Warm and welcoming. Very well equipped. The only drawback is the proximity to the main road. Lovely aspect at the front

Our first family staycation with our 12 week baby boy couldn’t have been better. We were relaxed in minutes of unpacking. Emma is contactable even for silly questions. The barn is really lovely and done to a great standard the bed was super comfy as were the pillows (I need them) we had a lovely stay walking and relaxing which was exactly what we needed. Emma provided info of walks that were pram friendly to make things easier for us. Lovely place and people, thanks Emma.

Stayed here 4 nights for walks on the Pennine Way. We needed 2 cars (sorry, planet) but able to accommodate with a little shuffling.

Very enjoyable stay, loved the location - so peaceful. Everything was clean & mostly everything was supplied. Welcome basket was a lovely touch. It was warm inside on an autumnal week & the bed was comfy. There was a car parking space provided.

We had three nights in this gorgeous cottage. We managed to sit out and enjoy the gorgeous views into the hills. We spent every day out walking and, it felt so lovely to be able to come back to such a perfect place for the evening. We were just far enough out of the town but close enough to walk into town to enjoy the bars and restaurants Glossop has to offer. We ate at The Oakwood which was a lovely, lively place with amazing food. We also had a takeaway from Burgerfy which was also amazing.

The perfect little getaway for me and my dog. The barn is lovely, cosy and has a really good attention to detail. Emma really has thought of everything. The views are stunning and the location right on the edge of rolling hills is really quite breathtaking. I would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

Cottage Is modern, cosy and well equipped. The bed was really comfortable. The Nespresso and welcome basket a nice touch. Welcome Pack was very informative-used recommendation for Queens Spice for a take away. There is a lovely black cat that came to visit us on several occasions-very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. A great base for exploring Peak District-Castleton, Chatsworth, Bakewell are all easily accessible. We had a great walk to Solomon’s Temple (Buxton). The views were well worth the climb!
