This is a really cool old building right in the heart of downtown Grand Junction Colorado. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The condo is nicely updated and worked well for my wife and I, our son, and his two boys. The only thing that would have been nice is another shower. The only shower is in the master bedroom. It does have a nice additional half bath though. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

My family took Amtrak to Moab and needed a place to stay in Grand Junction. This place was within walking distance of the train station so we got it. The extra step of getting the building key was just a little confusing but the directions were detailed enough to explain it. The unit was in perfect condition. The beds and sheets were wonderfully comfortable. We had a great stay and would easily recommend it to others.

Excellent location and wonderful property. One suggestion is to have a place to hang coats for those of us that come during colder months and ski.

This was the perfect place to stay for our night out in Junction for a concert at the Mesa Theater. The condo was wonderfully laid out & comfortable. My only suggestion would be for the bunk bed room to have more privacy added to the glass door & for actual shades to be added in the bedrooms rather than draperies - a lot of light comes through.

Was probably as described,,, but would say the fact the master bathroom had the only shower in the place, vs the general bathroom, was more that a bit of a pain for two couples. Being over the bar was not an issue with noise. Beds were very comfortable. Nice downtown location.

This property went above and beyond our expectations. The out-of-town crew that we had stay there had nothing but wonderful things to say. Thank you for offering such an excellent property.

It was large and updated. The kitchen and 2 bathrooms had ample supplies. Very quiet even though it is a block from Main Street in downtown Grand Junction. Easy access to bars, restaurants and shops.

Five adults stayed here for one night.
Aside from being asked to pay more than what were originally quoted because they didn't include about $40 tax in the original price -- and paying it, because we were in no position to argue by then -- communication with the property manager was fine. Check-in was easy. The location was excellent, walking distance to plenty of downtown restaurants and bars. And it was clean.
The place itself was ... fine. It seems like it was built to be used as office space and was converted to a rental property later: shower inside one bedroom, not in same room as toilet; bunk-bedroom window that faced hallway; only bathroom had a pocket door that was mostly frosted glass.
For only a little more than hotels would have cost us, we were happy with the location and glad to have a real kitchen and small dining and living room areas. I'd stay here again, though probably not for more than one night.

Check in was easy, the apartment was clean and inviting, and the location was perfect. There were coffee shops and breakfast places within walking distance.
There were two issues that could be resolved to make this a place we would return to: the bedroom with the bunk beds has a window into the building’s hallway which is lit up throughout the night. My kids ended up having to hang a blanket over it because the thin blinds didn’t do much to block out the light. Room darkening curtains would be an easy fix. And the doors to bother the bunk bed room and the first bathroom have semi-transparent glass in them. My teen daughter and her friend ended up having to take turns with us and use the master bath to change and use the toilet because their shapes could be seen through the glass- which is awkward for everyone when traveling with mixed company. I believe there is “frosted” tack paper that could blur the glass more if changing the doors isn’t an option.
Other than that, out stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

We arrived at the property but couldn't stay due to the strong chemical odors in the room. My wife's eyes immediately started watering - we left after 5 minutes. The neighborhood is sketchy also; here is an excerpt from the check-in process: "You will find the lockbox by entering the alley (black door surrounded by corrugated metal). To the right of that door on the wall there is a lockbox labeled...". My family didn't even like being left in the car while I got the keys. Despite not being able to stay, we were denied any form of refund.
This property could work for you if you have no kids and no sense of smell.

My family and I stayed here while visiting with my daughters at CMU. GREAT location - steps from downtown, great food at the bar below. Couldn’t have asked for more. Could barely hear the bar below, all the amenities and the location was fantastic. Would recommend 100/100 times going forward. Awesome. Period.

Really cool apartment with great proximity to downtown. The bar underneath was a little loud until about midnight but not too bad, I would still recommend the property and would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay.
The apartment we rented in Grand Junction was a very nice place. The neighborhood was very quiet which was great after a long day on the road. It was far more comfortable and affordable than renting multiple hotel rooms. The shower and beds where where very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Grand Junction wine get away
Great property with downtown location. Easy to walk to all the fun downtown places and enjoy wine country. It was also pretty quiet being a downtown location. Only downside is that the a/c wasn’t working properly so it was a bit warm. Also couldn’t utilize the TV’s as there were no batteries in the TV remotes.

Home away from home.
This property is clean, nicely decorated and furnished, with a full kitchen -- all the comforts of home. And spacious! With 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths there is plenty of room to spread out, and the 10-foot (or so) ceilings make it feel even bigger, as well as helping to keep things comfortable during the record heat wave Colorado was experiencing while we were there. The unit is on the 2nd floor above a bar that sometimes cranks up the music, but it's a solidly-built old building so the noise is barely noticeable. The lock to get into the building was not working well during our stay, but we reported it to the owners who said they would have a locksmith look into it. I would definitely stay here again the next time I travel to Grand Junction!
