Not worth the hype about it being 5 star.

Nothing, the rooms were worn out despite only being afew years old. The good thing was it was close to the mall and if you needed to have a quick meal or have a walk, you could go there. It was nice, clean and windy in there. Pram my son there after breakfast so he could fall alseep.

They increase the AC temperature overnight, when going to bed the room was 21 and in the middle of the night it was 25. When asked at the front desk, they just say we will check. They staff at the restaurant for breakfast are not attentive and arrogant. Asked for toast and was waiting and the guy was checking his phone after he gave the toast and when asked for the butter, he said on the table. it was not, took them 10 mins to locate the butter. Mind you my wife was carrying my son while waiting for the toast and no help whatsoever offered. Another day asked for sugar and the guy went chatting and only brought the sugar because i was starting at him. The valet car guys are impatient and want to get your car keys immediately once you arrive at the hotel. We had shopping to take out as well as my son was asleep. Also stop fumigating the hotel outside at 9pm, do it after 11pm/12am. It’s disturbing coming back with my child. Also housekeeping needs to be dressed neatly, the guy was covered in sweat that the whole room was smelling after he entered.

One of the best hotels in Bengaluru

Loves the hotel , the rooms were super clean..Very friendly staff..The breakfast was awesome! The swimming pool was excellent! The Chinese restaurant was amazing and not to be missed! The mall connecting the hotel is the huge highlight! A must stay hotel

Wonderful experience

Great location, very near to airport which was a plus. Staff was hospitable. Special mention to our personalized butler Tithi who helped us throughout and is a great professional. Loved the stay.

Perfect place to relieve stress.

The location and the view with lots of greenery with blooming flowers is a sight to enjoy, great staff apart from few, the warmth and their commitment is very appreciated. Though it's IT hub with lots of guests, it's nice to see everything runs smoothly. Front desk assisted by their staff Sita was very helpful till she made every attempt to make sure everything is fine, and in lounge Harjot took extra effort to make the evening a memorable one. Everything was great the staff,spread and the ambiance. Hope to visit again.

The coordination between different departments to be improved to make guests better, if not it's very embarassing moment's which really upset the evening.

Incredible hospitality at this gorgeous hotel!

Could be the best hotel we have ever visited!! From the moment we walked in, we experienced such warm hospitality. Early check- in was no hassle and every effort was made to allow for a comfortable time at the hotel while waiting for our 3am flight out of Bangalore. Wonderful breakfast at this hotel, a fully kitted gym, sauna and spa with a beautiful pool overlooking the gorgeous Bhartiya city. They offer a free airport shuttle which is handled so professionally! Thank you to Sita, Sujata, Farzana and Nirjanan at the Falak restaurant who went out of their way to treat us to a stay fit for Kings!

A rip off.

The location.

The rooms were dirty, the toilets were not cleaned. Housekeeping just tidied the bed and didn’t vacuum the room the next day, the previous day food particles that were spilled on the floor were left as is. The toilets weren’t cleaned, just the floor mat and towels were replaced. Didn’t expect such service from THE LEELAS. The pool area does not have a canopy just three gazebos towards the extreme end of the pool. Would be nice to have some canopies closer to the pool. Staff were very unfriendly. Each time we asked for something their immediate response was just a plain and simple ‘NO’ this can’t be done. They did not have an alternate solution. Not that we asked for the moon. We asked for a late check out, like 14.00 and were refused. We asked for food and beverage order to be taken by the pool, we were told, kitchen is closed we are not taking orders. Absolutely pathetic service for the kind of money we pay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was very comfortable, peaceful stay with great service, kind personal and good hotel facilities.

Location is very quiet and nice. Good facilities, spacious clean modern rooms, big shower, soft beds. Hotel has a swimming, Spa and Restaurants. Service was excellent, very friendly personal. We will definitely come back again! I highly recommend this hotel in Bengaluru

Wish we’d had more time to explore

Sadly due to a plane cancellation our stay here was cut short and we only had a few hours at the hotel mostly sleeping. The room was lovely, bed comfortable and the meal we had at Falak was amazing. So disappointed we didn’t get more time here to explore. Looked like a great location. I intend on returning again to have the full experience.

The long winded check in process. To be fair the reception didn’t know we’d had such an awful journey so not a reflection on the hotel.

Modern India

Beautiful modern building in a newly gentrified location which resembles the modern India. Coming from the UK, I felt that Bhartiya City resembled Canary Wharf… With the Leela Hotel being at the heart of it with beautiful interior and exterior

An excellent location, fantastic pool, gym, breakfast buffet. Very clean and tidy. Brilliant Staff!

The Location to the airport is really good! About 30 mins by car / taxi. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Value for money. The staff members at the hotel were also very kind and caring. They made sure all what we wanted was available to us.

Nothing to call out really. Location to the city centre might take an hour or so depending on traffic (peak times).

Seems to be a popular destination on the outskirts of Bangalore.

The staff were very helpful at the reception and concierge. The staff at the restaurant and bar were a little forgetful, however we were a large group and that may have caused some issues. The room was fine and the bathtub excellent. Breakfast was fantastic.

The room had a few finishing issues. The a/c got hot suddenly in the middle of the night. The pool should have been heated. Location a little hard to get to.

Nothing . Though I do acknowledge that my son was running fever and they provided ice bucket for cold sponges.

My new clothes got stolen from the room by housekeeping and hotel did nothing about it..the housekeeping just walked into my room once we were out in the name of minibar checking and picked up what they liked. Seems unbelievable but it’s true. Food is also below average

Rooms are so big than any other property to compare. Buffet spread for breakfast, lunch or dinner is just with so many options to choose from Indian to Continental. Quick service, courteous staff and well experienced. They know what to do and how to handle any customer in the first shot.

There is nothing to say or find fault for any dislikes. Everything is detailed. Every piece is well curated and placed.
