The ramp is for Beachfront Rose's private use only. Furthermore, with no public parking areas nearby, and large homes and lots around, the beach has low traffic even on busy weekends. The large lawn is private allowing guests to set up sporting nets or games and leave up throughout their stay! (ALL ITEMS FROM THE BEACH MUST BE CLEANED UP EVERY NIGHT OR ELSE THE CITY OF GALVESTON WILL CONFISCATE IT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT). The best part is you can easily watch your family and guests on the beach or lawn from the balcony allowing you full visual.

We loved being on the beachfront with easy access to the sand. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck while watching pelicans dive for food, saw a dolphin swimming while looking outside the living room window one morning, and enjoyed the sounds of the waves being so close. We even appreciated having a place to rinse off downstairs after going to the beach and having access to so many fun beach toys! The owner was also quick to help answer any questions or resolve anything needed. It was a wonderful stay with our family and I would love to stay again.

Our 3 daughters and their families met us at this house for a week vacation and we all just loved it. The grandkids (from 2 to 15) had a great time and the adults enjoyed watching all the beach activities from the shaded deck of the house. There was plenty of room for everyone. One son-in-law had to work (remotely) and he was able to do so comfortably in the upstairs bedroom that even had a desk to work at. The wifi was plenty strong and we never had trouble with it in spite of several devices and streaming television being used at the same time. The views from the house were amazing. The beach had a few people walking by, but felt like a private beach. Several beach toys are in the lower level as is a hose and bathroom for cleaning off from the beach. The house is absolutely great, and the location makes it outstanding.

We absolutely loved the location. It was an amazing experience. I also have to add that it is all age friendly! From infants to teenage children. Every body in the family enjoyed this trip! The only thing I would change would be the bathroom door knobs. They need locks! Other than that. Great trip, beautiful home and amaziiinngg location.

This house literally blue us away. We have been renting beachhouses for many years in Galveston and Bolivar but this was by far the best one. What is so special is that this home has extensive beach frontage. The house is much wider and along the coast, than tall. So the main area of the house is ALL along the coast. There are just views, views, and more views from everywhere! The deck is the largest we've ever had and we probably spent just as much time out there as the beach. The first floor bathroom was clutch for our little kiddos who could come in and out from the beach with sandy feet to do their business. We also loved the two living room set up, but on the same floor. Kids were watching cartoons on one TV and adults the Masters on the other. Furthermore, the 4 bedrooms all had very good separation between them which worked well for us since we had three different families sharing. The house was super clean, and love having white sheets and towels. The house is beautifully furnished and updated and had everything we needed. It was our best Easter yet. Nothing short of spectacular!

THIS PROPERTY WAS SOMETHING THAT ONE WOULD LOVE IT WAS 25 FEET FROM THE OCEAN THE KIDS LOVED THE SAND AND I LOVED THE HOUSE WE HAVE BEEN TO A MANY BEACH HOUSE BUT NONE LIKE THIS ACTULLY I COULD HAVE GOT MARRIED THERE WE LOVED AND CANT WAIT FOR THE SUMMER TO GO OUT AND REALLY ENJOY THE THE OUT SIDE CAUSE THE KIDS DIDNT MIND BEING IN THE COLD.AND I NEVER SEEN A PLACE THAT WAS SO EQUIP WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED INCLUDING A CIE MACHINEKUDOS TO THE HOST GOD BLESS!!THE LEWIS

We had such an incredible time at this gorgeous home!
The views are stunning! Opening a door in a bedroom or the kitchen to hear the waves crashing was one of my favorite things to do while here. The kids loved all the games and activities that the owner has graciously provided. The home is very spacious with plenty of room for our large family to move around. Everyone really appreciated that the home was large enough for us all to be in one room and also find a quiet spot if need be.
The owner of the home was is extremely accommodating, responsive and easy to reach.
I can't wait to be in this home again!

Beachfront Rose was very clean, comfortable and a very close easy walk to the beach. There were lots of fun beach toys. We enjoyed grilling. The deck was so nice and the composite material made it great to walk on. The management team was great!

