Great communication with host. This little place has everything you need. We got in, we felt safe, it was comfortable and it was cute.
Thank you! We will stay again.

Clint was a great host and very accommodating! Location was great for us for the race and a Pacer playoff game!

Our stay was great. Check-in instructions are detailed so pay attention when arriving. You can hear traffic outside, but it didn’t bother us at all. Quick Uber rides to busier downtown area. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. Property looks exactly like photos.

Clint is a great property manager. The website wasn’t working properly, and he responded promptly and helped me get into the property. The property itself is perfect for two people. Nice and cozy. This was our 2nd time staying there and we’ll stay there again if ever in Indy.

This apartment is in a great location, close to The Cabaret and the Bottleworks area. The building has an old charm and character that I like. The decor is fun and pleasant, and the beds are comfortable. We had some issues with accessing the apartment lockbox and the internet, but Clint addressed and resolved them. However, guests should be aware of cleanliness and comfort gaps, such as dirty surfaces, vents and low-quality towels and pillows. Additionally, the host mentions city street noise, and during our stay, there were frequent loud sirens on two evenings. If you are seeking a peaceful getaway, please take note of this.

Very nice 2 bedroom apartment. Clean, accessible and secure. A little hiccup with the lockbox at check-in, but that was resolved with a quick call with the owner/agent. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Decent but a few things could be better for the price. Clint was responsive.

Our stay at this property was great besides the city noise. Right on a Main Street, so it’s alway loud. Property was as described and very clean. Property owner was always very responsive whenever we messaged.

Easy check in, great communication, and perfect vintage vibe! We will always book this place when coming to Indy. Thanks for making it painless and hassle free!

Great place and location for the price!

Everything as described. Need posted directions fir coffee pot😀
Carpet desperately needs to be cleaned.
Had to change sheets on arrival as there were body secretions dried on the bed sheet.
Otherwise, place was adequate fir our needs and Clint was available to help us with ck in.

Close to downtown in a fun neighborhood. Had a great weekend

We had issues getting in but a quick phone call to the owner and we were In just fine and he also gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Great location for the wedding we attended and would rent from him again.

The apartment was as described. Communication with owner was detailed, immediate, and clear. I stayed here to attend a conference downtown, and this was a much more affordable option that downtown hotels. It's about a 30 minute walk to the convention center, but with the hassle of finding and paying for parking downtown the walk was worth it. There are also some shops and restaurants north of I-65 about 5 or 6 blocks away. For the cost the location was ideal. One little discovery I made the last night is the Circle City Eats just barely a block away. This is a multi-kitchen eatery where one orders at a kiosk or online and picks up for take out only--but very convenient to the apartment.
Oh, and I loved the Godzilla painting in the apartment too.

Thank you for the great communication

Good stay

This property is exactly as described and photographed. You get more room for less money than you would pay at a hotel. In exchange, it’s a little removed from central downtown. Landlord responds to questions or comments as fast as possible.

Walkable to downtown when warmer. Good location.

Clean and Cozy place, 2bd 2bath perfect when sharing a trip with friends. Easy walk to Mass Ave restaurants etc. and only 1.5 mi walk to convention center. Can’t beat having a kitchen and living area to relax. Easy to communicate and responsive. Thank you Clint for the nice stay.

This property is in a nice neighborhood but close to downtown.

Owner very accommodating and promt to reply. Felt comfortable in the area. Was able to walk everywhere. Was noisy around rush hour, as one would expect in a city. Cannot comment on kitchen as we only used for coffee and toast. Bed was very comfortable.

This apartment is pretty much for what youbpay for. Overall was good, but we did have some A/C problems. The unit seemed ro stop working while we were gone for the day and when we got back the floor was all wet by the kitchen where the A/C unit was leaking from ceiling. Other than that it was a good stay for us.

Property was cute and clean. Host was super nice and fixed any problems really quick. Overall, really enjoyed the stay.

This owner is a scam artist. We didn’t stay since the area was so bad with homeless and other loitering people I didn’t feel safe with my family. So we went to a hotel.. Now the guys has the audacity to say I destroyed art in the house when we never even stayed in the property. Definitely do not recommend this place. Beware!!! I will never do business with this guy or any of his other properties again.

Kind host, cozy space close to the convention center. Loved the cookware.
Thanks!

Wonderful downtown location. Close to freeways. Walking distance to nightlife. Home was clean, had everything we needed, space for the four of us. Owner was patient with me, and as said by many very easy to reach. Thankfully so, as we arrived much later than I expected and was exhausted and didn’t see the key box at first, which was visible.

The property was exactly what we wanted and the landlord easy to work with and highly communicative.

Sorority Visit
Enjoyed the experience. The location was ideal for everything we had going on downtown. Check-in was easy. Host was very responsive. Only suggestion is to bring your own towels. They were a bit rough and dated. There was also no iron or I couldn't find it. I'm sure host would have brought it if I asked though.

Nice area and great accommodations
Perfect location and very easy Check-in. The home was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely use it again if we work in the area.
4.6
Ideal location and accommodations. Two full baths.
Nice central location. Responsive host. Ideal accommodations for wife and one friend. Plenty sufficient for two couples. Ample parking. Away from hustle. A bit irritated with the need to share copy of identification perfect for loss of identity control.

Everything went good👍My only recommendation would be to add a box of tissues to each bathroom. That wasn't a big deal, but worth suggesting. Overall would use again. 👍 Thanks again 👍

If you decide to book this property, there are a few things you should know:
1. This apartment is in a neighborhood in transition, so always be aware of your surroundings and check-in when it is still light out. We got there at 2 AM and was approached by two homeless people within 5 minutes of getting to the property. One of them scared the bejesus out of me, as I was with my two daughters and he acted like he wasn't going to leave. I had nothing that we could have used for defense if he decided to get violent. After that, I had 911 ready to speed dial when I was outside of the apartment and did not feel safe walking anywhere. I would have felt differently if I were not with my kids, so just remember to use street smarts when you are outside of the rental.
2. You get the apartment keys via a lockbox attached to the bars of the garden apartment. We had quite a bit of difficulty in unlocking the lockbox and luckily the owner was able to drive over quickly to assist. He also struggled to open the box, so would recommend a better check-in process.
3. The owner gave us two sets of keys but only one worked, so it was good that he let us in the apartment or we wouldn't have been able to.
4. There were only 4 towels for the three of us all weekend. My daughters take showers daily so I would recommend to the owner to supply more linens.
5. There is no dishwasher. I usually run plates, cups and silverware through a cycle to ensure it's clean before I use them. Since I couldn't do this, we never ended up eating at the apartment and I would recommend that you bring plastic cutlery and paper plates if you use this place.
6. There is an additional fee PER PERSON after 2 people, even if they are children. On Friday when I asked about if everything was paid up, he agreed, but then after the stay told me that I hadn't paid the extra fee for my 2nd kid. I went back and forth with the owner about this, as I thought it was unfair to charge me for a minor, but he made it clear that this is non-negotiable and threatened to take it out of the damage deposit if I didn't pay.
Overall, I'm sure this apartment would work for individuals in a different situation but for me it was not a good experience for the reasons I listed above.
