Indulge yourself and your loved ones with a getaway to this beautiful, luxurious home in the Grand Beach community of New Buffalo, which sits just 350 feet from a private association beach on Lake Michigan. This retreat with a loft is perched on a lush piece of property that features a private hot tub, its very own sauna, and a large, built-in outdoor fireplace where you can truly escape and let your stresses melt away. You're also just 350 feet away from Sunset Beach, the beach private to the neighborhood.
The first floor features gorgeous hardwood running throughout and a mostly open floor plan, aside from a small reading nook near the entryway. The kitchen is outfitted with every necessity and then some, including granite countertops and a spacious island. The area flows naturally into an amply furnished living room, which can open up and extend out onto a large screened porch with similarly indulgent furnishings. After a brief climb up the regal staircase that centers the room, you'll come to an expansive main bedroom on the left wing of the second floor. With a small lounge area, a private ensuite bath, and a walk-out porch, this space provides the height of luxury. On the right are another two bedrooms, as well as a bunk room and a large bath. On the top floor, fun and relaxation is the name of the game: a full-size Ping-Pong table frames the space, with another bedroom and a small kitchenette on either side.
Whether you find yourself sunbathing in the garden, stepping into the sauna, or curling up on the porch with a good book, you truly couldn’t find a better spot to get away from it all.

This property is perfect for a family vacation. Everything from the beach to shopping is with in minutes. The beach is just a 5 minute walk. The house and property is beautiful, it is nestled back in the woods for a perfect nature get away yet close to the beach. Outside is a sauna, hot tub, and fireplace. This home is great to sit back and relax or go in to town. Needless to say we will be booking again!

We absolutely loved the setting of this home - a true woodsy, quiet peaceful retreat and still just a short walk to the beach! It has an awesome outdoor space and screened in porch for morning coffee. The home was spacious, nicely appointed and perfect for a large family with 3 vehicles!

We loved the homes beauty and amazing amenities. The golf cart rides to the beach only 300 yards away were amazing. Great trip and New Buffalo did not disappoint!

Our stay at Eagles Nest included spaces, fun, and activities for all ages. The home had lots of space, the kids enjoyed the upstairs game room where they played a lot of pool and the screened in back porch that we had set up for arts and crafts. The rental was nice and clean, close to the beach… Although we never did find the shortcut to the beach that is mentioned. There was lots of shady area for the kids to play outside. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and of course the beautiful view from the hot tub! We spent a day at the New Buffalo public beach, and another day near Beverly Shores at the dunes, Kamil beach. We went bowling on a rainy day and heard no complaints, only cheering. Our final day there five of the grandkids (ages 6-13) went with two adults to Lake Arvesta Farms to have their own try at Wipeout, played all day and returned exhausted. Love the area!
Some things I would like to add that made things even better would include, there was a great grill that was in wonderful condition that we used quite often. In the laundry room there were cabinets full of beach towels to be used and that made life a lot easier for us. We never did make it out for any bike rides but there were 4 adult bikes available and two paddle boards available.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Walked to the beach everyday, enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Even on the rainy days the screened in porch was amazing to hang out.

Beautiful house
Property was everything we hoped for, beautiful and relaxing. Bedrooms were beautiful and roomy. Bathrooms were amazing. Used hottub and sauna daily with the porch and even had deer come visit.
Neighborhood was hard to navigate, but the house was worth it.
One other thing to note was that the exit instructions were different on the app compared to the laminate copy left on property so we were not sure what to follow.

Beautiful house!
This house was wonderful. We had 12 in our group and had more than enough room. The house is well equipped and located close to the beach. We’re already talking about booking the house again next year. Highly recommend!

Very clean, plenty of activities!
This home was a great place to gather our group of ten! The hot tub, sauna and outdoor fireplace were cozy for a chilly Memorial Day weekend. The backyard, driveway and ping pong table were great areas for kids to play. A golf cart provided an easy way to drive to the playground/park in the neighborhood. The Grand Beach golf course was a great way to spend a sunny afternoon. New Buffalo is an easy 5-10 minute drive for groceries or grabbing something to eat. The home was very clean and a fresh, locally made apple pie awaited us in the kitchen when we arrived!
