Hotel Extrêmement insalubre , très sale du sol au plafond sanitaire wc et douche délabrée porte ne ferment pas bois plainte en état de décomposition sol sale collant . Hotel vétuste une horreur vraiment très sale fuite eau clim chambre voisine donc de l'eau dans le couloir pendent deux jours malgré notre signalement a l'accueil

Bonne localisation et prix intéressant

Cet hôtel est situé non loin de l'aéroport de Genève donc très pratique. Prix intéressant pour une famille. J'ai demandé 2 chambres contiguës et je les ai eues.

Low budged hotel

The airconditioning in the room.

Size of room, no reception, bathroom ventilation didnt work, no staff. Had to go to check in in another hotel, which was very strange.

The worst hotel stay imaginable

Nothing.

None existant staff. Only one pillow for 2 personnes. Shower broken. Toilet/shower room door impossible to close. Lights didn't work. Horrible smell of urine in the hallways. No help from the telephone number to report these problems. Breakfast in a unsafe and unhygienic environment.

The building is old and not looked after. Doesn't look remotely like the photo. No personal. No kettle or cups

Very bad

Everything was really bad.

The hotel is actually much further from the airport than stated on the website. reception in another building and we walked at night (it was very cold to walk). the smell is terrible in the room, impossible to breathe. The receptionist was either drunk or under something else. also reseptionist speak English poorly. Bed linen dirty and with traces of cigarettes. the toilet is a plastic cabin.

The room was not clean, a terrible smell was in a bathroom, seems that linens were not changed , there was somebody's hair in a bed.

cheap for a reason - dirty and bad staff - avoid

relatively good value for money when booking on the same day

stained bed sheets with cigarette stains, bathroom door wouldn’t shut, shower head holder broken - automatic check in didn’t work, so rang the number to be greeted by a very rude member of staff, who wasn’t sympathetic or polite to the fact that I couldn’t understand what she was saying.

very compact rooms, not the best hygiene and smells.

the bedroom smelled like wee. the night shift person changed the room and second room smelled like smoke but we were too tired to complain.

good hotel for one or two nights

very clean beds and towels, quiet room, quality-to-price ratio.

some kind of smoke smell residuals. The bathroom is a single unit with a joint floor for the shower and WC - once the water is splashed from the shower you wont be able to use the WC without getting your feet wet. The vending machine prices are insane - 5EUR for a can of soda is an absolute record.

The automated check in recognised my booking but failed to check us in. Despite having paid, we had to find alternative accommodation!
