rafi, the Property Manager is very attentive and answered my questions immediately.

Lots of Sweet Memories
Our group of 8 adults and 11 young children had a great time at this property. The house was clean and accommodations perfect for our group. The proximity to the beach was IDEAL! The area is still recovering from a past hurricane, but this property was in working order. We had a few minor issues but the owner was quick to reply to our concerns and troubleshoot as able.

The home is nice and spacious, clean and accommodating for large group.
The home of as good for our group however, the location was not the most amenable. We had to travel about 18 miles in from the main Gulf Shore attractions. At times traffic can be held up which made one way trips about 30 minutes.

Good location, large number of beds
The location was lovely, very private though far out from shops and restaurants. The community needs some major work — boards and railing on boardwalk to beach destroyed and half buried under sand with missing boards and holes, trash cans and trash overflowing along with debris scattered everywhere even the dunes. We arrived to check-in at specified time of 4pm and due to cleaning team couldn’t enter for nearly 2 hours..... And then the inside was still not very clean. Given the $619 cleaning fee and the higher than average nightly rate I was not expecting mismatched random furniture with stains ... or hairs on pillowcases and comforters ... or trash inside Bedroom drawers ... Or food debris in Kitchen drawers ... or black mold on the sink Ledge by faucet ... or dried cheese or splattered pancake batter on cabinets and chairs ... Just needs a major deep cleaning and possibly some basics like the TV in living room should work and the doors at front and back are leaking so the floor got wet.
Long story short it simply seems the community needs a major week of repair as does the house — and a deep cleaning/update to be worthy of the high price — but the bones are there. Just used to getting a bit nicer when paying this rate. Family had a good time at beach and pool.
Lots of bedroom / bed space. Nice to sit on porch, lots of chairs.

Great Overall Experience
Myself and a group of 15 others rented this property and we had an amazing experience. The property manager was very attentive and communicative leading up to and during the trip. The house was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location right next to the beach. It is in a safe, isolated area, which allows for privacy. It is somewhat far from a major grocery store, but this did not highly influence our experience. I would highly recommend this house!
