Breakfast was amazing
Old building. Too much walking until you reach your room - too many stairs and one lift only whose location wasn’t close to our room
4.0
Great pool and excellent food. The staff were fantastic.
The long trouser rule for dinner didn’t make sense. I understand a dress code being preferred for the evening meal, but when ladies can go to dinner in short denim shorts, a vest top and flip flops, but men have to wear long trousers, it seems a bit unfair.
4.5
Clean, good pools, very friendly and helpful staff.
Good breakfasts
A little far out from Kos Town. Best to rent bikes as taxis and buses are fully unreliable. It only takes 10 mins to cycle into town.
3.5
Good facility, two pools are very nice but child and family heavy. Gym outdated but enough.
Location is quite far out, only a €1.40 bus to town but the bus is unreliable often full/late.
3.5
cleanliness, close to Kos town
nothing
4.5
Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, did everything possible to help. Amazing buffet breakfast with plenty of choices, rooms were clean and comfortable.
Location is a little far from Kos Town so had to pay for taxis in and out every day
4.5
Lovely staff, very clean, modern room
Usb ports on both sides of bed be good. More plug sockets. Free use of sauna/steam room be great.
4.5
It’s a spacious property with the pool at the centre of it all, it’s very easy to navigate the hotel and it offers so much! You can have lunch right by the pool, breakfast/dinner buffet either indoors or outside. They offer mini golf, tennis, spa etc at the hotel as well.
Entertainment everyday (except Tuesdays) from the animation team (stretching, yoga, aquagym, table tennis, etc…) and a theme for the evening with great performances! The evening show is right by the bar and outside eating area from the buffet, so it’s hard to miss the show.
The staff is so friendly, the animation team (Mikey is the best) and I would recommend anyone who want to have a relaxing vacation to go here!
Even though the staff was so friendly, they didn’t tell you everything right away, for example mini golf is available at the hotel, you can get the yellow towels at the reception and change them every three days. Bikes are available for rent just a few meters down from the hotel. It’s only small details, but just something I would appreciate as a guest.

It was good in general, pool, food, sun beds, near beaches etc. there is a place to rent bicycles nearby.
hard to reach without a car and the taxis were full. it was 45 min walk from the ferry terminal with luggage. on the return trip the hotel was able to arrange a taxi.
3.5
location. friendly staff
too long to check-in
4.5
Quiet and comfortable family room with nice view, great breakfast, pool facilities, handy location.
Entertainment programme in the main pool / restaurant is outdated for this class, should consider a more "active" second bar alternative in the main lobby or in the second pool.
4.5
Very nice hotel for families. Staff are very pleasant at all times, they assisted us with information regarding tours, shuttles to paradise beach, tickets to Lido park, car rentals and everything we wanted to know. Food was ok. Nice variety of dishes and many choices for kids as well.
The rooms are SUPER quiet!! We were amazed by that.
The meat was super dry which was a disappointment for us, but we found that it is common for most restaurants, not just the hotel.

Incredibly friendly staff, beautiful hotel with great facilities, good food and varied entertainment. Did not want to leave here, a truly beautiful place and the most comfortable bed I've I've on in a long time! The staff were all incredibly friendly, making you feel welcome and always happy to smile and laugh with you.
No irons in rooms

The food was excellent, varied daily! Private beach was close and never too crowded. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Also, the animator team and their programs were really good and we also enjoyed the massage, it was a perfect week.

Our room was extremely dated. We booked 3 rooms, as a family unit, and they placed us at opposite ends of the hotel. The pool was very nice but closes too early, at 6pm they ring a bell (as if you are in a boarding school). I don’t feel it’s necessary to have to dress up in long pants for supper, especially in the heat of summer. So we never dined at the restaurant, for dinner, at all. Fortunately the restaurant across the road did not have this requirement, so we dined there every evening.
