Niet geschikt voor zakelijk verblijf.

Leuke locatie

Ik reisde zakelijk. Helaas heb ik tot op heden ondanks verzoek nog geen factuur op naam gekregen. Dat vind ik erg vervelend en is voor mij een reden om hier niet meer te boeken. Daarnaast vond ik vooral het gebrek aan een prettige stoel jammer. Er staan twee hoge houten stoelen in de (toen ijskoude) gang.

Un aniversario romántico en el canal ♥️

Estaba súper bonito! La pequeña terraza en el río era hermosa 😍 La cama súper cómoda, súper bien equipada.

Estaba un poco lejos del centro y con el tráfico no podíamos movilizarnos con rapidez. En todo caso la solución sería tener bicicletas, pero te demanda tiempo.

Tolle Woche, gutes Wetter, viel gesehen und man kann auch mit weniger Platz auskommen ;-)

Tolle Lage am Wasser und das Auto sollte man unbedingt stehen lassen! Mit dem Fahrrad, öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln oder per Fähre kann man alles erreichen.

Fijne locatie, slapen op een woonboot!

Locatie was heel fijn voor ons!

De douche was af en toe koud toen we (blijkbaar tegelijk met de buren) gingen douchen en het is een gedeelde boot met enkel een dichte deur ertussen.

TOP UNTERKUNFT!

Die Lage ist perfekt für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt, 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befinden sich Fähren, mit denen man kostenlos in 8 Minuten das Zentrum von Amsterdam erreicht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und wohnt auch auf dem Boot, natürlich abgetrennt und mit eigenem Eingang. Im Garten befinden sich Hühner und einen Hund gibt es auch - eigene Hunde dürfen kostenlos mitgebracht werden. Das Boot hat von der Terrasse aus direkten Zugang zum Wasser, was im Sommer sicherlich sehr nett ist. Es gibt dort auch direkt SUP‘s die benutzt werden können. Alles in allem also sehr zu empfehlen!

A very nice place to stay in Amsterdam

Our host Rosalie was super nice and welcoming. The place was very cosy, comfortable and clean. The terrace on/next to the water was really nice to use (there are also paddles available). The place is near from the free ferry (10-15min by walk - and obviously quicker if you have bikes) and then it only takes a few minutes to join central station (5 to 15minutes depending on the ferry you take). There is a supermarket on the way, which is very convenient. Finally, the “Straat museum” is near the place and we really enjoyed visiting it (museum of street art and graffiti). We recommend this place a 100%.

Exceptional place, exceptional hosts!

What a fantastic welcome we received from Rosalie and her family, we felt more like extended family than paying guests. Rosalie went above and beyond our expectations in making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay.

There was nothing to dislike, so much so that we spent our whole time there.

A fun place to stay

Lovely location and atmospheric house boat. Didn't meet the owner but she was very friendly on the phone. There was all the little extras like coffee pods, shampoo etc

Couldn't use the outside comfy chairs as the cushions were so dirty (as mentioned in a previous review). Quite expensive although it is city living

unique stay with great views

unique, quiet and lovely view! we get the room, patio and a small corridor that doubles up as our private living room and entrance. waking up to this view was awesome

couldn’t use the outdoor kitchen as it was not clean when we came, nor could we SUP. think it was the season (we came in mid feb so they probably didn’t expect us to use it, that’s okay) also a bit of a walk in, but you really see a unique neighbourhood in Amsterdam, far from touristy areas!

Accommodating and helpful host. Huge bedroom and huge modern bathroom in the upper floor. Very clean. Unique accommodation at a houseboat beside river/canal with swans and ducks. 🙂

Host is very friendly, kind and helpful. Accommodated request for early check-in. Nice shower and new air conditioner worked very well.

Path to garden gate is completely overgrown so it was difficult to locate (in daylight). Family lived upstairs which was a bit noisy and made the lovely riverside porch a little less private.

Amsterdam get-away

The bed was super comfy! The couch setup on the water was a fantastic way to take in a sunset and the paddleboards were fun.

It is a little trek from Central Station and city center. Relaxing quiet spot, but would recommend renting bikes to anyone frequenting the city.
