The porch and view of the river was nice. Hot tub was good. The pictures were very misleading. The house was only about 20 feet off a busy road. Lots of road noise and headlights. Very small parking area and dangerous to pull out into the road. Goose poop was everywhere, was like walking in a cow pasture. Poorly working A/C and WIFI. Fished for four days and caught nothing. We booked based on so many good reviews. I don't usually write reviews, but hopefully this will save somebody a bad vacation.

This house was perfect for our little family. Located right on the river with spots for the kids to play in the river (watch out for all the goose poop though!), grill to cook outside and fire pit for smores at night. Only a couple minutes drive to downtown Dillsboro or Sylva. The house itself had everything we needed and the porches were great to spend extra time outside. The hot tub was great too! The AC worked well and the blinds/curtains were great to let us sleep in a little bit. The kids loved the bunk beds! Only downside is the property is also just feet off the road where cars/trucks/motorcycles coming flying around the curve and can be a bit noisy as well. But overall would definitely recommend this rental.

If you are looking to get away from the hustle of life. This place is it. Very clean! Nicely decorated. Right on the River and the fire pit and swing were amazing. This is a must stay!

Absolutely loved bringing my family to this house. Perfect location right on the river and close to downtown.

Great house! Loved chilling in the hot tub watching the river flow by. Very comfortable beds and furnishings!

We only stayed 2 nights but the cabin was great. Right on the water. Unfortunately we stayed during the burn ban so was not able to utilize the fire pit which was great. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is located super close to town and is easily accessible. We only stayed 2 nights but wished we could have stayed more. The porch was lovely in the afternoon sun. We came to spend homecoming with our daughter at WCU and would definitely recommend this home to others.

Great property right on the river. Close to Smoky Mountain National Park near the little town of Dillsboro. Would definitely rent again.

Really enjoyed our two days here! We just stayed in and relaxed as it was raining most of the time. But it was perfect and the house is very comfortable, clean and decorated simply and nicely. I wish we could have stayed longer but had to get back to reality!

It was a small cozy home for our family. We enjoyed the decor and the comfort of a "home" while on vacation. The hot tub was clean and perfect for the weather.

Aside from the AC not working the house was very nice. It was clean upon arrival, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The AC did not work the entire time we were there but I don’t blame the homeowner for that. I called Vacasa 4 times. On the day we arrived we were told someone would be out that night or the next morning. Never happened and wasn’t fixed while we were there. I feel sorry for the people arriving today. It was hot in the house and uncomfortable. I would rent the house again if the AC worked.

Cozy and serene retreat! Our family loved every day there. House is great. We will definitely be back.

Renovations where great and well equipped kitchen. Location was fabulous and friendly neighbors. Needs some curtains and fireplace was difficult to control. Otherwise we had a great time and value was good.

The house is nice and the location right on the river was great. However, we paid $4000 for a weeks stay late October 2022. When we arrived the pantry and refrigerator were completely bare, not even salt! Many pieces of glassware were chipped. There was a five cup tiny coffee pot that had the handle on backwards so you couldn’t even pour coffee from it. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The wifi worked part of the time. The property proclaims to sleep nine and there is indoor dining seating for three. The cable boxes did not work so the only television was streaming. We expected better for our money.

The property is located in a delayed harvest trout area right on the river. The deck was great as well as fully stocked kitchen ( pans, can opener, grilling tools, spices etc). Shower had plenty of pressure and house was decorated nicely. Furnished with books, games, internet etc. Would stay again.

Great view
Well the place was clean and just like in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. Just a few things to note there was no propane for the fireplace i guess they forgot to fill it. The grill hadn't been cleaned in awhile but no problem to clean it. The batteries for the remotes for the TV in the living room either didn't have batteries and they didn't work. The hott tub had not been cleaned or filled up. I would still stay here again. But would like to know before i show up that all these items are taken care of.

We came into town for the Polar Express in Bryson City and rented this property. This property has been remodeled and exceeded expectations. Very clean and nice sitting right on the river. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings after all day out. We have already talked about returning and renting this property again.

Amazing
We loved our stay at the River house. Wifi worked great plenty of clean towels and sheets. Everything in the home was super clean. The only thing we didn’t like is how close the houses on each side are. But no one ended up being there. It was a short drive to town. And beautiful view.

The property was very nice. The king bed was very comfortable. All the tv’s worked well except for the 1 in the master bedroom. We couldn’t get it to work. The only thing we didn’t like was that the signs around the house showed delayed harvest. We really wanted to be able to fish and keep them and the NCDNR Regs. make the rules so complicated.

We unplugged and ran away for a long weekend. It was just what we needed! My boys had a great time fishing, the neighbors were friendly, and the house was beautiful. Everyone agreed that we will definitely be back!

Nice cabin and great location on the river even if the weather didn’t cooperate. Peaceful and beautiful watching the rain fall from the back porch.

Nicely remodeled home right on the Tuck. Close to everything
We loved the house, small but well laid out, comfortable beds, nice hot tub. It is the kind of house we would like to have in NC. The only downside was that it was right on a busy road. We had a trailer with a boat and you take your life in your hands trying to get in and out
