Inside you'll find a living area bathed in sunlight courtesy of the victorian windows that offer incredible views coupled with modern, tasteful furnishings that makes entertaining an absolute pleasure. The many balconies present guests the opportunity to find their own peaceful space, while the breakfast bar in the kitchen allows for the whole gang to witness the culinary delicacies being prepared in the state of the art kitchen.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

We stayed at the two-house unit for 1 wk. We were a large group of 19 people and the houses accommodated us well. The rooms/beds were comfortable and the roof top was a major bonus! The availability of beach supplies (umbrellas / chairs etc) was super helpful - thank you. Be sure to mention it on your site, as we came in thinking we'd have to rent supplies.... All in all it was a great stay, but here is feedback for your consideration: - the two houses are located in a noisy area, adjacent to multiple bars with live music. During weekends especially, there is quite a bit of noise. This may be an issue to some. - With such a large group travelling from another state, it would have been nice to have soap/shampoo/dish soap and other basic needs available as opposed to having to buy these for the multiple bathrooms / kitchens etc. - It would be useful to indicate explicitly where extra supplies are (for exp toilet paper) as there was very limited supply. Once we found the storage room and the code, this problem was solved. - there are quite a lot of large flies and flying cockroaches. We could not tell where they entered the house from (as there are nets) but it was not super pleasant. Otherwise, any email queries were responded to promptly and the units are great for large groups!! Thank you!

Accommodations, closeness to the beach, closeness to restaurants and shopping, and closeness to Charleston and all its amenities. All added up to making this one of the wisest decisions we’ve ever made.

We rented both of these houses side by side for our families while here for our wedding. Size of rentals worked perfect. Location had a lot to do in walkable distance but can be a little loud at night and in the morning. Patio furniture cushions need an update and were all torn. Other than that great stay

The location was perfect. The 2 homes needed some updating. They came and fixed one of the garage door openers. The other house also had a broken door that they didn’t fix. There was not enough silverware. Overall it was good. The garbage in the garage smelled terrible when we arrived. Most of it was removed the next day.

We stayed in two beach houses, side by side, right along JC Long Blvd, just a short walk to the Atlantic and nice beach. The Beach houses, Sand Dune and Sea Shell were very clean. We had a few issues: the dishwashers gave us some troubles, we noticed that two hanging lights near kitchen and dining areas in one of the houses, had frayed wires near the tops of the lights. There were a lot of stairs to climb in order to get to the living quarters of each house...we didn't know that ahead of time. If one has person[s] in wheelchairs, these two houses would be hard to stay in. Each house does have an elevator, but we were informed that those were only for employees to use, not the vacationing guests.

Location was great except for all the noise late night from bar across the street. House was really clean but lots of things like chairs are on last days of life and about to fall apart. Especially stuff on the rooftop. Beds are great. Refrigerator is on its last leg and struggles to keep things cold. All in all I was please with everything. Size was awesome for us. We had 4 over 80 years old and elevator was broken so that did not help us. The a/c was perfect.
