This gorgeous beach home recently underwent a $300K+ renovation to make it your dream vacation spot! 5 Bed, 4-1/2 Bath layout boasts four generous bedrooms (2K, 2Q) on the main level and one additional bedroom upstairs (2D, 2T)!
On the main level is the primary living room, dining area, chef's kitchen, (including all stainless appliances, huge island and a coffee bar!), two master suites (King beds in each) with en-suite baths, two additional bedrooms (Queen beds in each), full bath, an extra half bath, and laundry room with washer/dryer and second fridge.
Upstairs is a second family room, a great bedroom for the kids (2D, 2S), full bath w/tub, and catwalk to the front loft which is perfect for relaxing with a book and enjoying the amazing ocean views. Open the door and walk out onto the new upper level deck where the views only get better!
Back on the main, just outside the front door is one of the largest ocean-view decks on the island! This recently constructed oversized deck has stunning ocean views and runs the entire front length of the home. Hot out? No problem. Cool off in your private pool in the backyard, or walk the ~60 steps to get ON THE BEACH!

Barefoot Breezes has everything you would expect and want in a vacation home. The house was clean and spacious. The Master Suite is huge and has many special features. The upstairs was great for a teen hangout. The pool was a great comfort after being at the beach in the heat and for those who want to be in water but not deal with sand. The deck was a relaxing place for morning coffee and a great view of the ocean. This place is considered beach view but because it’s on the corner is almost beachfront. The owners were amazing about getting back to me with any information they had to make the trip more enjoyable. If I head back to OIB, I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome is the first thing that comes to mind! We have stayed here 3 times and each time it gets harder to leave. The living area and kitchen are spacious and so comfortable! The best parts are the huge front deck facing the ocean with the ocean breeze and the pool out back! My kids love the house as much as we do . Spacious interior, large dual decks, and ample parking for our large group. Location is 2mi from bridge near dead-end, so minimal traffic, and very quiet. 1 blk to beach, 2-3 blocks to nature trail. We were there for beach, puzzles, games, and deck. Ate in using newer grill by pool and enjoyed outdoor games. Great appliances and two full size fridge. Very nice and relaxing family trip for all.

Three generations under one roof! Well appointed kitchen and 2 refrigerators and separate ice machine was awesome. Each bedroom was very comfortable and an awesome A/C system! The covered porch was great during rain showers and to simply have a glass of wine, look at the ocean and unwind after a full day at the beach. We all loved our private pool, we stayed at the pool as much as the beach. The owner Peter is so nice and Mark the manager answered my phone calls with simple questions and not one problem!! We are definitely headed back!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home we truly appreciated it!!

This was the second time we stayed here and once again it was awesome! The house was beautiful and the welcome bag and flowers were a nice surprise. We will continue to stay at barefoot breezes as long we can. The hosts are awesome and very easy to communicate with. We can’t wait till next year.

The house is very nice and the owner was very responsive to questions. We enjoyed our stay there. However, upon return home we found that the owner filed a false damage claim saying that we had damaged the house and stolen items from the house (coffee mugs, blankets) which we absolutely did not do. Nor did any damage occur to the house while we were there. There were problems with the cleanliness of the house when we checked in, in particular we noticed that our feet were getting black after walking around barefoot. The floors needed a thorough cleaning. We would not return.

We have been traveling to Ocean Isle for the past 18 years, and this home and owners have by far been the very best! The location is perfect, if you like to relax and have some peace and quiet. We had ocean views in 3 different directions from the first and second floor decks. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and the beds were the absolute best. Mark, the property manager met us to make sure everything was as expected and was quick to respond to any issues we may have had. The owners definitely understand what is important for beach goers and they have everything you need to enjoy your trip. Definitely would recommend 👌

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was great! Accessing the beach was extremely easy and convenient. This property would be great for any age range of children. There was plenty of space and lots of activities for everyone! I also definitely recommend renting a golf cart to cruise around the island.

Our family loved this beach house. It was perfect for all of us. The kids had their own hangout upstairs and couldn't get enough of the PacMan machine. It was clean, open, and airy. Mark, the concierge, came on the first day to meet us, which was a first for us. Anything we needed - Peter was very quick in responding. One of the best vacations we've had and definitely plan on coming back.

This recently redone house was perfect for out three generation family. The kids had their play and sleep area and the adults had there’s. It’s decor is very attractive but also child friendly. Location is perfect with beautiful views and easy access to an incredibly wide and flat beach. The pool Is small, but all of us enjoyed it. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We had no idea the ice maker would be such a hit. Great house!

Beautifully renovated house with a great location. Great spot for vacation with our extended family. Loved that the kids could hang out and play upstairs while we could still keep an eye on what was going on. Well stocked kitchen with more dishes and glassware than we could have possibly used. Owner is very responsive. The lower level of the deck provides nice shade while enjoying the beach views. We’ve been coming to OIB for 17 years and this is my favorite house that we’ve stayed in.

You will enjoy the ocean breeze from your spacious deck while watching the ocean. Peaceful end of the island with little traffic to worry about if you have small children. Property owners were wonderful taking care of all our needs.

Beach Week - '22
The house was very nice. It was set up perfectly for our family. The two bedroom suite on the right side worked well for a couple with two younger kids. The king suite on the left was great for the grandparents, and the rear bedroom was good for the parents of the older kids that had the loft area.
The owner, Pete, communicated very well with the couple of very minor issues we had with the access codes. Mark, the property manager and his staff we interacted with were great. He let us know when they would be doing weekly maintenance items, and was very friendly and informative. His staff was very friendly also.
The location was unique in that you really have a choice of two beaches within a very short walk, one across the street in front, and one to the east on the tip of the island. Very nice. The pool area was very nice also.
We are not every year beachgoers, but we will definitely try to book this house when we return.
