At Bonding Time LLC, we invite you to come enjoy this beautiful new construction home on Curtis Lake in Waushara County. Relaxation at the lake in the middle of peaceful Amish country, and amazing sunsets year round. Great for all ages, as the expansive 2 1/2 acre yard is level and the 130 feet of sandy bottom shoreline is walk-in entry. Imagine laughing and telling stories at the firepit while roasting marshmallows while the kids play on the playset. Sit outside all day in the summer and enjoy this peaceful 35 acre no-wake lake. Everyone will have something to enjoy whether it's fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, row boat or canoeing.
Indoors there's an area to socialize on each level of the house, including a "theater" area and game room with ping pong table and darts. Air hockey table in the garage does not need coins to operate.
There's plenty of space to spread out over three levels. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a loft TV area with a queen sleeper sofa. Main level has a master bedroom King bed with en suite bathroom and open concept living / dining area, and an additional shared full bathroom. Lower level has an entertainment area, "theater" area, and two Queen bed bedrooms with a shared full bathroom.
Dogs allowed at owner discretion. Please inquire before booking! Apply fee when making your reservation.
The house has outdoor surveillance cameras that are not to be covered or adjusted at any time.

The washer & dryer are mainly for owner use and we provide enough detergent for you to wash & dry the bath towels before check out. If you need to do a couple of loads of personal laundry during your stay that’s okay, but please do not plan for more than that.

Modern and well equipped home. However, furniture on main level was generally uncomfortable. LL was better with nice theatre seating. Also contained ping-pong table and other games. Air hockey unit was in attached garage. Responsive owners who we've dealt with before. The lake is shallow and "weedy" but ok for swimming. Abundant but small fish. No motor boats allowed...only canoes, row boats, low-wake vessels. Property abuts public access for the lake but it was usually no big deal. Location is somewhat remote requiring 10-20 minute drive to civilization. Overall, a pleasant week.

We truly enjoyed the house, its amenities and the lake. It's really one of a kind. The house was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The location was serene and peaceful throughout our stay. There are no motorboats allowed on the lake, so it was rowers and paddlers of all sorts, but no speeding motor boats or other motorized personal watercrafts buzzing about. The only loud noises were the occasional lawn being mowed, kids having fun at the neighboring county park or on the water. Our neighbors were friendly and respectful. We took advantage of the paddle boat, row boat, kayaks, paddle boards and canoes provided by the hosts. The kids loved the beach, spacious yard and playset. We also enjoyed the fire pit, outdoors lounging areas and yard games provided by our hosts. If I were to make any suggestions, it would be to update the dining room seats as some of them have lost proper support and your bottom can sink down through the cushion below the wooded frame. We stayed up late playing games and it became uncomfortable fairly quickly. We found the mattress in the primary bedroom to be uncomfortable and noisy. Finally, we could not locate any life vests or proper floatation devices you would expect to be present, when provided boats, paddle boards and canoes. In all we really enjoyed our stay and would rent from our host again in the future.

Great house and property. Leak in plumbing that resulted in a very musty smell in a downstairs bed room even with use of dehumidifier. Owners were prompt in addressing but not sure how they will get rid of smell without some major work with sheetrock and replacing flooring.
We stayed 2 years ago, and an electric pontoon was available. Not informed would not be an option. This was a disappointment for some of the family members.
Would still highly recommend and return again.

Great property, stocked with toys to enjoy the lake. Good location with access to welcoming communities nearby. We had a small issue with the hot water but our host, Dave, came over immediately to take care of it.

My family truly enjoyed the spaciousness of the home, the yard, and the lake. We were all able to relax and refresh without leaving the property during our 5 night/4 day stay.

We are huge fans of Abby Shores. Two days of rain didn’t limit our fun. The day with sun was certainly a blast with the expansive yard and lake access, and all the watercraft options. On the rainy days, a combination of our own favorite games and those supplied kept us happy and busy. You get a great balance of privacy, the feeling of being quite a bit farther up north, and also close enough access to town and local bars. The new Yoders Amish grocery eight-ten minutes away is a great stop for most pantry needs.

We stayed here for a girls' weekend. The property was gorgeous and very clean, with all sorts of amenities. Kitchen is well stocked and the basement has all sorts of games! Lots of room to spread out yet a large living room for all of us to gather together. Property owners request you to wash/dry towels before departure, so most of us just brought our own. Backyard views are amazing, and we wish it would have been warmer to enjoy the fire pit! Would definitely recommend this property.

I think all in all, this was a very nice property. I think it would be really great in the summer when you can enjoy the lake. Maybe a bit over priced. I would say the only complaint would be that it’s not a six bedroom as advertised, it has 5 bedrooms and an open landing type area with a pull out couch which gets walked through by the people using the two upper bedrooms.

