Kaikki onnistui sujuvasti

Sijainti oli hyvä ja rauhallinen. Helpot kulkuyhteydet eikä kaukana keskustasta että taksit ei maksaneet edes paljoa. Autolle parkkipaikka sisältyi hintaan joka oli todella hyvä koska sai auton lähelle parkkiin. Huoneemme oli tosi tilava ja juuri sopiva. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi huoneesta esim. hiustenkuivaaja, tiskiaineet, kodinkoneet kuten kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin ja televisiot. Kaikki toimivat hyvin ja palaamme varmasti uudelleen!

Ei tule mieleen mitään.

Oli lämmin. Onneksi oli edes tuulettimia koska päivällä huoneisto lämpeni. Olisi pitänyt muistaa pitää kaihtimet kiinni :(

Super nice spacious appartment with great view over the marina and Tampere.

It was really warm so it would have been nice with some air condition.

The historic building is beautiful, but comfort lacking.

The property is beautiful with excellent breakfast.

I parked my rental car in the P3 garage. My sister and I could not get out of the garage - doors would not open to sidewalk. Finally, we pulled a string hanging from ceiling to open iron gate. Upon entering our apartment on the 4th floor we realized there is not AC. The apartment was nearly 100 degrees inside. I asked at front desk and was told the windows do not open. We had a fan only. In the morning we realized we could open the one main window which helped tremendously to cool the place down. In extreme heat, this lodging may be unbearable.

The spa was very outdated and the water massages weren't working, which wasn't mentioned when we payed for entrance. The vegan options for breakfast were poor, it shouldn't be charged the same as for a normal breakfast.

Smooth staying

Location is nice on a peaceful part of the city with good connection to city centrum. Apartment accomodation was well functioning and adequately furnished space.

Apartment was very common, without any advantages or other upsides.

Nice looking and located place, but room leaves a bit room for improvements

Place is in nice location (a bit out of city center) and common areas in fairly good shape. Room layout is nice and was fairly spacious.

Room had seen it's best days. Furniture was quite aged, even if someone might argue that it's in purpose. Temperature regulator in the shower was pretty much broken. One managed to adjust by trickling the shower on and off, but still, it was effectively non-functional. Bide shower was also leaking on the floor from pretty much every place on it. Parking house roof was leaking and bringing some mineral(?) stains on top of cars. I kind of hope it goes off in a rain or car wash. Maintenance would require a bit more attention I guess. Appears that Holiday Clubs also share a standard bed sofa. Which hard as stone for sleeping. Not nice. Already experienced the same in Imatra this month.

Good location with beautiful surrounding by the lake. Dog friendly. Cosy and clean appartment with fully equipment - kitchen dishes etc.

No air condition. Beds upstairs so quite hot in sleeping area.

Travel with four small kids is a challenge, but this place was super comfortable and perfect for all six of us.

Nice and cozy. I highly recommended to everyone.

Good location - nearby the lake, kids were having fun ice skating on the lake. Apartment - we were having the studio apartment, its good fit for 3 people, nice and cozy. Surprisingly there is a sauna room in the bathroom, we have enjoyed so much. Kitchen utensils is fully equipped. Good service - R kioski is on the 1st floor, easy to grab and go. K market is in walking distance. Staffs - They are so nice and friendly. I highly recommended.

Interesting apartments best left to families due to lack of suitable space upstairs; And no internet

Quick and friendly front desk service; Convenient free parking; Large and comfortable common space in apartment;

Upstairs area has ridiculously low ceilings, at times little over 1.2m; Downstairs shower very small; Soft beds; Bedroom windows have no heavy blinds despite looking onto building atrium which is lit up 24/7; Complete lack of wifi or for that matter any form of internet;

The "view" was towards the opposite ceiling/wall only few meters away in both of the apartments. Room was very hot and dark. Also the facilities varied between the apartments (we had to change room once as they said when booking), second apartments had squeaky beds (otherwise comfortable) and for example frying pan was completely scratched. Definitely not worth the money and not as expected (lake view or at least a view) when booking and looking at the images.

Exceptional

The hotel definitely one of the most memorable stop during our vacation. The building is amazing and full of different facilities and services so you basically don't even need to leave the hotel at all. The apartment was clean and REALLY spacious. There's a R-Kioski & cloth shops right in the building. The building looks amazing and has a great view on the lake bay. Spa, massage, treatments, gym, hamam, sauna, huge warm pool, pool for kids, and so on and so far. Food is fine. Despite all the cons below, it's definitely the best place to stay with a family in Tampere.

Location isn't great, but I think it doesn't matter for most of the people and, well, it isn't a main purpose of the hotel. Spa is a bit crowded on weekend, but one can interpret it as a good sign (the place is cool overall). There's a power-plant (?) nearby, but it's almost unnoticeable.
