We came for our anniversary and to go to the Colts game. It was a lovely stay comfortable bedding, quiet, good food and drinks. We will be back in the summer just to get away.

Check in was at 4. But at 5pm they didn’t have any clean rooms available! They were putting people on a call list! They’ll call you when your room is ready!!??!??
3.9
It was very convenient. But the hotel is very loud, and very poorly build. You can hear every single noise around you.
3.9
bar tender was wonderful
3.9
Are room was not clean the maid had to come back and clean the room
3.9
The AC inside the room wasn’t so great, it seems to be off three or 4°. It was set at 69° when we woke up it was 66° inside the room seemed like it never shut off. And it wasn’t user error.
3.9
Absolutely enjoyed our interaction with Andrew —front desk and Holli—bartender.
Only negative was Wi-Fi did not have a sting signal and kept cutting out. Good thing it wasn’t a business trip requiring consistent access
3.9
Nice hotel great location. We checked in early afternoon on a Colts game day and they were busy seemed likd the check in process could have been better. Room was really nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
3.9
The room needed updates all around. The food in the hotel restaurant wasn’t bad at all. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. Wasn’t told about the 25.00 a day for parking for each vehicle!!!
3.9
I never even showed up. I tried calling you and cancelling several times and no one picked up the phone. Your site is so bad that there is nowhere to cancel or manage your booking.
3.9
The room looked nice, but it wasn’t clean as it should have been. The front desk people was nice and helpful. The breakfast was a joke! It’s not worth $9.50 per person! I’m disappointed I would not stay there again. I have several trips to Indy for medical reasons. I’ll be looking for some other hotel to stay.
3.9
The room was clean and well equipped, and service was efficient. We got a king bed, not the 2 queen bed room we reserved, Only 1 of the 2 elevators was working. Breakfast is not included, unlike the nearby Holiday Inn Express, and the breakfast area was small, almost an afterthought. Proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium is maybe the best in town, literally out the back door and across the street, but parking in the lot is limited and parking in the public garage next door is pricy. Also great access to and from I-70 -- you can get in and get out fast.

Overbooked. Out of blankets. Breakfast offerings low standard for cost. Should be free for unreal cost of a 3-star hotel .
400-$500 a night. Staff friendly. had a King room when I booked 2 queens for 3 people
3.9
Great price and friendly front desk. Cleanliness and condition of room was decent.

Not impressed with this facility.
Started with $25 parking fee which I didn’t really check when I booked it.
Oh well, that was my fault.
Second, bathroom sink didn’t work. Let them know when I go out.
They fixed it, but didn’t clean after that. It was disgusting.
Third, One of the towel had some body hair.
Toilet has stains.
Fourth, pretty noisy
Fifth, BLOOD stains on a pillow case.
I was wondering they even changed it.
This was it to make me leave this comment.

Reception was rude
3.9
All of the staff were nice and always willing to help. The breakfast had a great variety.
3.9
Great stay cool staff but hit tub was broken down and nobody told anyone
3.9
I absolutely loved the hotel and staff. It was clean and quiet. The only thing I would suggest is if we pay for parking in our booking the pass be sent. It only works for the time your there and it’s cheaper
3.9
The air conditioning in the building and the room was minimal! With the heat/humidity, it made our trip miserable!! The “restaurant”should not be labeled as one. We tried to eat there the first night and they ran out of food and was closed by 6pm. The toilet looked as tho it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The dispensers for amenities were all empty except for shampoo. There was no bedding on or for the hide-a-bed. We will never stay at another holiday inn. For the price we paid for this stay, we expected ALOT more! Complete waste of money.
3.9
Overall, our stay was exactly what we needed it to be to allow our adventures around Indianapolis to be experienced.
3.9
The property was easy to locate and check in wasn’t a hassle. I loved the mini Dove bar soaps in the bathroom. I disliked the fact that the hot tub wasn’t hot at all and the jets weren’t working well.

Safe and clean

We chose this hotel due to the proximity to Lucas Oil & reasonable price. I booked for 2 adults & 2 children (14 & 12) upon arriving, i was told 13 & over do not eat free and it would be $9.50 for my 14 year old to eat breakfast. My husband chose to not eat breakfast so my daughter could. What do we get for $9.50 you ask? A TYPICAL hotel hot breakfast! Powdered eggs, microwaved sausage, cubed potato hash browns, thawed/warmed frozen biscuits & Belgian waffles (the kind you pour & make yourself). Now for the room. The room was fine... nothing spectacular. 2 true queen beds & a pull out couch. The AC quit blowing cold air & began blowing "cool" air despite the thermostat being set as low as possible. Our bathroom had no towels... when we asked for them, we were told housekeeping would be notified. Nope, no one came. I won't necessarily avoid this hotel in the future, but it will need to be an EXCELLENT deal or extenuating circumstance.

Great front desk experience. Nice big clean room.
3.9
Easy walk to see the Indiana Fever play!
3.9
A safe, convenient location. The room was nice but I had to get my room card reset three times in three days.
3.9
1. I couldn't believe that I had to pay $25.00 per night to park in their lot.
2. There was no ice to be found on any floor of the hotel
3. Their full service restraunt that was advertised in the elevator consisted of a one sided sheet of paper
4. Was charged $10.00 for a nasty breakfast. I have had much better at hotels that have a commentary breakfast
3.9
Front desk was useless. Made reservation for 2 rooms only had 1 available. Just ended up leaving and filed a claim to get my money back. Will report to credit card company
3.9
Very nice staff and very clean!!
3.9
My check in was a bit rocky. Only the 6th floor was availability and i stated too high so Ebony found 3rd floor and no accessible rooms were available but they made it happen.
Just the fact the room I reserved was not listed.
Then parking at 25.00 dollars--not good.
3.9
Everything and everyone was perfect, helpful, professional. Can’t wait to stay again.
3.9
This hotel not as advertised from expedia. It is a rent by hour hotel, a kiosk check in, poor area of town, uber would not pick up from hotel, security bars on windows, room was nasty needed cleaning, and absolutely no help from staff.
3.9
This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. When we checked in the woman at the front desk was less than welcoming. Having to deal with her several times during our stay, she was rude, short and not friendly. We found a pair of dirty underwear near the bed, which is completely unacceptable. If my kids could find them, there is no reason a cleaning crew couldn’t find them. I had to call several times for towels, which never showed up. We also didn’t have our room cleaned 2 days in a row, which we asked to have cleaned multiple times. Again, the cleaning crew skipped our room. We witnessed a child vomit in the pool area, the next day and day after that, it was still on the floor, so the pool area is not being cleaned either. The breakfast area was dilapidated and dirty, there was no way I’d even let my dog eat there. We will not be returning, and I will be reaching out to corporate.
3.9
It is a very good choice for the stadium or the convention center. Only 3-4 blocks to downtown. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is decent but the bar and restaurant are not very good. Surprisingly nice gym, pool and hot tub. nice people as well but under staffed.
3.9
I got married right across the street and just walked right over there in the morning. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly. No complaints
3.9
8.99 buffet was a joke. Gas station food. Although, received complimentary, so not complaining about price. Nobody would accept that for a decent breakfast.
3.9
Your staff was on top of things to make such a massively crowded event smooth and enjoyable. It must have been overwhelming to have so many people come to the city for the eclipse but you all were so friendly and ready to help. Thanks for making this once in a lifetime event so easy!
3.9
Needs some upgrades, definitely showing it’s age.
3.9
They surcharge you for breakfast and parking, you are better by getting another more expensive hotel that include those "amenities".