We had a great stay. The house was clean and comfortable but the proximity to the beach was the best part. The property manager responded quickly with any questions we had.

We arrived at the house but did not receive the access code to enter the property. (A tough deal when we had traveled several hours and had a fussy infant). Then, we called the property manager and it went to voice mail letting us know their office was closed. They need a back up system in case the email does not get delivered, perhaps a text to my phone number??! But we finally got inside thanks to Vrbo customer service (after 30 minutes) once we got a customer service rep and they gave us the code. Once we got inside it was a comfortable and clean house with nice beds. Beach access was easy.

We thought the Beachfront Rose house was very nice and the view of the ocean was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the private beach, even in the rain. The balcony was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and very enjoyable. We made the mistake of leaving our tent and chairs on the beach the first night, and they were stolen. That mistake is on us as your information states clearly, as we noticed following the incident, that all items should be removed. We enjoyed the long dining table affording us to play games each night. We do have a couple of suggestions for improvement for your rental: the vents need to be cleaned. The ceiling vents in the kitchen and east bathroom have mold on them; all others needed to be dusted. The present towels need to be replaced as they emitted white flakes even after we washed them. Overall we enjoyed our family vacation at Beachfront Rose.

The home has a large dinner table as well as two smaller tables and chairs. There are two living areas separated by the kitchen/dining area, so it is excellent for multiple ages.

Awesome family-time home!
The house was everything, plus MORE! It was clean, and well stocked with essentials. It was perfect for our first beach trip with our 11month old grandson, plus the family. My husband, his 88 year old dad, our two 30plus old sons and their wives, plus the baby. Downstairs and the deck can be secured for adventurous kids to crawl/roam around safely! The walkway to an empty beach was great. No vehicles allowed on this part of beach, so can watch kids from the house. Thank you for sharing your home! Already making plans to return next year!!

This place is a dreamboat
I love this property so much that I want to give it a negative review to selfishly keep the weekends open for me. I would never because that’s terrible, but this place is almost worth the karmic dip. Seriously though, this place is a dream. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is super well stocked for a rental property. 90% of the tools I use were there. Everything was clean. Lots of games!! Lots of beach sand castle building stuff! Hoses everywhere to clean sandy toes. The hoses are fabric so they don’t weigh 38lbs each. Patio furniture is new poly wood - comfortable and sturdy but no splinters. The two large indoor living spaces separated by the kitchen allow large groups to split for conversation and come together over food. Hosts left a framed sheet by the door of reminders which was suuuper handy, including pro tips like keep a cooler outside of the door with drinks to safe fridge space. 👍 And then there’s the view. I mean what on Earth. Is there anything in Texas more delightful than waking up to an ocean sunrise, opening the balcony door and walking outside to the sound of gentle waves?? This place is a dreamboat. Rent it immediately. Or don’t - I’ll rent it instead!

We brought our family to the Texas coast for a short getaway, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, and a great location, literally steps from the beach. We would highly recommend.

The property is clean and well appointed with all that was needed for our stay. We enjoyed the easy, private access to the beach that was mostly deserted, which was nice. Location is great, close enough to easily go to Galveston for all that it has to offer and convenience stores in the area for last minute items. We had a great time and will be back.

Amazing house!
We came with a large group of women for a bachelorette weekend getaway. The house is gorgeous and can accommodate a large group. The property was very clean and had everything you needed and more. The huge deck and private pier to the beach were the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back again!

Yearly Family Vacation
We have been going to the Galveston area for many years as a family. We have now added a daughter-in-law and son-in-law and two grandchildren. We needed a place that fit our growing family and Beachfront Rose was perfect. The bed sizes were awesome and the bunkroom worked great for the 2 year old!! Loved the enclosed area under the house, made us feel better while we cooked on the grill down there that the 2 year old would not wander!! Loved that it was beachfront and was a private beach without cars. The view is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed being on the porch watching the waves and sunrise. The house was very clean and provided plenty of living area space. We are hoping to book here again from next year! Thank you for sharing your beach home!
