Located in the beautiful Grampians, only 3 minutes drive from the centre of Halls Gap, Arinya View is the perfect home away from home. The house is well appointed with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen/dining and a cozy lounge with wood heater. The perfect place to stay for couples, families or a group of friends. Lovely accommodation in a relaxing and quiet area. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. The cocktoos and kookaburra's welcomed us every morning on the veranda. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was stunning both inside and out! Inside there was plenty of room for the whole family. The laundry was great having a dryer, kids loved the big tv and Wii games on it. Top it all of with the lovely and warm wood fire in the lounge room. Outside we fed the cockatoos each morning when they stopped by to say hello - such great memories made here! Highly recommend

The property was well situated and within a leisurely 30min stroll from the center of Halls Gap. Well situated in quite surroundings where one can wind down. Melanie communicated well and within reasonable time.

Clean, comfortable and cosy accommodation in a fantastic location. Cheeky birds greet you on arrival which was rather amusing. Perfect place for a winter holiday. Thank you so much.

The accommodation was more or less what we had expected. The king room though was a bit tight with only 1 bedside table so we plumped for the room next to it, which also had the TV. The only real issue was how cold it was, but a quick message to Melanie the next day and we got the heating working, but we were certainly cold the first night we were there. As we are from the UK we were unfamiliar with the heating system. The accommodation doesn’t really warm up and so need to put the heating and blankets on.

House was tidy and spacious, plenty if room and good location. Cleaniness could be improved. The cutlery drawers were disgusting greasy, not was properly if at all. Plates also dirty, we had to wash everything we wanted to use.

This place had everything we needed except a dishwasher, last thing i want to do on holidays is wash dishes! Aside from that this residence has netflix and a massive tv, fireplace and cooling/heating. Beds we comfy and had good nights sleep after long walks in the local area. Thanks for a great stay!

A very enjoyable few days spent in a very nice place with beautiful surroundings. The place was everything as described with all facilities available. The only concern was that the place is desperately in need of a deep clean. Also the smoke alarms in the hallway adjacent to the bedrooms have been disconnected. Otherwise enjoyed the stay.!

Upon arrival I was impressed with the cleanliness and presentation of the house. It had everything we needed and a great layout for us. The shower was great and fireplace worked a dream to heat the house. Thank you for the free wifi and Netflix.. nice to come home to after a day of exploring. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Nice house in a lovely position at the foot of the Pinnacle & within walking distance to town. Comfy & cosy with a Woodfire burning (but reliant on this for all heating so house can also be pretty chilly too when fire not lit). Kitchen facilities were less than many comparably priced properties- no dishwasher or ovenware for a family baked dish for example which was unexpected, but we managed & had a lovely few days. Would highly recommend Halls Gap as a family location.. great walks, rock climbing (for all ages) & roaming wildlife.

As I said there re several issues that need attention 3 blinds do no open due to broken strings 2 bedroom lights do not operate

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arinya. Very clean, lovely and warm with the fire. Great location, just a short walk into town. Lovely views. Excellent communication with Melanie. Highly recommend.
