Amazing stay, big comfortable rooms! We will return to stay here again!

Qosmo is one of the best hotels we stayed in Romania. Such a pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, with bid comfortable bed. Bathroom is large, clean and the place really makes you feel comfortable. Breakfast was varied with some local traditional products, though there could have been more options at breakfast. Coffe and Orange juice is really good at breakfast.

This is not a minus for this hotel, but please know that because of it's location, If you don't have a car, you need to get a taxi / ride sharing car to reach the old town.

As a professional attending the Interactiv Progresiv conference on April 24, staying at the QOSMO Hotel in Brașov was an experience that perfectly complemented the innovative spirit of the event. The hotel's commitment to creating a dynamic and unique atmosphere is palpable from the moment you step into the lobby. Location and First Impressions Nestled in the heart of Brașov, within the vibrant Cartier CORESI, QOSMO is not just conveniently located but also a testament to the city's burgeoning role as a business and leisure hub. The hotel's proximity to Coresi Business Campus and Coresi Shopping Resort made it an ideal spot for both professional engagements and after-hours exploration. Room and Amenities My stay was in one of their 128 meticulously designed rooms. The room boasted a serene, calming atmosphere with a see-through glass bathroom and an adaptable lighting system that perfectly catered to both my morning and nighttime routines. The high-end soundproofing and blackout curtains ensured a night of undisturbed sleep, critical before a day of conference presentations and networking. Service and Experience Service at QOSMO is where the hotel truly shines. Every interaction with the staff was marked by a personalized touch that made the stay feel bespoke and exclusive. Whether it was the front desk accommodating a late checkout or the attentive bar staff remembering my drink preference, the service was anticipatory and seamless. Minunat! Servicii cum nu am mai vazut la niciun alt hotel din Romania la care am mai fost. ++++

Per total merita sa te cazezi aici.

Mi-a placut ca e nou, ca e intr-o zona cu cladiri noi, micul dejun foarte bun, personalul amabil si ca restaurantul era deschis toata ziua si iti oferea un meniu de calitate.

Mi-a trebuit ceva sa aflu cum sa sa utilizez robinetul de la baie si iluminatul in camera.

Comfortable, luxurious, cosy and lovely staff.

Staff was very accomodating. Our daughter has food allergies and they changed the meals so she would be able to eat as well. The hotel was kind enough to rebook our stay even though we only called them 1 day in advance. We prepaid and would have lost our money. View was also amazing! They have floor to ceiling windows and the view on the same side of the hotel as the lobby was pretty nice! On the other side of the hotel there is a construction site, so maybe not so nice for people who get a room on that side.

There were no paper napkins in the room. Maybe they forgot to add. We also forgot to ask for them. Other than that, the room was lovely!

L'hotel è moderno, pulito e con tutti i comfort che si possano desiderare. Il personale è molto professionale e le attenzioni dedicate ai clienti sono molte. La colazione è molto ricca e la posizione è in un quartiere moderno e sicuro. L'hotel si trova vicino ad un centro commerciale che risponde ad ogni esigenza.

Se proprio bisogna trovare un difetto, il pannello per accendere le luci in camera era scomodo (molto moderno, con un bellissimo design, ma poi all'uso rendeva un gesto semplice più complesso del dovuto)

Nu își merita banii ceruți.

Mi-a placut pozitia hotelului, patul confortabil, produse de igiena de la rituals of sakura(de foarte buna calitate), ca am fost cazați la etajul 8 și am avut un view superb, micul dejun Ok, însă pt prestanța hotelului se putea și mai bine.

Nu mi-a placut ca nu are Spa și centru Fitness, ele se platesc contra cost și trebuie sa te deplasezi in zona shopping center unde este situat Spa-ul. De asemenea nu a existat aparat de făcut cafea in camera, iar la baie nu am primit periuța și pasta de dinti. La bănuții care i-am dat, ma așteptam sa aibă toate cele de mai sus.

Absolut totul! Excepțională atitudinea amicală, jovială, curtenitoare și plină de respect a tinerilor de la recepție. Umblăm de multă vreme prin lume, însă atât de multă simpatie nu cred că ni s-a arătat! Vă mulțumim, team de excepție ce sunteți! Camera superbă și curata! Minibar full garnisit! Mâncarea excepțională și servirea ireproșabilă! Personalul de curățenie foarte amabil! Micul dejun regesc! Arhitectura interesantă, decorațiile de buna calitate! Zona bună, liniștită și curată! Ce mai, aici te simți minunat!

מלון מהודר, יקר בשביל חדר בלי מרפסת שבאים אליו רק למטרת שינה.

חדרים מרווחים ונקיים, מהודר. בקבוק מים חיכה בחדר ואחרי שנכנסנו פונקנו בשוקולד ותרמוס עם תה. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת. אזור מודרני וקניןו גדול מעבר לכביש. חניה (חיצונית)

מיטות מאד גבוהות, לנמוכים זה קצת מידי. דלת מקלחון לא נסגרה טוב. ביחס למחיר ציפיתי שיהיו מתקנים במלון (ספא עם בריכה מקורה)

Perfect stay!

Totul a fost perfect. Este un hotel de nota 100, in care totul functioneaza asa cum ar trebui sa fie peste tot! Vom reveni cu drag! Ne-au surprins cu un room upgrade, o sampanie , o sampanie si o cutie de bomboane la sosire, doar pentru ca am cerut o camera linistita, pentru ca vrem sa ne relaxam dupa cununia noastra!

We really enjoyed it here and would definitely come back.

The room looks exactly as in the pictures, everything is new. The room is really big and cozy and very well sound proofed. The hotel is in a quiet and new neighborhood. Breakfast doesn’t have a multitude of options but everything was tasty and good quality(small improvement would be to have also nutella). We really enjoyed the breakfast in the nice restaurant and coffee was also good. The bed is comfortable and you have a nice selection on pillows. Parking is also a plus. Staff is also nice.

The only downside are the bed sheets. Unfortunately they feel synthetic and not real cotton. Due to this the sound they make is really annoying and it keeps you really hot.

Totul a fost ireproșabil.

La belaqua nu există facilități de spa in schimb la kronwell sunt. In prima zi am fost la belaqua in apropriere de qosmo și a doua zi la belaqua din cadrul hotelului Kronwell. Pentru iubitorii de sauna umeda, sauna salina, masaj, dus scoțian, jacuzzi, masaj și alte facilități de spa recomand centrul spa din kronwell.

Never stay here. This is not a hotel. This is a night club.

I often travel around the world and usually prefer 5-star and chain hotels. However, in the city of Brasov, I chose this hotel based on the reviews. The first impression was that it was a magnificent hotel, with very good renovations and nice rooms, and the quality of the finishing materials was very high. I thought that exceptions can be made even in non-chain hotels.

However, at night, everything changed. Loud music with heavy bass was blasting from the first floor. Some group was celebrating an event, not in a room but in the conference hall. At 2 a.m., I called the reception to complain about the noise that was preventing me from falling asleep. They responded by saying it was a private party and they couldn't do anything about it. The noise continued until 4 a.m. I couldn't sleep all night. I don't know, but it seems to me that such behavior is unacceptable in a public hotel. I even think it might be illegal. Romania is part of Europe, and there should be laws regarding noise. I don't have any words or arguments to defend the hotel. If you want to host such parties, then change the sign to a nightclub and stop selling hotel services. It's a disgrace.
