Look no further, this is where you want to stay.

Great location, very comfortable apartment that suited our needs quite nicely. Wonderful communication from the hosts before, during and after. Highly recommend.

As authentic as it can be

The location is great - it’s very close to some nice restaurants, the sea and a parking garage, which the host booked for us in advance. This is a very old town, so if you expect to be able to park your car there - it won’t happen, so having a parking garage that close was very convenient. The apartment is in an old building, so things like the entrance being a narrow and quite steep staircase, windows being low and ceiling being wooden planks might like unusual, but that makes the place authentic, which I personally love. What I liked the most is a very comfortable sofa as well as the amount of charging cables in both bedrooms. I always carry quite a few adapters and cables with me, but here it was unnecessary.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t really like. The place wasn’t sparkling clean and there is some trash trucks making noises very late, but that is the process to pay if you want to stay in such an old town with narrow streets. It applies to any apartment in there, so there is definitely nothing really wrong with this one.

We had a great time in a lovely apartment that had everything you can need for a great holiday.

Location and airy feel to property. Excellently equipped and we were very impressed.

Steep steps at property entrance may make it difficult for some. Air conditioning unit in lounge not as good as bedroom units. Dining table needs fixing - loose leg. Overall though these are small observations to assist making property perfect for future guests.

Superbe appartement à 2 pas de tout et idéal pour une petite famille

Chouette déco dans un grand appartement idéalement situé dans le centre historique Ortigia sans être bruyant pour autant. 2 vraies chambres et un salon. L'appartement est très bien équipé.

Schöner Urlaub hat alles gepasst bis auf die Parkplatzsuche.

Tolle Lage. Schöne Zimmer. Ausstattung super. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Nur sollte man bedenken, dass es bis ca. 24 Uhr noch etwas laut sein könnte. Unterhalb ist ein Lokal. Parkplatz sollte man sich vorher anschauen/organisieren bzw. mieten.

Appartamento top

Appartamento molto comodo e funzionale, pulito e ben tenuto. Noi eravamo 4 e lo spazio era perfetto. A disposizione bottiglie d'acqua e cialde caffè. Sui comodini di una delle due stanzei ci sono dock station con 4 prese USB, davvero un'ottima e pratica idea. Bagno ampio, con doccia e lavandino doppio.l'accesso all'appartamento è inizialmente tramite codice (poi una volta entrati sono disponibili anche le chiavi) e questa procedura rende il check-in molto snello e comodo/indipendente. Trovandosi in zona ZTL è possibile arrivare in auto solo per scaricare i bagagli e poi si va a parcheggiare fuori ZTL (noi abbiamo parcheggiato al Talete: nonostante appaia un po' degradato, non abbiamo avuto alcun danno all'auto). Molto funzionale anche la comunicazione via whatsapp con Antonio, che è stato molto preciso e sollecito con ottime indicazioni per diverse cose.

Gorgeous apartment in beautiful location, with fabulously helpful host

Perfect location, trendy decor, comfortable beds and practical kitchen.

The shower did not hold its temperature and ran hot/cold/hot, but I notified the host so I’m sure this will be addressed before future guests arrive. The host was very responsive and keen to assist, so I don’t think this small glitch should dissuade anyone from booking.

La ubicación es por lo que lo volvería a elegir.

Mucho ruido afuera! Hay bares en la calle y un restaurante atrás que tira botellas en el tacho del patio a cualquier hora de la noche haciendo un ruido violento que no te deja dormir. La escalera de entrada es para gente joven! La limpieza estaba bien pero el sarro del lugar es tan fuerte que parece sucio aunque no lo esté.

Nel cuore di Ortigia

La posizione è perfetta per visitare Ortigia e Siracusa. Noi siamo state là per un convegno che si svolgeva al teatro comunale,meglio di così non si poteva. La casa è fornita di tutto,persino i carica batterie per ogni tipo di telefono. È anche ben riscaldata,cosa non scontata in Sicilia. Conto di ritornarci per una vera vacanza.

Probabilmente d'estate sarà un poco rumorosa perché affaccia sulla strada.

Para repetir

La ubicación es muy buena y el apartamento está cuidado. Hellen te da toda la información necesaria y es muy amable.

Al estar entre 2 bares y pasar la nochevieja, tuvimos MUCHO ruido hasta altas horas, pero esto es por la excepción de la fecha. Una de las camas es mucho más cómoda que la otra.

Wonderful stay for a family of 3! Loved every second of it!!

Great space and great location. Helen was wonderful and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok! Great food recommendations also

Perfect home or WFH base right in the middle of Ortigia!

Everything in the unit was very thoughtful, rustic yet modern decor, comfortable bed and terrific location. Great host full of useful advice and solid dinner recommendations!

The unit is above 2 restaurant and bar and can have some late noise or early trash collection. You are in the old town center!

Lovely, safe location on a primarily pedestrian Street in Ortigia

The apt was clean and tidy, rooms tight but comfortable, very nice bathroom and shower. It was great to have access to a laundry machine and the nespresso machine was wonderful . Located in a great location in lower central Ortigia . Short walk to a small swimming beach as well :)

Limited kitchen supplies / dishes (only 3 mugs for coffee) but otherwise well suited for two couples.

Good space but too noisy

Good space, with washer, host responsive and helpful, confortable bed

Too noisy. The 1st night the bar next door play loud music till 11:30, people stayed and chatted till 1:30 am. The apartment is not sound proof at all, heard people chatting on street very clear, like next to my ears. The entrance is a steep stair, ok with carry on luggage, but anything larger would be difficult to be moved to the apartment. A step to get into bathroom, a potential. Hazard, see photo.
