The location is great with easy access to Flagstaff,Munds Park, and Sedona. The house has a nice setting with a pleasant view. The beds and towels are very comfortable.
Upon arrival the upstairs A/C did not work.
Deck and downstairs glass doors do not lock. The yard is poorly maintained. The "green" grass in pictures is artificial grass. The front gate has missing boards,The flower pots do not have flowers and some are broken. There is broken furniture/ping-pong table in the front yard and visible side yard. The back deck has rotten wood with areas where small feet can get caught on a nail.It is unappealing with dead flowers in plastic pots and tables without an umbrella.
The kitchen has cracked coffee cups, inadequate silver ware (for 14 people, adequate for 6-7).Some pots were stored unwashed. The utensil drawer was not organized. The kitchen table was nice with good seating.Multiple light fixtures did not work .The advertised stereo system was not present. There was no cable for the sound bar(fortunately my son had an extra one). The "den" is large and expansive-good place for gathering. The kitchen "bar" has unmatching chairs. The cabinet with games is a mess with scattered boxes, missing pieces.
The room with pool table is interesting:the wall facing a bedroom is not finished to the ceiling leaving a 10-15 foot section ,6 inches wide open that allows sound and light into the main level bedroom. The dart board is broken with 2 broken darts provided.no first aid kit.

The cabin was great!! This would have been a 5 star if it wasn’t for the unwelcoming neighbor on the right facing the cabin. Is appears renters are extremely unwelcome. This is the first time I come across this issue. Other than that it was great!

Great log cabin property. As we said it made us feel like we were back in north Wisconsin. It also helped there was almost 3 feet of snow while we were up there. Excellent space and balcony areas. host was extremely helpful with getting a company to shovel and plow us out.

Overall we had a great stay. It is an older house that had its flaws. The first night the lower-level heater was not working, the owner promptly called out a handman however it was still not fixed. The next morning, he had an HVAC specialist come and fix the problem. That first night was a bit cold down there because the portable heaters kept causing the breaker switch to flip and we had to go reset it a few times, and there were no extra blankets down there. After this first night the heater was working and it was very comfortable. Bring your own tin foil, saran wrap, paper, pens, etc. The house had very little "extras" making it truly fully stocked. Some dishes needed re-washing. Loft area fan light was not working. The pool table and jacuzzi were nice. No balls were there for the ping pong table. Ice maker did not work on the refrigerator; however, they did have a separate ice maker, but this did not make ice very quickly, so we had to go buy ice twice. Neighbor across the street was blowing rocks from his house and street onto our cars, which we had to ask him to stop; he then proceeded to blow all of his snow onto our cars the next morning (which also kicks up rocks) onto our cars and burying them in his snow, and we again had to go ask him to stop this as well. The neighbor next door was very nice. I believe the owners should stay there a few nights to experience what would make it more of a 5-star house. Overall we would stay here again and come more prepared.

The kitchen faucet was broken the repair man came at 4 and stayed till 7 I was trying to cook dinner around him. The fireplace was not working due to the pilot light never able to start. The location was great and the grounds were beautiful. Plenty of space for a large group.

Wonderful cabin
Our family had a reunion over Christmas, and this cabin had plenty of space for us to spread out and find privacy in multiple parts of the cabin. The furnace was not functioning the first day, and this was replaced. He provided space heaters and blankets for us until it was working again. We would enjoy staying here again.

Great Place to Stay
This place had a great layout, super nice lighting, offered some useful stuff, and everything was thoughtfully labelled. The labelling was great because we would sometimes find things that we did not even know would be there.
My main issue was that the AC did not really work. It was a summer stay, and we basically sweat all day. If you are staying in the winter, this would not be a problem. Smaller issues were that the bathroom floor seemed oddly greasy, and one of the patio chairs exploded under the weight of one of my friends. There are three more just like that there, so I notified the landlord that they might want to remove them. But there are 5-6 more patio chairs of a different style, so there are plenty.
This is way better than most of the other VRBO's I've been at. I would definitely stay again.

great Vacation
I loved the property but unfortunately I could not use the hot tub because it's located on the second level and step and me with my knee's no good .Outside sitting on the second level need more of a table and chair sitting due to watching kids in hot tub and cleaned up .The first floor outside space needs more seating only 5 chairs so we couldn't all sit outside together . Kitchen is stocked but need to bring your own pepper and salt shakers also napkins and baggies .
The spa tub is upstairs on the 3rd level and sits up high not really good for older people .
We had a small mishap when the older grandkids and papa went into play pool the wire caught on fire so we couldn't use the pool room at night that was a sad point .
Over all view of a realtor it really needs some more personal touches and the family room sofa needs to be more accommodating for adults we felt like when someone was talking you couldn't see them lol kids had to sit on the floor to watch tv in the family room with everyone and they need to place TVs in all bedrooms and in the loft .I am not sure why anyone would have a tv down stairs in the foyer but ok .
No dish towels but one kind of gross to use for three days and no dish soap to wash the bigger stuff to was in a weird squirt container you couldn't use .
Over all it was a nice place and I did like that they had all the body wash and shampoo there for you to use.
