About this house rental
Spacious Grace Bay home in the Turks and Caicos, with 2 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms located at the private Grace Bay Townhomes development. Most importantly, Grace Bay Townhomes offers an optimal location in the center of the world-renowned Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos Islands. The quality built 2-story townhome is situated in a quiet enclave just off Grace Bay Road. No need for a car because of the close proximity to Grace Bay Beach (just a 5-minute stroll away), grocery store, restaurants, spas, yoga studios, gyms, shopping, and Provo nightlife.
Unit B2 is a middle unit in the complex and has an abundant 1552 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor living space. The townhome features high ceilings, modern finishes, lots of storage space as well as a screened-in patio space perfect for dining or just relaxing with a good book and glass of wine.
On the main level, the kitchen opens to the bright and inviting living-dining area and has been finished with granite counters and maple cabinets. Located on the second floor each generous bedroom enjoys its own private en suite bathroom. In addition, there are lovely views of the freshwater communal pool and the tropical gardens from both the lower and upper levels.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the townhomes are incredibly spacious, open and airy. There's a pool, should you want to go swimming. Located in the heart of Grace Bay, easy access to everything.
Highly recommend.

The bugs were a huge issue I think the screens did little to prevent them. My wife and I probably have over 200 bites from inside the house.

From reservation to check out, working with Dana and Scott was a pleasure. The condo is exactly as presented online. We had 2 large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus a 1/2 bath downstairs. Plenty of closet space and washer/dryer on the 2nd floor. Kitchen was well equipped and the screened porch was a bonus. The kitchen has the basic spices and we were provided with enough paper towels, napkins and toilet paper for the week. The condo has a lot of ceiling fans to provide a nice breeze (especially with the front door open) and air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms which worked great. We really only needed the air conditioning for sleeping. The condo is beautifully landscaped and about a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful Grace Bay beach. There were sand chairs, noodles, and other beach stuff provided as well as the very helpful Beach Buggy to carry everything. The IGA is less than a 5 minute walk away where you can get everything you need, at island prices of course. The iced latte at the IGA coffee shop was my best value for the week, only $4.60! We had a car which was nice as we went to several different beaches (Grace Bay is the most beautiful) and a couple of restaurants, Bugaloos and Las Brisas were standouts! The Landing, in town was also delicious. To get the amount of space on the beach, you have to pay double or even triple, so given all that Grace Bay Townhomes provides, it is definitely the best value in Provo.

Beautiful island, path to Grace Bay is right across the street a 5 minute walk. Beach is beautiful...townhouse large, clean, with a tropical oasis for a backyard with a pool. Would recommend Coco Bistro, Magnolia's Las Brisas, Hemingway's, Somewhere, Shark bite. We rent a car and tour the entire island ourselves. Long Bay beach is off the beaten path and quite truthfully I got nervous and wanted to go back to the car but my husband is amazing with the map - it is located in a residential area but there is just this small path with no signs or anything...but as you walk into the path, finally you come upon a sign that reads Long Bay Beach and it looms ahead of you and it is tranquil, desolate and beautiful!! We like to explore so...Sapadillo Bay is also beautiful. The snorkeling wasn't good - Smith's Reef was rocky and the other snorkeling spot I was actually a bit nervous to go out around the reef because I had seen a shark 2 days prior, (a lemon shark they told us) at shark bites...it comes in every day so I thought hmmm this shark could come into the reef and that prevented me from going out and around it (now mind you it isn't out far, it's that I ) had I not seen the shark I would have gone...but I have been to quite a few islands and the snorkeling did not compare at all. That said Turks and Caicos is beautiful and we enjoyed ourselves. oh! we did see 2 turtles, and an octopus.

We brought our son on this trip as a surprise gift for high school graduation. We had a wonderful time. The home was ample in size - it had everything we needed. We ran the air conditioning at a modest average about 83 degrees, which actually was quite comfortable and didn't cost us a fortune. The beaches were beautiful and clean - every beach we visited. We did two trips with Big Blue, which we would highly recommend. They were professional and we really enjoyed ourselves. Scott and Dana were accommodating, but not intrusive whatsoever. We would come again - we would stay here again - we would recommend to family and friends.
