Good location for an overnight stay in the Ithaca area.

The breakfast was very good with both hot and cold options. We had scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, pancakes with syrup as well as some coffee cake. There were bagels available to toast, juices, strawberry yogurts and coffee and teas set up self- serve. Staff was checking on the guests without being intrusive.

The hot water was low in evening and in the morning for showering. There was a sports team in most of the facility, so could have overtaxed the hot water system.

I love the Cayuga Blu hotel. It's where I prefer to stay anytime I visit Ithaca.

Great

Some disrespectful guests had a barking dog in their room and had not paid the fee to have it there. I hated that barking

Other than the above event, the stay was acceptable.

The room was generally clean and there was a nice, hot breakfast.

After I was in my room for about 15 minutes, another party of four people had a key to my room and attempted to enter. They could not enter since I had the metal stopper in place. I heard someone in the group say, "oh no, someone is already in there." I was contacted by the front desk and the staff person gave me a new key. She said she would speak with the manager about getting a free night for my trouble. I spoke with the staff Sunday morning and wrote a note about the experience but did not receive any reply from management. This could have been a serious event if someone with ill intent had been given a key to my room and entered.

Lack of lighting in parking lot. One minor inconvenience—Our light above the bathroom vanity was out, but it couldn’t be fixed until Monday. We still had the light from the shower, so it was OK.

Our room was damp our floor was wet where they're heating and air conditioning unit was and all our clothing in our suitcases was damp one bed was extremely uncomfortable

The staff was amazing. The breakfast surpassed my expectations. The beds were comfortable. I like the bathroom tile.

The room had a pretty intense odor of mold. The towel bar came apart. An outlet was non functional.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Location was convenient. Several access doors to the hotel provided convenient room access.

There was nothing to like about the property.

The smell of mold in the room was awful. The property was old and falling apart. Worse than a motel 6 at the price of a full service Marriott. The breakfast was inedible we walked out without eating anything.

The polite & friendly staff. The linen was very clean.

The facility needs to be updated. The lobby had no air conditioning. The bathtub had rust stains. Outdoors need maintenance. We had to walk through old dried leaves to get in the side doors. The outer doors didn't have locks for security. Our room had an odor, possibly the air conditioner or carpet.
