The Space:
Stella Blu features the historic charm of Cape Charles while providing modern amenities! This elegant home is located less than a block from the beach, offers a porch and balcony to watch the boats come in over the harbor, and is just steps from all of the action downtown.
Upon entrance, you're welcomed by a beautiful foyer that draws you into the main living room. An open concept allows you to entertain between the living room, dining room, and the main event - the kitchen. If you are a cook, you will never want to leave this space! The downstairs is complete with a half bath, laundry room, and a large screened in back deck.
Upstairs on the second floor, a primary bedroom greets you with a luxurious king bed and a view of the harbor with so much natural light. A private balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning taking in the sunrise, or invite your family up for a cocktail at sunset! The bathroom includes a claw-foot tub, large tiled shower, and two separate granite vanities. Two more bedrooms await, both with equally as comfortable queen beds and a charming jack-and-jill bathroom. The third floor is perfect for another couple or the kids! This bedroom includes two built in full beds, a queen bed, and a full bath. The kids will love having their own space to hang out!
The backyard is fully fenced in and is perfect for an evening of grilling and relaxing after a long day at the beach! The vacation of your dreams awaits at Stella Blu.

I rented Stella Blu for the location but was thrilled with the condition of the home. It is a beautiful home that has been tastefully decorated and totally renovated. The welcome gift, owner's guidebook to Cape Charles, and live plants were special touches I hadn't expected but thoroughly enjoyed. The owners have included everything you could ever need for your vacation. The garage was awesome for storing the golf cart and beach gear. My only recommendation would be a dresser or closet in the main bedroom since the rental requirement is a week. We loved Stella Blu!

My entire group was raving about this place. We loved having so much room for our four kids and four adults. The kids particularly liked the little alcove beds in the loft, and playing in the open area in the foyer. The adults were big fans of the screen porch as a place to break for lunch during a day at the beach. We also loved the huge, well-stocked kitchen and the unbeatable location — a block from the beach and a block from shops and restaurants. The only improvements we’d like to see are a deep clean of the showers, more plastic cups for kids in the kitchen, and a place to hang clothes in the primary bedroom. Overall, it is clearly well cared for, beautifully decorated and with lots of thoughtful touches that we appreciated. We will absolutely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Stella Blu for a quick escape! We highly recommend this lovely, spacious home to all that have a large family, book clubs, board retreats and more. The fit and finish were top notch. The third-floor bunk room was a real surprise with cozy beds in the alcoves and a full bathroom making it fun for all ages. We especially enjoyed the second-floor front balcony overlooking the harbor and allowing a magnificent sunset view. We made many memories and will book the Stella Blu again!

This was our second year at Stella Blu and we again enjoyed our stay. Location for shopping and restaurants is prime. View could be better but is not a deal breaker. Concrete plant is noisy at times and in close proximity to the property (and view). Close to the beach which we loved. Stocked nicely (kitchen) and appreciated the fan in the primary bedroom. Furniture has definitely seen better days and very noticeable wear and tear since our last renting. Chesapeake Realty are great to work with and highly recommend them. Overall a positive experience at Stella Blu for our family of 6 adults and 5 children.

This was our first time to Cape Charles and Stella Blu was the PERFECT home for our multigenerational family vacation. It was close the beach and town, views of the Harbor and Bay were AMAZING, multiple porches and patio provided extra living space and there was plenty of parking. Loved having a charging station in the garage. Linens seemed to be of upgraded quality and there were plenty of nice appliances plus a pantry for all the food!! We are so thankful to have had the Stella Blu experience!

Booking this gorgeous home was an easy experience and Nolan couldn't have been more helpful. The location in town was perfect - walking distance to water, beach and town and we had the best time tooling around town in our rented golf cart. The house size was perfect for the 8 of us and my three children loved having the third floor to themselves. Fully stocked and updated kitchen. We would have loved to have the screens in the windows to enjoy the breeze at night, but understood that the weather warmed up quickly the week we arrived. Feel in love with this town and look forward to visiting again.

This house was a perfect location and size for our group. So charming and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately there were a few things that I believe could make this place better and with the price point very high fees for the stay. The beautiful gourmet kitchen could use wine glasses, kitchen towels, more coffee mugs, baking sheets,and knives. Unfortunately we arrived and there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms after our long drive and night arrival and the manager left a bag with 3 rolls and 2 single trash bags only for the house. I feel for the price you are paying they should have those stocked for you. Ice maker doesn’t work either. Light bulbs were missing in fixtures and it felt as though the owners may not really care about their guests stay. Upstairs mattress was completely caved in but the property manager worked very hard and replaced it for us. Unfortunately the master sheet had a blood stain on it and that’s just a no go for guests. Our property manager was very friendly and her personality helped diffuse some frustration of losing a nights sleep and she replaced our sheet as well.
It’s a great house for large groups and gatherings. It was a very special occasion for us as we were having a wedding for my daughter. The house was a good fit for us and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect getaway
We came to Cape Charles to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. The house was fantastic and had plenty of room for 6 adults. Beautifully renovated and high end finishes throughout. We rented a golf cart from CC Ryders and highly recommend! We ate dinner at Hook @ Harvey, make your reservation early and you won’t be disappointed by the incredible food! Great time with dear friends in a perfect getaway right in a prime location.

I booked this property for my girlfriends 34th birthday weekend and invited some lifelong friends/family. The house is exactly as described, with an excellent location that is walking distance to all the spots in Cape Charles. The waterfront view is incredible at sunrise/sunset. Stella Blunis in a wonderful location close to the beach, and downtown are. We parked the car upon arrival and walked to most activities. There were several maintenance issues but the management company was responsive. Unfortunately, the powder room toilet never functioned. And the keys stuck in the locks. The master bedroom and bath were so luxurious and the attic room was just perfect for our grandchildren! The other 2 bedrooms served our adult children perfectly with a Jack and Jill bathroom that gave each side complete privacy! The location was perfect as we walked to the shops and the beach. Everything was with in a few blocks from us. We will most definitly stay here again when we visit Cape Charles! Oh and the water is just PERFECT for small children! Our grandchildren loved the freedom it gave them to walk and play in the water without Mommy and Daddy hovering over them!

Great house, fabulous location. Walk to the beach and to downtown shops. A few minor house cleaning issues, but Chesapeake Properties took care of them immediately and with a smile. Overall, the best house/location combo we have ever had.

Amazing house! The amenities were perfect and allowed our family a much neede
The stay was great and the house was great. The location was easy to walk to town and the beach but busy with people throughout the day. The overall feel of people parking at the house and feel of that was interesting at times and the view from the front was less than expected and advertised. We weren’t able to even see the harbor due to parked work vehicles and crane along with the industrial site.

Our stay at Stella Blu was fabulous - the house is so nicely finished and has everything you could need. The kitchen is fantastic and well-stocked. The screen porch is so relaxing. Location couldn't be better - easy walk to the beach, so close to town, and close to Brown Dog ice cream! I cannot say enough good things, we had a wonderful time and will be back!
