Anniversary trip brought us to the area and we loved our stay at canopy

Location was perfect. Parking was very expensive but because we were walking distance to pretty much everything we dropped off the rental car a few days early. The hotel was beautiful and had great onsite dining options

Nice modern hotel, but big issues during our stay

Very nice modern hotel, in a good location, large rooms and bathrooms

One of the elevators did not work during our whole stay, and wait times to go up to the room were sometimes over 10 minutes. wholy unacceptable when you are paying $400/night per room. No effort from Hotel Staff to provide solution, or credit for the inconvenience, just "we are very sorry". For a chain like hilton to have 50% of the elevators down for 4 days in soooooo bad.

Traveling with toddler

An amazing stay. Very clean hotel and the location is what you look for on vacation. If have a car I highly recommend to park your car for 5$ whole day at Portland Parking Division a cross from Becky's Diner

The bed mattress was extremely soft which I am not use to.

Inviting and comfortable

The entire room experience was top notch. Sheets were amazing. Bed was super comfortable and the shades allowed just the right amount of light.

Location was close to everything. Staff was amazing. Roof top bar was an amazing added bonus to an amazing and clean room. The breakfast from the cafe was top notch with perfect Lattes.

Great hotel and great area for food and drinks

I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful from the valet to the bartenders. Rooftop bar was amazing! Great view. Hotel is very modern and clean. Hotel is in walking distance of several great restaurants and bars. This area of Portland has a great food seen! Will definitely stay here again in the future. I already recommended this place to a close friend who lives in R.I. I told him to take his wife for a weekend.

Honestly there isn't nothing I could say I didn't like about my stay. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time.

Amazing hotel and staff, and a perfect spot for our night out at Aura to see a concert.

Our room was amazing- the beds were comfortable and soft, and the shower heads were awesome. The rooftop bar was beautiful and a nice spot for a martini before our night out. I loved that we could change the room temperature with the remote for our tv!

I wish the rooftop bar was open earlier than 4, but it didn't really matter since we were out most of the day.

The breakfast at the Salt Yard was filling and so handy!

Breakfast was outstanding for a hotel restaurant. We loved the separate bathroom space which allowed one of us to continue to sleep while the other was getting ready. Also LOVED the larger size bath towels.

Housekeeping couldn't keep up. We did not have any one come into the room. Luckily we were used to the system from the pandemic and saved our towels. It was difficult to get into the rooftop bar at our own hotel.

Stylish yet comfy hotel with an exceptional all day cafe downstairs and a classy rooftop bar

Very stylish. Fantastic all day cafe with excellent coffee and food and lots of comfy seating downstairs, and a classy rooftop bar with a view at the top. Perfect location, with all of Portland in walking distance. Definitely one of the best hotels in the city at the best location.

Book it! Clean, accommodating, great location

The location was great and walkable to restaurants and local shops. There was also plenty of parking available in the street or at valet. Our room was very clean, smelled nice and the beds were as comfortable as can be! I felt very at ease and relaxed in this space, almost like home. The front desk staff were also so accommodating. They recognized that our stay was for our honeymoon and gave us a neat little dessert and some cozy socks to enjoy! It felt like they really cared about our special moment and we appreciate that they were celebrating with us.

A whole new experience in Portland Maine.

I love how the staff went into overdrive to accommodate my husband and I after our flight got canceled and we had to extend our stay! Thank you so much for the warm and compassionate reception. We will definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back! Awesome stay!

Breakfast is available at a kind of cafeteria; the location is nice, but I'd rather have a full serviced meal.

As I said, I'd rather have a regular service breakfast, with waiter/waitress instead.

Breakfast bar turned out to be very good with eggs, pastries and yoghurt all excellent.

Valet parking was too expensive. Problems with billing system kept us out of rooftop bar. Water filling stations good idea but did not always work.
