Booked for 5 nights based on pictures and description on the website. We stayed one night and left. This apartment is situated in a community housing building (low income rent subsidized) so there is nothing luxurious about it. The hallways and exterior of the building are filthy, the security gates are never locked and the 12 foot high fencing surely did not provide a sense of safety. The apartment itself is run down and was dirty with black mold underneath the tub in the bathroom and also on the walls. The whole apartment is not much bigger than a decent hotel room which I compared to after booking a hotel for the remainder of our stay. I know this is London but at over $300 per night we were expecting much more and at least a clean place in a safe building. The place is in a residential neighborhood but the windows are paper thin and the road next to apartment is extremely loud with motorcycles and cars screaming down the street until well after midnight. So don't plan on getting any sleep if you stay here. Likewise we could hear conversations from our neighbors and others as if they were in the next room, which again ran into the early morning. We use VRBO rentals religiously and have stayed at many before. This was by far the worst I have ever stayed at and ended up paying double to get a hotel room for the remainder of our stay to salvage our vacation. Do yourself a favor and book a decent hotel room with two beds and save your hard earned money.

The inside is much better than the outside. Loved the neighborhood but at night coming home after shows with my daughter, always took a black taxi or cab as the few nights walking home felt a little uncomfortable by the darkness and the Jack the Ripper vibes or urban legends told by the drivers may have freaked us out a bit.

The apartment was exactly as described, was very clean, and in a great location. Access to multiple underground stations were nearby, but it was also a short walk to some very fun neighborhoods. When we arrived, there was an issue with the internet, and the host was VERY prompt in responding and sending someone over to fix the issue. I would highly recommend it.

The apartment's location is good -- close to Brick Lane, Spitalfields and less than 10 min walk from two underground stations. It's a large apartment, plenty of space for a family.

Just a few steps from Brick Lane with amazing curry and vintage shops, and Spitalfields with its fabulous market! Always bustling and very walkable. The neighborhood with the flat was quiet. Check in and check out was easy. Wish we didnโ€™t have to go!

The flat is off in a quiet but booming residential area, historically mostly council flats, a little walk from some of the hottest bars, restaurants and markets in London. Convenient transit via Whitechapel station via District, H&C and now Elizabeth lines. The walk from the flat gives insight into old near-East London community areas while keeping you close to the center of everything East and with easy Underground service to all else central.
