Welcome to this Private Lake View Paradise on Lake Havasu.
As you enter this 2,100 square foot 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home through the expansive covered front porch you are immediately welcomed with the cozy feeling of home. The great room includes Sonos speakers and a custom sectional that sits in front of the 65” smart television that can be seen from the living room and dining room. Adjoining the living room is a chef’s kitchen featuring granite countertops that is adorned with stainless appliances and everything you need to make a gourmet meal.
The spectacular private backyard Lake View Oasis is backed to a nature reserve and perfect for entertaining with family and friends. Relax and enjoy the sparkling pool, featuring five fountains that cascade into the pool. Multi-colored LED pool lighting accentuate the sunset and after-dark experience. The pool features a large Baja shelf with in water lounge chairs and three tables under tiki umbrellas make swimming enjoyable for all ages. The pool can be heated in cooler months for an additional $50 a day. Enjoy a drink at the palapa bar or on the comfortable patio furniture while observing the most breathtaking Arizona sunsets over the unobstructed Lake and Mountains. The Outdoor kitchen is equipped with a built-in large BBQ, Sink, and Refrigerator.
The Master bedroom opens to the back yard through French Doors that overlook the pool and lake. The California King bed and 43” Smart TV make this retreat a soothing place to relax. The ensuite has dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and oversize tub.
Guest room one and two are furnished with Luxury Bedding and linens and 40” smart TVs (Cal King in one room and Queen bed in the second). Guest room three is on the opposite side of the house perfect for privacy and is furnished with bunk beds and an optional pack and play with linens and upgraded memory foam mattress topper. The recently renovated ½ bathroom is next to this bedroom as well.

This is the perfect property to enjoy family time. We had such a wonderful stay. The home is located a short distance from the London bridge, hiking spots, and grocery stores.
The out door area is very enjoyable. Great views, many comfortable areas to sit and relax outdoors, a great barbecue/ outdoor kitchen, and the pool is perfect to cool off and catch some rays.

My family and I spent the holiday here and it was an amazing experience. The house was decorated for Christmas which we appreciated greatly! All of the little touches throughout the house that made it feel like home... So much better than a generic hotel! And outdoor swimming in December... A new thing for all of us! The house location was also perfect - close to a beach area and playground, and a quick drive to London Bridge. And the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We'd love to come back again in the future!

Everything about our stay from the moment we left our home to the moment we arrived we were treated like we were the only thing that mattered. From concerns before we got here to the welcome we received to checking out. The warmth, hospitality and kindness, everything was pure genuine. We never felt intimidated or threatened in any way whatsoever. We took out the blender to use which had a small crack that wouldn't hold liquid , I notified Sara and instead of making me feel at fault she instantly apologized ordered another and had it delivered to the house within the hour . Amazing! We felt completely trusted. Like family. This home and its location could not have been more perfect. I cannot wait to come back. My sister and my husband's brother have both heard us speak of this place and are already looking forward to renting it with their families. I felt like this home fell in between a model home and a resort. With all the beautiful bath fixtures and toiletries. The big clean fluffy white towels the soft sheets and cloud-like comforters that I wanted to stay all day in but couldn't wait to get outside to the beautiful backyard with the view of the river and the amazing pool which we decided to include having heated. The kids were in it most of the day and the evening. The pictures of the home are spot on but walking into the house is quite a surprise as it comes to life and I was greatly satisfied. It's a beautiful neighborhood and the houses are on very large lots so rather separated and very quiet . The house is centrally located to anywhere you want to go from the London Bridge and all of its activities and bars and restaurants all the way to Parker Arizona and all of their wonderful bars and restaurants and activities and beaches. Sitting along the river with our chairs and our feet in the water with our families and swimming together watching all the beautiful boats come and go, it just couldn't have been more perfect. Nick and Sara were seriously the most genuinely welcoming host. I want to adopt them! Lol!

My husband and I stayed here towards the end of March with our two young daughters (3 and 6) and it exceeded our expectations. Tempatures were only in the 60's so we paid $50/day to have the pool heated and it was so worth it. We explored Havasu in the mornings and in the afternoons we could not get them out of the pool!
The house had everything you could need for your vacation and then some. It was decorated very cute and modern. The owners reached out before our stay to give us a run down on the home and tips regarding the area. We will definately be staying again!

Our first time in Havasu & it did not disappoint!! Nick and Sara were easy to communicate with, the house was in a great location between hiking trails & boat ramps. We were able to run / walk the neighborhood with great views! Nick & Saras recommendations of restaurants were spot on! Will defy be back!!

From initial contact with the homeowner to check out after our stay, our experience was top notch. The owners were helpful and very accessible. The house was clean, the views were great and the location was perfect for our two families and the activities had planned in havasu.

We stayed at this wonderful home with our daughter and son in law and our 4 grandchildren ages 7-13. They spent a lot of time in the beautiful heated pool.
We hiked 3 of the state parks and enjoyed all of them~our favorite was Sara’s Crack.
We rented a pontoon boat and spent a day taking in the beautiful scenery on The Colorado River and Lake Havasu~highly recommended. The host had good recommendations for activities and restaurants which was helpful as this was our first time visiting the area. We loved the view and the privacy and the pool and enjoyed grilling instead of dining out.
We were blessed with beautiful weather which certainly blessed our stay.