This was our third time staying with Diane and David, and we had an amazing time! The home is beautiful and extremely well stocked for all your needs and wants.
Diane and David are very responsive and accommodating which makes the booking process smooth and easy! We plan to continue staying at Bonding Time for our annual family gathering, it is a wonderful home nestled within a beautiful setting.

We had the absolute best time during our stay in Coloma. This house will not disappoint. The hosts have thought of everything- all you need is your clothes and food. The beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, stocked pantry, comfortable couches, and all the lake “toys” were a huge hit! My kids loved the swing set. The park swings next door were a nice bonus. Plenty of space and entertainment for everyone. My favorite part of the house was watching the sun rise over the lake each morning while enjoying my cup of coffee.
The lake was so clear you could see the fish and turtles while kayaking or row boating. We brought poles to fish. There was one available we found after arriving. Caught bluegill right off the dock, but saw lots of good size northern pike and bass while out on the lake.
Honestly, we would love to come back next fall. The house was perfect for our family!

We stayed at this beautiful property for 6 days/5nights for a small family vacation. We were with 10 adults, and 4 kids (8, 4, 2, & 3 months).
The home easily accommodated us with plenty of space for relaxing, cooking, dining, and outdoor activities.
Everyone loved all the options for water activities. The lake was very calm and quiet which made it the perfect spot to learn/practice using a paddle board, kayak, or canoe. The paddle boat was a fun option as well.
The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had upon arrival and throughout our stay.

We had a very relaxing time on this beautiful property! The flat yard, playground and sandy beach were perfect for the little ones, and we all enjoyed using the paddle boards, kayaks, etc. The sunsets are truly stunning and the mist on the water in the mornings, beautiful too. Inside was great too, the kitchen cooking pans, utensils, etc. well stocked and the beds were comfy.

Very nice property and home. Owners were accommodating but required a separate agreement on top of Vrbo agreement. The house was mostly clean, but we had to clean the freezer before use. And there were not enough batteries for the remotes, needed to move them from remote to remote. Minus the small inconveniences, a great place to stay.

We had an amazing time! We stayed there to celebrate a birthday and New Years Eve. There were a total of 10 of us, 7 adults, 3 kids, 14, 10 and 8 years old. Oh, and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room for all of us, and was so nice for the kids to be able to hang out upstairs and watch tv, others to hang out downstairs, and room for us all to be together on the main level too. We had a couple ping pong tournaments, and played many games on the large dining room table. They had everything needed for the kitchen and bathroom supplies, and games to play. The house and property were beautiful and so clean, we had no problems at all. The owners were very fast to respond to any questions, and very friendly. We can’t wait to stay here again, we definitely want to stay in the summer next time to take advantage of the lake and fire pit!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quick responses of the host! The home had plenty of levels, allowed you to unplug and get away from a group but wonderful common areas to enjoy together. The basement was killer with great fun / games to enjoy! The outdoor firepit was amazing and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. Location was great and having a fence between us and the boat landing was amazing. We would come again!

This home is perfect for a family retreat. Plenty of space, beautiful views and everything you need at your fingertips. We enjoyed playing games, grilling, hanging out together and visiting the area. The ice age trail being close by for hiking was a bonus.

Place was very clean and had really great amenities, required to wash towels after your stay and had only issue with the Roku due to too many people using it at the same time. Other than that we couldn't have been happier.

Really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and very clean. We have two little ones so it was perfect that upstairs bedrooms were above garage so once we put kids to bed they couldn’t hear anything from the rest of the house. We would definitely go back!

This property is everything you could want and need in a quiet and beautiful setting. We had 11 adults and 2 kids under 4 and it fit everyone with room to spare. It was a great location and a nice getaway from the grind of the city life.
We were able to enjoy the outdoors by having bonfires, going on the peddle boat and seeing the sunset.
Overall the place is amazing and the property owners are very responsive. We will definitely go back.

The home was brand new, fit our family size perfectly, was very clean, had wonderful views of the lake, had ample water equipment to use and was in a very quiet area. It had large flat yard that could be used for sport and game activity.

The lakefront location would be enough to make this an amazing vacation, but the house is comfortable and very spacious. My family enjoyed this place for the second year in a row. The assortment of boats, kayaks, and paddle boards make enjoying the lake fun for the whole family.

Everything was great! The house met our needs for our visit with our kids and grandkids. Everyone had a great time. The time spent on the water was a lot of fun. We have younger grandkids and it was very nice having the play set there for them. Hosts were great about communicating anything that was needed.

Beautiful property exactly as advertised. There is plenty of room for everyone to be together in the living room area and also nice spaces for everyone to have down time away from the group as well. The fire pit area and swing set were a hit. Also the beach area was fun for our grandsons.
There could have been more pots and pans that would accommodate making a large meal for a group. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.
