Truly terrific property that fits the bill for a larger group with plenty of space and great amenities!

We just spent 4 nights at this property and it was perfect! The home was very clean and well equipped for a family ranging from age 1 to 50+. This split level property had a master suite plus three additional bedrooms so we all had our own space- and the beds were comfy! The living room has a large screen tv, tons of games for all ages, a foosball/air hockey combo table, and tons of seating. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more to cook family meals.
The outside upstairs deck was covered with snow so we didn't get to enjoy that, but the hot tub was fantastic and the side gazebo had the firepit and seating. There was even a shuffleboard court!
Communication was a breeze and Yael was quick to respond. We loved the treat basket with makings for s'mores which the grandkids devoured. It was a short drive into downtown Flagstaff and I appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle. It was an easy drive to the Snowbowl, Bearizona, restaurants and shops. The family travels to Flagstaff annually to enjoy the snow and would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed brining in the New Year at this cozy home in the pines. Such great amenities! So many board games and the jacuzzi was a real bonus!
The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved the coffee bar!

Great location away from the noise but still close to everything. Had toys for my grandson to play with and decks for adults to relax. We enjoyed staying here and would go back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean, updated and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The coffee bar was amazing. We enjoyed the living room area with a comfortable sectional couch and a large tv. We used the jacuzzi and it was easy to access and use. All of the instructions for everything in the house were in a handy binder book. Check out was easy and I would highly recommend this cabin. We rent every winter up north and I would definitely rent this one again!

Had a great stay! Place was just as described- maybe even better! Plenty of room for 2 families with children from 15-21. Enjoyed the outside by playing cornhole and the hot tub. Plenty of space to watch tv and play games in the living room!

We rented this home for 3 generations of our family, there to attend a wedding. There was something there for all us. Home was meticulous and very well stocked. Communication with owner was excellent. Very charming place 😊

This is a perfect cabin for a nature getaway. Has all the feeling of a up to date new home but in the beautiful forest of Flagstaff. Very nice setup inside with alot of options to spend time outdoors. We loved the gazebo facing the forest where we made smores and hung out in the evenings.

Our family of 9 had a blast at this place! Close to the airport and not far from I-17. Plenty of space inside and outside to entertain and enjoy the mountain air! Will definitely stay again!

We had wedding 3 miles from this spot, shared with another couple.
Super comfortable, great place to gather!
We ended up having few friends over and just enjoyed the home and super large gazebo instead of exploring Flagstaff.

Enjoyed the home and spacious areas!
Plenty of space to enjoy and lots of amenities.
Perfect for large families or couple families with kids

Very nice house. Only downside is a couple of the beds were small for an adult.

Beautiful summer retreat!
We were a group of 5 adults just in for the Celtic festival in Flagstaff. What a great place to come home to at the end of a busy day! First, it’s newly remodeled, and they did an excellent job! So bright and well lit and spotless! Cleanliness is probably one of the biggest must haves with a vrbo and this place was super clean. They left us ingredients for s’mores which was a nice touch. Amazing coffee bar too! Wish we could’ve spent more time relaxing at this cabin than working the festival. The views from the deck and patio were gorgeous. We loved sitting out there at night in the cool air with a wee dram of whiskey. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful views!
We had a group of 10 and the house was big enough for everyone, we really liked the layout of the house, it didn’t make us feel cramped. We loved the location of the house because we were at mid point of a lot of attractions. The house has AC but we felt it didn’t cool down the upstairs rooms like we wanted, we opened the windows for the quick fix since the weather outside was perfect! We will definitely try to come back!

Beautiful House, but needs improved cleaning
We stayed for 3 nights. A beautiful, high quality, thoughtfully designed house, but it was clear the preceding guests had a party and the house was not clean enough. Party items still on floor, dirty glass with cigarettes in and not gas in the external heaters.
Shame, this should have 5 stars if it wasn't for the poor cleaning between guests.

Kachina Village is hands down our favorite rental we have had in Flagstaff. We take a Snowboarding trip every year for my fiancés birthday and this home exceeded our expectations. The house was roomy and the layout was perfect for our group of 8; three couples and two friends. We enjoyed all being able to hang out in the living room and large deck. The mud room was spacious for our snow gear and made loading/unloading very easy. We loved that this home felt more private and situated in the pines but was a short 10 minute drive into town. The house was well equipped with anything you may want while on vacation from the enormous coffee bar, the large selection of games, updated smart TV’s, fully stocked kitchen, spacious layout; it truly was a cozy and luxurious getaway. We regret not utilizing the gazebo as it was by far the coolest little hang out space on the property with amazing views of the forest; however, it was 30 degrees and snowing so we found ourselves keeping warm inside. Everyone fell in love with this property and thoroughly enjoyed the space. We hope to make it back next year!

We have family that live in flagstaff and have made a tradition of spending new years eve together...this year we decided to rent something with enough room for all of us and our kids to enjoy our celebration. This home did NOT disappoint! It had everything we needed as far as space, appliances and cookware needed for meals, entertainment for the kids AND adults (we do NOT recommend the cat puzzle as it took us way too long and had us on the brink of meltdowns). The views are beautiful, and the gazebo was amazing. Would love to visit again, not in a snow storm, to fully enjoy the outdoor amenities. 10 out of 10 and highly recommend this beautiful property!

My family and my sister's family had such a fun time at the house. Between the swing, hammock, mini pool table, plenty of games, smores, the woods that backs up to the property, our kids (ages 6, 8, 10, 12) had plenty to do. The house was very clean, modern, and well stocked. We cooked out and was happy that kitchen had everything we needed in terms if cookware because you never know until you arrive what you have available. We loved the big mudroom and that no shoes were allowed (which is what we do at home). An added bonus was that we woke up to the first snowfall of 2021. We will definitely stay here again!

Woodland hideaway
Wonderful woodland retreat! Beautiful updated home with all the amenities. Owners thought of everything and offered many helpful suggestions of local and nearby attractions.
They made it clear they would be available if we had any concerns or questions. Would love to come back for a winter stay sometime in the future.

a great stay
We had a great time at the Bear's Den. It's a good central location for the various things we wanted to accomplish during our trip -- Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Sedona (none of those things are close, but also not crazy far away). Lots of board games on hand and a little outdoor fireplace perfect for s'more making. Downtown Flagstaff is about 15m drive.
The house itself seems brand new and was extremely clean. The kids loved the little hammock thing underneath the deck. The layout of the house itself is super weird, but that's ok. Also the big patio heater was broken which was a bummer.