Property was beautiful! I’ve been renting in Havasu for past 5 years for our annual family Havasu trip, by far the best home and backyard! Spectacular views of lake and pool is excellent for kids and fun! Nick was also very committed to being a great host and communication was excellent!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Havasu Stay!
My family of three stayed at this house with another family of four and had a great time. The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures, any yes the backyard and sunset looks better in person. Nice clean house with spacious bedrooms and plenty of amenities. The Keurig quit working one morning so I texted the owners and they had a new one delivered that night! We would gladly book another stay at this house for a family vacation.

WOW What a fantastic place in Havasu
My wife and I really enjoyed staying here to visit Havasu while looking for a 2nd home and celebrating our anniversary, Valentines day and my wifes Bday. The home is super clean with all the necessities, and the owners were great about everything. The backyard, pool, grilling cabana and the close locale to everything was amazing. This is truly a Lake Havasu Oasis.

Lake Havasu Diamond
I have rented homes in Lake Havasu for years and Nick And Sara's home is Amazing. It feels as it was your own home. Everything is easy to find. The beds are so comfortable you don't want to get up in the morning. Plenty of room for my whole family at the dining room table. Great couch in the living room for kicking back and watching a movie. Getting back from the lake at the end of the day and swimming in there pool with the best sunset over Lake Havasu was breathe taking. The extra large baja shelf in the pool was awesome. The lights and waterfalls in the pool made the night spectacular. The BBq area was a favorite place of mine. We will be back very soon.

Need to be tall.
This property is nice but not close enough to water to walk there, even though pictures show view of lake it’s up a hill above the main highway.
Master bedroom bed is extremely raised, you need to be super tall plus master bathroom had sinks on top of counter & counter was extremely tall. I felt like I was at a dental office when brushing my teeth trying to rinse my mouth into a spittoon. No stools around. My husband is 5’8” and he had issues as well.
I was told pool would be warmed up with no extra charge, but later says he did not say that. We were charged, however had to call several times to request warmer water. Told me it wasn’t suppose to be a bathtub, but if I’m paying for it, temperature should be what is comfortable for me and my family.
I accidentally left my phone charger & USB plug they didn’t want to “put out” (their words) their cleaning crew to drop off at post office so I had to wait 3 weeks. They should have a system in place for situations like this.
Other than those issues home was comfortable & clean.

Wonderful from start to finish
The home is extremely clean. The furniture appears new and the beds/linens are extremely comfortable. Communication with the owners is easy and they are very responsive with any questions. The kitchen and bbq were great and well equipped for home-cooked meals. I would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful house, fantastic pool, lots of amenities
Everyone room of the house was beautifully decorated - furniture and decor new, "Model home" decor nice! Beds super comfortable, with soft sheets, and fluffy towels for showering. The pool had a oversize baja ledge for relaxing, color changing lights at night for ambiance and great water features. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and pots/pan were like new. Little extras like travel size shampoo and conditioner, large dispensers of hand soap & dish soap and extra trash bags were a welcome surprise. Extra large tv in great room, with endless number of streaming channels - definately can find any movie to watch. The owners were super nice and checked in to make sure we were fine or had any questions. Highly recommend this house for your havasu getaway.

Perfection
Nick & Sara were very responsive & wonderful to deal with. The property was immaculate & has everything you need to be comfortable. It was impressive. Everything is as described & all the little details in the house make it a step above. From pool towels to the bathroom toiletries… It felt like we were at a resort. The view is beautiful. And, the pool was so nice. We would definitely stay here again if/when we come back to Lake Havasu.

Absolutely perfect spot for a family getaway!
Not your average vacation rental -- this place is pristine! Spacious, beautifully designed with so many thoughtful touches including all new bedding, towels, well equipped kitchen and smart technology features. We enjoyed all the different seating/social areas both inside and outside. Our family ranging from toddlers to octogenarians absolutely loved our stay here. The pool is definitely a highlight and is perfect for the kids with it's shallow shelf area. We practically had to drag them out of it each evening. Beds are super comfortable in every room - not just the master like in many places. Location is great and very close to the boat ramp / marina where we rented a slip for just $30 per day. Totally seamless trip with easy and accommodating check in/out, great hosts with excellent communication. We will certainly be back!

A much needed break from the hard walk of life. Figuratively because often in the desert you see the oasis but it ends up being a mirage. Many times the photos and descriptions of a VRBO are just that, a mirage. But this is a true oasis. Everything that was promised and more! We loved the pool. It is the highlight of the property. It is by far the best private residence pool I have used. The Baja shelf is a great feature and the kids loved the in pool shade umbrellas and water features. Complementing the pool is a vast sun shaded table and lounge and very well kept outdoor grill, Truly amazing. In the house all the furnishings from the very soft beds and pillows.( seriously, if you’re not into soft you’ll want to ask about taking off the topping pad) to the towels and plates are top notch. We really enjoyed the technology in the house. All TVs are app based which was great for us, and they even had the most advanced bathroom fans in the world. Nick was a great host. We communicated mostly by text but had a quick welcome call before check in. He was very responsive and helpful where needed. But honestly, everything is so well communicated through the check in/out instructions and in house signs that we needed very little. Book this house you won’t regret a thing except maybe the one thing we did, The length of stay.
