Welcome to our super clean and beautiful, 5 bedroom, 3 full and 2 half bath beach house! Our home is less than 100 steps from the beach entrance at 8th Avenue South in Surfside! You'll love staying here! Check out our reviews.
Our guests enjoy a private pool, elevator, modern kitchen, updated decor and furniture, super fast 500Mbps Spectrum wifi, balconies off each bedroom and much more!
You'll love the floorplan as the house features a master bedroom on the main level (king bed) with an amazing master bath. On the second level are two more master bedrooms (one with a king, one with a queen). Each second level master has an adjoining full bath. All master bedrooms come with 32" tvs.
Also on the second level are two bunk rooms. Bunk room 1 has a full over full bunk with an additional full bed in the room. Bunk room 2 has a twin over full bunk and two convertible sleeper chairs that become twin beds.
In the first floor living area you'll find a sleeper sofa along with a 65” LCD TV.
No musty carpets to worry about as our home has luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.
There's plenty of parking in the private driveway that extends out from under the house. The house comes with washer and dryer. There's also two separate central AC units - one for each floor.
Need a break from the beach? You have a private pool in the back surrounded by a six foot privacy fence. (Note: The pool is not heated.)
Near the pool is an outdoor dining table and a new gas grill.

An immaculate beach house with impressive decor and thoughtful touches throughout! The house easily accommodated our group of 10 with room to spare. In one word, it was SPACIOUS! There were lots of large balconies that were perfect for enjoying the ocean air! There were lots of rooms, both common and private where you could sit and relax or socialize with plenty of seating. The kitchen was generous and well appointed with plenty of dishes, and appliances. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The pool is on the smaller side and is not deep but it was a nice touch and we enjoyed it after a day at the beach! The beach itself is a short walk but be aware that the access close to the house does not have a ramp, it is stairs only. We had to carry our beach wagon up and down the stairs lol. A few blocks further down there is a ramp to access the beach if needed, but we opted to do the heavy lifting to stay closer to the house. The beach itself was just lovely!
Overall this is a wonderful property in a great location! My family had a blast and we would definitely stay here again!

My family had a perfect week at Surfside staying in this beautiful home. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived. There were many beautiful and thoughtful touches throughout the house that made it warm and inviting to all of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spotless, perfectly situated and comfortable. The owners were immediately responsive and helpful, answering any questions--they could not be more helpful. The house itself is in a great location, just a few steps to the Surfside Beach access point. My grandsons used the pool--despite it being April!--and loved it. The owners have truly thought of everything. I highly recommend this property--we are already looking forward to the next time we can come.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The proximity to the beach can't be beat and there's nothing better than cooling off by the pool in the afternoons. The house was also impeccably clean and had plenty of space for our extended family to join us. The kitchen was fully stocked and the table was large enough for everyone to sit down and enjoy dinners together each night. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall we had a great stay! Great location to the beach. As we were packing to leave, the property manager showed up (unexpectedly), we had a little over an hour before check out, so that was kinda uncomfortable.

Amazing stay!
My family and I spent our Easter/Spring Break vacation here and it was amazing. The house was very space for all of us and Tony answered all of our questions throughout the process. They go above and beyond to make it feel like home. When we arrived it was decorated with small Easter themed items. This trip meant a lot to my mother and I as we have lost my Father (COVID) and Uncle(cancer). This was our first Easter without both and just wanted to get away. Thank you so much! The topping on the cake for this place would be a heated pool!

A absolutely beautiful house with plenty of space, every convenience (including an elevator to assist handicapped), and owners that go the extra mile... including adding Christmas decor and some little surprises to open under the tree! We spent our Christmas holiday, infant to elderly, and we all felt right at home. We cooked a Christmas spread, walked down to the beach to watch the sunrise, drank coffee on the balcony, and admired the pool (wishing the weather was warm enough in December for a swim). Thanks Tony and Karen for hosting such an enjoyable stay! We highly recommend your home!

House is super convenient to everything. You can hear the ocean waves from the front porches. The home is VERY well kept. Everything is clean and comfortable. We were there for Christmas and everything was very nicely decorated for the holidays. Has all the modern day conveniences. USB ports on the nightstands, hair dryers and fans, fully stocked kitchen with toaster oven, blender, skillet and anything else you would need. It was perfect for our family. 2 kids, 2 teenagers, and 7 adults. We all had beds and were comfortable. House even has an elevator! We loved our stay here and would definitely book again. This property has our highest recommendation. We had an amazing time in Surfside Beach, and it was all thanks to this beautiful home we had the opportunity to stay in. Everything was super clean and well prepared. You can instantly tell that the owners do their very best to make sure their guests are impressed and comfortable. Tony and Karen were great in communication, answering questions and being attentive to everything we asked about. The location is great, the cleanliness was beyond our expectations and far surpassed any of the properties we've rented previously. There is plenty of room for everything. We liked that there was room to store our bikes downstairs, all of the balconies, closeness to the beach (which is truly wonderful!) and how the pool gets significant sun during the day in September. We used the grill which had plenty of propane available, and having the bathroom and hose/shower by the pool area were very convenient. There is lots of storage in the kitchen, and the laundry facilities were also great. We liked the relaxing and beautiful decor in the home. The neighborhood is quiet and you can tell that other homeowners are also very attentive to their properties. You will feel safe and welcome as you enjoy your time in this amazing area, close to everything you need to have a wonderful time on the South Carolina coast. We hope to stay again in the future.
