We needed a midweek clean, cozy & cool place to stay during a home remodel project -- reached out 24 hours in advance and Patrick/Lauren were not only responsive but truly accommodating. Gorgeous main property hidden behind ivy covered brick garden walls with path to our private cottage. A perfect little 'tiny house' with just what we needed for an early check in, AC, kitchenette, and just-as-pictured stay in the cottage. Will definitely keep in mind when we have out of town guests/overflow or simply want to get away from day-to-day! Highly recommended!

Clean bit musty smell, but light candle if needed.

A great clean spot to spend the night within walking distance to downtown. The decor was perfect and it was exactly what we were looking for! Only thing of note was the mattress being a little bit on the soft side. Otherwise nothing of note!

My husband and I were looking for a quick getaway to Apalachicola and this was the perfect fit. We strolled around the town, relaxed at the room and ate some great food. It was perfect. The only thing we might change was the bed was very soft but it was still accomodating. Overall we loved it and will be back!!

They provided everything you would possibly need toiletries, snacks, dishes, plastic ware, plenty of towels, coffee etc. Check in process was smooth and easy they even offered for us to check in a little early. Bed was comfortable they even had cable TV so we could watch football. We definitely recommend and would stay here again

Pup Friendly
We decided to bring our 8 month old pup down to apalachicola to see how he would do. I found this cottage and it was the perfect pick. The setting is so beautiful and the privacy was perfect. Also, it’s right next to the cemetery so that was really a treat, we walked through and you could just feel the energy and history. We were also close enough to walk downtown to our favorite spots. Fergus did great and he was right at home on the cool hardwood floor, he give the cottage 2 paws up! We will definitely keep it in mind when the weather cools down!

Quiet and Relaxing
We arrived to find our cottage exactly as advertised. We found that it had a historical story of it’s own, and that was cool. What we enjoyed the most was just walking and seeing the older buildings and homes. We would definitely come again.
