A gem - elegantly decorated, comfortable house located in the heart of Santa Fe. Well suited for entertaining, walking distance to everything. Perfect for our group of 5 unrelated adults - plenty of room to spread out and lovely outdoor spaces. Highly considerate host. Beautifully appointed rooms and excellent bathrooms. 1907 stately house.

The property was gorgeous with easy access to down town. The pre trip communication was excellent and handy links were provided. This was also the best stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed at!

Beautiful house and garden. It was perfect for our group. There are lots of different spots inside and out for hanging out. The kitchen is well equipped. And the location is great. We wouldn't have changed a thing.

The dichotomy of what the house looks like, and what it looks like inside is amazing.we loved the quirky decor, kitchen served us well. We sunned on the porch in the afternoon and at night gathered round the fire in the back yard. We had such a lovely time. We are a group of college friends who reunite every few years. The location was excellent. And of all the homes of VRBO that we have rented, it was, by far, the absolute cleanest we have ever encountered. Check out was a breeze as well,we were able to meet and thank the owners ourselves…..Highly recommended.

We had 3 yr old to 75 yr old in our extended family long weekend. Using the whole house with casita was perfect for 10 of us. The large dining table was used more than once for family breakfasts and dinners, even with some family members that were staying in other houses. We appreciated the kitchen stocked with some coffee, spices, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. Beds were comfy and linens good quality. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring central Santa Fe. Everything from Canyon Road galleries to great restaurants and shopping is within an easy walk. We will do it again.

Wow, the house was perfect for what we wanted. Each room had it’s own theme going on. The gathering areas were perfect for just sitting around and talking. The location was within walking distance of food, entertainment, and the arts.
Sasi, our host was great. He checked in with us several times throughout our stay. I highly recommend this rental for any size group.

Amazing!
Words cannot describe how amazing our experience was at the beautiful vacation home on Palace Ave. We were 10 guests in total and fit comfortably in 5 bedrooms (including the casita). Each room was beautifully outfitted with deep royal hues, gorgeous fabrics, art and thoughtful touches. This home is truly cared for and contained everything our guests could possibly need. The best part? Our awesome hosts, Sasi and Kutlu - they checked on us throughout the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. They even had my favorite musical artist playing on the Alexa system upon arrival! Hands down the best, most comfortable stay we’ve ever had in a vacation home. We cannot wait to come back again!

Women's Weekend
Our group of 4 sisters, 2 sisters-in-law, two adult granddaughters and the Mom had a fabulous weekend reconnecting as we stayed in this lovely home. The large dining room table was a perfect gathering spot for evening gatherings. The location was fabulous - an easy walk to all the places we wanted to see. The kitchen was well supplied, the bedrooms were beautiful, and the backyard hammocks were well enjoyed. Highly recommend this home!

Wonderful stay in Santa Fe
This was one of my favorite properties I have ever stayed at. We love Santa Fe - this was our fifth time there. We previously stayed in hotels. But this time we needed a larger place for our family, with kids as well as 2 sets of grandparents - 8 people total. The house is spacious, impeccably decorated, and felt very homey. The outdoor area was fantastic - we enjoyed it every day and had all of our meals outside. Our kids loved the hammocks, and everyone loved how relaxing the backyard was. The kitchen had everything you could need for basic cooking. And it was a few minute walk to the plaza and many restaurants. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Congrats to the hosts on creating a very magical place!

10 minutes to everything
We really loved the house, the outside spaces (morning coffee on the front porch, afternoons and evenings on the couches and hammocks in back) and the surrounding area. Every place we seemed to go was a 10 minute or less walk, be it the O'Keeffe museum, downtown restaurants and bars, or the galleries and fine dining establishments up on Canyon Road. We only used the car for museum hill and out of town excursions. And if you're really lazy, there is a nice bar and restaurant less than a block away. A very relaxing and enjoyable time at the Palace.

A perfect place for a reunion of childhood friends
We couldn't have picked a better property for our birthday reunion. The house is so centrally located, we were able to walk everywhere. The house is old and there are some problems, but when we called the owner, he came right over to fix it. There are still some lighting issues, but we managed to work around them. There were 6 of us and all but two of us had our own bedroom. There is only one bathroom for three bedrooms upstairs; so I am not sure if more than 3 people could share it; but having the half-bath downstairs was very helpful.
The outside grounds are so lovely and we enjoyed sitting outside and eating outside. All in all, it was the perfect place for these newly 70 year olds.

Lots of Space, Easy Stroll to Plaza
This accommodation provides guests with many options for sleeping arrangements. Our family loved the cozy backyard with multiple seating areas. We also liked sitting out on the front porch and watching the passers-by walking on Palace. The bedrooms are each uniquely and whimsically decorated. Every convenience is provided in the kitchen, so making meals was a breeze. It is a very quick walk to the Cross of the Martyrs from this home!

Perfect Palace Place
This is a wonderful, whimsical getaway that is also close to all of the sites and scenes of Santa Fe. The owner is highly responsive and caring. You can not go wrong. Perfectly stocked kitchen. There are spaces to accommodate any scenario. You can have a group dinner outside in the backyard or inside in the dining room; you can read a book by yourself in the cozy front yard or relax in your own room; watch people go by from the front porch or have a movie night in. You name it! Unique décor is fun and outdoor space is amazing. Watched a Spring hailstorm from the veranda! Could not be more conveniently located while still being private and quiet.
