Местоположението беше отлично близо до много ресторанти , сравнително близо до обществен паркинг . Апартамента е много голям . Настаниха ни по-рано в 15:00 часа вместо 17:00 часа.

Няма много голямо сходство със снимките . Прилагам снимка на реалната гледка от апартамента . Резервирах апартамента заради показана гледка , но не си заслужава . Има доста по-ефтини оферти без гледка.Определено не изглеждаше много чисто и подържано , особено банята . Леглото е неудобно . Има много стълби , малки и стръмни , за хора с багаж и/или с деца не е подходящо . Трябва да се обърне внимание ,че настаняването е късно от 17:00 часа и ранно освобождаване 10:00, домакина беше влязъл в стаята ни в 10:05 .

Our stay was ok, but definitely not worth the money spent.

The apartment was dated. The paint on the walls were peeling and the place was definitely not very well maintained. The bed was not comfortable.

The most perfect place for a quiet stay in Ortigia with a view

Absolutely incredible property with views over the sea and castle. It’s light, fresh and so comfortable. You feel right at home as soon as you arrive. The bed is super soft and comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with the basic things like salt, pepper, oil, etc. which is handy. The bathroom and shower is nicely sized and spaced and the kitchen also has a washing machine. I could’ve stayed a lot longer here, and will definitely be back!

The only downside is the long flight of stairs (the Appartment is on the 3rd floor) if you have a large suitcase, like I did. Once you get your luggage up there though, it’s amazing, and the stairs are not an issue aside from taking luggage up and down.

Unbelievable four night stay in Siracusa beginning with our stay at Attico Maniace.

Not only was the apartment beautiful as was its view to the water, but most important the host was there to greet us after assisting us through the narrow streets by texting us. He was at the parking reservations we made through him then take us to the apartment with its excellent location near the sea walk. He gave us recommendations to see points of interest and dining locations in Siracusa.

There was nothing about the apartment we didn't like.

Francesco was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is in a central location, no elevator, but with a beautiful view of the sea! Definitely recommend it, it is very well equipped with everything you may need.

Modern apartment in a great location

The apartment was even bigger than it looked in the photos, with a lovely balcony to sit and watch the sea. Francesco is a great host and couldn't have been more helpful!!

Excellent location on a rather quiet lane. Huge modern appartment with a minimalistic design. Balcony with a view at the sea. Very helpful and friendly landlord.

The entrance and some neighbouring appartments are in a rather bad shape.

Ideally located, very bright, clean and well equipped flat. Quite spacious. Comfortable bed. Host was easy to reach and eager to help. Would 100% recommend.

The common areas could benefit from a bit of refreshing but apart from that, the place is perfection.

Beautiful apartment in a glorious location

We stayed 5 nights in Attico Maniace and enjoyed it thoroughly. The owner is helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. The apartment is spacey and well equipped (good WiFi). You need to walk a few stairs to reach the apartment but then the sea view is spectacular from balcony and sleeping room. Ortigia is the place to stay in Syracusa!

Francesco is a great host, really quick to respond to msgs and provided a warm welcome and introduce us to Siracusa. The apartment is clean, modern, well equipped and spacious. There is a view of the water from the balcony, and the apartment is close to the castle. Would definitely stay here again!
