Had a wonderful 2 nights walking around Geneva on the Lake. Everything is within walking distance. Saw a few bands at a local pub. These cottages have been around for awhile, but it has everything you need to relax and enjoy your time in Geneva.

My son and I were just stopping through on the way to the D Day reenactment and only needed the place for the night. It was fine for the night. Obviously nothing fancy but I appreciated having the fridge and stove for breakfast. I dropped something near the bed and was slightly grossed out to see how much dust was visible on the inside of the bed frame and stuff under the bed. For the most part the rest of the cottage was clean enough. Bathroom trim had visible dust and kitchen decoration could have used a wipe down. For the price it was good, just needs attention in the cleaning department

Small, affordable and very clean, maybe a bit slanty floor. I’d stay here again.

Two minor problems internet went out so no tv and our last day an issue with plumbing next door and plumbers were very noisy very early in the morning and well we ended up getting up early after an adventurous night out other than that good location

We booked this cottage for a last minute wedding anniversary. Very pleased with how clean it was, the ease of the check in/check out, and the property was very nice. It had a back yard vibe with a tree swing, bbq's, picnic benches, and fire pits. Enough room for each family to have their own space to hang out.
You can hear music from the neighboring bars but it still feels pretty secluded. We also loved the screened porch and porch swing. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Across the street there is a market that sells essentials.
The only thing I would change about this cottage was the bed. My husband and I both thought it was way too hard and the floor was slanted so I was constantly rolling into the middle of the bed. However, in our opinion this was not worthy of complaint considering the great price and nice atmosphere.

This place was so cute and one of the cleanest places i have stayed on the strip. Everything was explained clearly by host and they were able to let me stay 2 extra days. Definitely coming back ❤️ 😍

Had scoped out the area ahead of attending the Craig Morgan show at Yankies. Being unfamiliar with the area as newbies to GOTL decided to come in for a couple of nights to get to experience all there is to offer. Enjoyed our time at the cottage. Great location (not a long walk to enjoy the entire strip). Unit was clean and comfortable, enjoyed the firepit and outside entertainment from the neighboring establishments. Cottage provides the amenitites to make your stay comfortable. A/C unit could be a bit larger for the very hot days, worked and cooled the unit but worked hard. Host was very responsive to all questions.

No complaints!

It was clean. However, there were issues that would prevent me from staying there again. The area is definitely not family friendly.

My husband and I stayed July 5-7, 2024. It was a cute little cottage. Set up like an efficiency apartment, perfect for a weekend getaway! Very clean and beautiful yard with fire pit. Behind us across the privacy fence is a bar that has live bands. We loved it! We sat on the back patio and listened to live music! Highly recommend!

We stayed friday night and saturday night this weekend and the location was perfect. The cottage was on the smaller side but was the perfect size for two people. The location was ideal and everything was within walking distance. Overall experience was good. Would recommend some updating on the cottage.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as they said, just wish when power went out because of the storm that we had a flashlight.

Nice little house, but it was a little smaller than what I expected. We had just enough space.

Perfect little cottage for the two of us! Loved the area and the fire pits to make it more cozy in the evening. The host was very responsive! The only thing I would suggest is some updating to the place (some painting would help too) but otherwise perfect! Would go again for sure!

The cottage is located in the far east end of the strip. The strip is very short and easy to walk. It is also close to the park, which was very relaxing to walk and sit on a bench overlooking the lake.
Check in was easy, parking is behind the cottage and seems to be plentiful. Handbook was provided pointing visitors in the direction of food and activities. I enjoyed the 11am check out. I didn't feel like I was rushing get packed up to leave. Not much was open during the week on the strip this tine of year. Some places were to open on Wednesday, but later had signage posted that they would remain closed on Wednesday and open on Thursday. In the future I would go a week or two sooner.

The air conditioner was insufficient. Only the fan was on when we arrived and the rooms were hot. We put it on high and it ran nonstop for 2 days and it never got really comfortable. There was mold on some of the kitchen items. There’s a crack/stain on the ceiling above the bed.

We stayed for two nights (Saturday and Sunday) and we had a wonderful experience. The cottage is cozy and extremely clean. It was the perfect size for two adults who spent the majority of the time at the beach/on the strip. Everything was working properly and check in/check out was a breeze. The location is fantastic as you are just steps away from the strip. I also enjoyed the screened in porch and the picnic area outside our cottage. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for short term accommodations. I will definitely be booking here again for my next trip!

Air conditioner runs constantly. Bed is not level. Lower on right side than left. Microwave light shines onto bed at night. Husband is retired carpenter but just wanted you to know of some issues that might help. Would stay there again.

The cabin is very rustic and small, but very clean and well stocked. The only thing I can suggest is that the owner would reach out to the renters during severe weather to direct them to a safe place. The tv had issues and the IT person came quickly to get it back on. The location is great and within walking distance to plenty of shops and places to eat and entertainment. Overall we had a great time and a comfortable place to sleep.

The place was just perfect for me except the oven does need replaced and the microwave but otherwise everything was really good

If your a heavy drinker and looking for somewhere to pass out, this is your place. Everything in this place leaned to the left or the right, including the bed. I was scared to use any of the glassware it stuck to the cabinet paper. The back door was so weather it was peeling apart. The bathroom was not compatible for a plus size woman. The window unit ran its self to death and by the time we left it was struggling to keep the room cool. This property has no walking access to the lake. Couldn’t set on the porch for the hot window unit running. Not at all what I envisioned. A bar on both sides of the lot, so when they stopped playing the bikers started there bikes.

Cozy little place. Reality is I wished I could have stayed here another night or two just to veg out. Lots of watering holes and joints to eat a small walk away. Small, cozy little place with a comfy bed was all I needed. I will definitely rebook here!

I stayed at Eagle Cliff last year when we did a wine tour and we enjoyed staying there we decided we were going to stay there again! They are very communicative and are willing to work with you if things come up like an individual getting sick needing to reschedule. I will be returning the next time I come to Geneva on the Lake.

This place was by far the nicest place I’ve ever stayed at GOTL. We really enjoyed how the doors had key code so we didn’t have to worry about keys. Also nice fire pits stocked with wood was nice one less thing you have to worry about bring. Will definitely be staying here away
