Our mother was born and raised in Pwllheli and for her 80th birthday the family, 9 of us, wanted to bring her back so she could visit her old haunts and rekindle old friendships. We found this wonderful property that surpassed all our expectations. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped, even a jacuzzi. We had a delightful stay only enhanced by the wonderful hosts at No12. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to plan a holiday for a large group.

Lovely house, very central
The house has been renovated very nicely, and is well equipped. The road is noisy, and the car park is now over £5 per day and the only real option for parking. All else was good and it worked well for us to walk around town rather than driving in.

Beautiful stay and a great weekend
Loved our weekend away at at number 12! Beautiful house, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen, everything was provided for cooking and eating and the welcome basket was very well received! The hot tub was fantastic, easy to use and to play music ect, the property is in walking distance of the shops and bars and is not far from abersoch ect so a good base to explore from! Would love to come again!

Fantastic house
The house was a perfect base for a group of 8 of us to explore the golf courses of North Wales. All the bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was kitted out with everything we needed. The hot tub a massive bonus for resting tired legs after a long day on the links.

Home from home
We have had a lovely week at Number Twelve with the family. The property is really lovely and has everything you would need, it was perfectly clean on arrival and the beds really comfy and plenty of space.
We really enjoyed having the hot tub to relax in in the evenings.
Our main reason for our trip was to do the zip wire at Zip world which was about an hour drive away so great location for what we need.

Amazing!
Our stay was better than we could have hoped for! The house was perfect! We even squeezed all 8 adults into the cinema room for a movie night! The location was spot on with the beach being so close and so many facilities near by. Perfect location. The house is just as beautiful in real life as it is in the pictures. Thank you for letting us hire your property it was a great experience! Would definitely recommend!

Spacious and stylish home
Very comfortable house, with very spacious rooms throughout (including all 5 bedrooms). Recently redecorated, so in great condition and everything was pristine. Appreciated the host leaving some basics (eggs, butter and fresh bread) for us, so we didn't need to race to the shops for breakfast supplies. We stayed during a heat wave, so needed the windows open at night to try and cool the rooms down, which meant we were woken by the loud traffic very early each day (the house is directly on the main road through the town). However, despite the noise, we really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this house and its responsive hosts.

Gorgeous house, fantastic location for exploring.
There were 2 families, 4 adults & 5 children under 6. The house was ideal and so well equipped for us. Even things like the travel cots had really thick comfy mattresses, 2 ikea high chairs, childrens books to read, baby toys, a hand blender, washer-dryer...you name it, it was there! The hot tub was big and loads of fun too, perfect for winding down after a busy day. Pwllheli was great for stocking up on supplies as it had plenty of supermarkets and shops. The location was the perfect base. We did Criccieth, Abersoch, Aberdaron, Morfa Nefyn, Llanfair, Llanbedrogg and lunch at the local yacht club as well as a BBQ on the beach in the evening. We also booked in for a spa morning at the Warren (while the dads took the children to the Rabbit Farm :) ). So much to do for families and a beautiful, well equipped house. Perfect!

Week away
The house was lovely, very well equipped and comfortable, lots of space. Water pressure good for the all the showers. The house is located on a main road so some traffic noise can be heard. Overall a great property for a week away. Good location for walking to the beach or short drive to Criccieth or Abersoch

Spotlessly clean & well maintained holiday home
From booking to arriving the house was as perfect as the photos. Lots of mod cons to assist with a family stay away including the hot tub which was a bonus! The property was well maintained & spotlessly clean. The house is on a busy main street but parking is available at the back of the property (charges apply) & short 2 min walk away.

Lovely house!
A lovely house with everything you need. Very comfortably accommodated a large group. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The communication throughout the booking was excellent. The only downside was the road got quite noisy at times but otherwise would recommend.

Most amazing experience!
From the process of booking to checking in and then checking out we had a perfectly amazing experience! The property owners were so helpful with any concerns we had and also the property itself was so well equipped and had everything we could possibly need! The whole group had enough space and the location was ideal so meant we could walk to most places! We are already planning our next stay!! Thank you Number 12!

Fabulous house
Beautiful large property. Bedrooms were dressed lovely, very comfortable beds and lovely fluffy towels provided at end of each bed. 2 large modern bathrooms and 2 ensuites. The kids loved the fact they had their own cinema room to watch TV. Really big dining table which meant we could all eat together. This property has everything you would need and more!!! Car park at rear costs £2 per day. Property right in centre near shops etc. We had a drive out and visited all the different beaches too. We would definitely recommend 👌 x

Sunny, relaxing mid- week break
We enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully equipped and tastefully decorated house. Every detail seemed to be catered for, from washing line for wet costumes after using the hot-tub, to Nespresso coffee machine. The house itself was ideal for our two families, with the children being able to enjoy the cinema room, giving the adults a little time to enjoy a glass of wine on the patio very handy location to visit the stunning coast line and abersoch and portmeirion in particular.

5 star holiday house
We had an amazing experience in this house. We were surprised with all the stuff they provided for the costumers - specially in the kitchen. Easily, you can spend a month there, because you can do everything you usually do at home.
The hot tub is amazing as well.
The car park behind the house is very easily accessible and cheap (around £2 per day).
Very happy to recommend it for friends and family. Much better than staying in hotels.
Thank you for provide us an amazing weekend :-)

Stunning newly refurbished property
My family and I had a fantastic and sunny few days staying at the house. The house has been
renovated to a very high standard and we were nicely surprised at just how homely and comfortable
it is. My children loved their room and especially the amazing bath on the top floor which has views
over the harbour! The showers were all brilliant, particularly after the days we spent on the beaches
at Pwllheli, Llanbedrog and Aberdaron. We didn’t make it to Morfa Nefyn or Abersoch but those are
on our list for next time we visit! We were a small group but the downstairs space is really big and
open plan so we all had plenty of space. The hottub was a real luxury and there was loads of hanging
space outside for wetsuits and towels. We explored Pwllheli town and found really interesting
independent shops to support as well as bigger supermarkets – everything you could need on your
doorstep but the house is tucked away from the hustle and bustle. I was a bit concerned about
parking but it is right at the back of the house and there is a really easy parking app so parking is just
around £2 pounds each day. We will be back!
