About this house rental

Cheerful decor, spacious rooms, and thoughtful touches in this renovated home in the historic Bates-Hendricks neighborhood make it perfectly suited for your trip to Indianapolis! Make yourself at home in this 2 story, spacious home, complete with a full kitchen, wi-fi, and laundry room. It's a 5 minute drive to Bankers Life, Lucas Oil Stadium, the Indianapolis Convention Center and all the downtown amenities. Also, a short walk to Fountain Square area for fantastic restaurants and night life.

The space
This home was originally built in 1920 and still retains much of it's vintage charm! The location makes it a breeze to get downtown or to one of the other cultural districts for nightlife and activities. This space and location is ideal for families or groups of friends who are coming into town to explore the city or go to an event. The home accommodates 6 comfortably. There are enough beds and air mattresses to sleep 9 at the maximum, for groups looking for an economic choice, but please note that there is only one full bathroom (and one half bathroom) and the living areas are setup for smaller groups.

My friend and I met here with our two teens as it’s half way between where we live. House is within walking distance of cute restaurants (daiquiri factory, coffee shop and burger place). Very close to downtown - dog friendly neighborhood (coffee shop gave him treats). House is spacious and comfy but it’s very basic so if you need fancy wouldn’t recommend. It was budget friendly and fun area so perfect for what we were looking for. Owner also very responsive.

We enjoyed staying in this neighborhood within walking distance of downtown and Garfield park. The house shows it's age and has a few quirks but it didn't impact our stay in any major way.

Stayed for a Colts game. Walking distance to the stadium. Good communication with the owner. Getting the front door to lock and unlock was a challenge for us, but everything else was fine.

Clinton was good to work with. He responded to texts quickly if we had a question. We came into town for the MEQ volleyball tournament. Parking at the house was easy as was getting to the convention center which was about 1.5 miles away. The house was older but quaint and aside from having only one shower, our stay was just fine.

We we went to Monster Energy Supercross at Lucas Oil Stadium. The distance is walkable, we walked one leg and took a Lyft the other. House was spacious enough so my teen could have time to himself in one of the bedrooms. My kids first time in a VRBO.

My bridal party rented this home for my bachelorette weekend and we enjoyed our stay very much. It is a slightly older home, so there were a couple of minor issues with the bathroom door knob, but Clint was quick to respond and fixed it right away. We felt very safe with the electronic lock box and enjoyed the spacious living area. I would highly recommend this property as well as Clint as a host. Overall a wonderful experience in Indianapolis.

Close to town, nice house (oldie but a goodie). Across the street from a convenience store . One note - not a complaint - you are close to a highway and bedrooms are upstairs, so bring a sound machine or ear plugs and a sleep mask.

We were in town for Indiana Comic Con and had our dogs with us. Clinton was a fantastic and very communicative host. The house was super close to the convention center which made checking on our dogs really easy. I definitely recommend the space and would stay here again!

Arrived Saturday had Was told that it had room for 10 people but it was only 8,there was one full size bed in one bedroom the other two bedrooms had twin beds and a air mattress on the floor in one of them and a twin mattress on the floor on the other with a twin bed No bath towels or wash clothes the host brought towels no wash clothes door knob to bathroom fell off will try another company

Clinton was a friendly guy, talkative & always available. Its awesome that he had, home & personal items available for you to use, because you will always forget something. We didn't use anything, due to as a woman, I bring the kitchen sink with me so. His home is located within the heart of Indianapolis, easy to get to everything. Lucas oil stadium, downtown, all other surrounding neighborhoods, Safe area, pet friendly. We enjoyed our selves so.
