A nice property that matched the listing - good experience for us. Clean, easy to check in, and easy to bring our cat.

Great place, Great Location, Great Host. Plenty of communication. Met our needs perfectly.

Easy In and Out. Good communication. Solid location. Would definitely use again in the future.

The area is fine but the outside parking is sketchy. The apartment was very nice; and appeared clean. A couple of things - def does not sleep 6, no linens for "pull-out" and several surfaces and drawer handles were sticky, the coffee maker did not work, and a corner of the carpet that we kept tripping over (needed to be tacked down). Sunday morning around 7 there was some kind of service with live loud music and banging that lasted a couple of hours. It was a good thing we didn't want to sleep in or have young children. It wasn't completely unpleasant but highly unexpected. Overall the apartment is nice.

Very quiet building like the area would stay there again

Henry is an excellent host. We really appreciated his attentive support and warm hospitality!
The location is very convenient to much of Pittsburgh’s favorite spots. It’s literally 10 minutes to everything.
The apartment was the perfect size for the 3 of us. We look forward to visiting again!

Loved the place and it was very clean. Only hiccup was the band that woke us all up at 7 am and played loud music for three hours. I would definitely stay there again when band wasn't there playing.

Nice place to stay to visit Pittsburgh

This location is a bit off the beaten path, but right along major bus lines and nearby Pitt and CMU. It was perfect for us to be be able to get to where we wanted by car or bus. Street parking around here is also good.

Clean and well-appointed. Walking distance to the three schools we were visiting in the area (we like to walk), and public transport easy to navigate. We had planned to park in the secure garage, but got in late and couldn't find it. Ended up parking on the street, which was fine for the two days we were in town, and property manager was responsive and understanding about the situation. We would definitely stay here again.

The loft was perfect for our family. Henry was very communicative and accomodating.

This spacious, well maintained 2-bedroom apartment had everything we needed for a great 12 day stay. Loved the convenience of full kitchen and laundry, 5 minute drive to Pitt’s campus, easy free street parking, and a CVS just a block away. Stay somewhere else If street noise bothers you. Also, be aware that the Christian rock band downstairs begins practice at 6:55am Sunday mornings.

Clean open floor plan… The internet connection was spotty; if staying multiple days (2+) no convenient way to get things out of a suitcase, or to store the clothes… Bedrooms were bed, side table, TV, and a rack thing that really does not work well for organizing clothes

Great stay. I would stay here again.

The property is in a convenient location for all things we had planned to do in Pittsburgh. It is well equipped and any problems we encountered were easily taken care of in a timely manner. Communication with the owner was excellent. I have no doubt that should we return to Pittsburgh for any reason, we would seek out a return to this rental.

Great time visiting the city

It was very nice and modern and fit our needs quite well. Only glitch was that I paid to park our 2 cars in garages and 2 cars were blocking them and we couldn't use them. Not your fault but we had to park on the street.

This was a great condo. Location was perfect for the colleges in the area and Henry was a great communicator. Clean, quiet and perfect.

PERFECT city option
Visited Pittsburgh to drop a son at college, and this was the ideal spot for that purpose. Immaculately clean, easy to utilize, centrally located in Shadyside/Squirrel Hill, close to restaurants and Target and other needful shops. HUGE space, and pick the mattress in the first bedroom--while the second is nice, the memory foam is like sleeping on clouds. Washer/dryer is a godsend, kitchen is stocked with all you'd need to cook full meals, tech is highly advanced but easy to use. Just a remarkable unit, to say nothing of the OUTSTANDING gym on the main floor, I'll be reviewing that separately, it's wonderful. Parking is free and nearby or cheap and secure, your option. Host is responsive as all hell, and wonderful to deal with.

The place was a converted warehouse, and did not try to hide it. Not for everyone, I feel, but we liked it's industrial feel and tall ceilings. And it was well air conditioned, thankfully.

Cool warehouse apartment!
Our family very much enjoyed our stay! Centrally located, including visits to the Carnegie museums, Heinz History museum, and Strip District. Convenient and free street parking. Cool refurbishing of this Pittsburgh warehouse space, with a full kitchen, allowing us the chance to cook some meals, while enjoying the great nearby restaurants.

Nice place, convenient location
Nice property. Felt safe. Cool play area on 2nd floor! Location makes everything a close drive. Great communication with owner!
Church worship practice starts at 7am Sunday morning, so be prepared! It was fine with us… you can hear it pretty well.
Thank you!

Get ready to go to church
The property was nice and convenient to get around town. Street parking was easy to find and free. Very nice interior with a lot of amenities. The only issue that caused the 3 star rating was bright and early Sunday morning at 7:30 am we were abruptly woken up by the band practice of the church attached to the building. We’re talking loud even up on the 4th floor where we were staying. Not the place to sleep in on Sunday morning. Other than that it was a very nice place!
