At our vacation rentals, there is a firm limit on the number of occupants allowed. Any guests who breach the occupancy terms, hold gatherings or parties, will face immediate eviction, and could even face arrest for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has a stringently enforced set of rules governing such events, which could also cause homeowners to have their business license revoked. If you're in search of a modern and spacious beach house, then "Moore to Life" is the perfect fit for you. This home is situated in the heart of Folly Beach and just a short stroll away from local shops and restaurants. A convenient path leading from the backyard to a nearby beach access provides an easy shortcut to the ocean.
As you enter the main floor of the house, you're greeted with an open floor plan that boasts walnut hardwood flooring throughout. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless appliances and granite countertops. The living area is designed to seat everyone comfortably, perfect for games, chatting or watching movies on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom, located on the main floor, is both spacious and inviting with a king-size bed. The fully tiled master bathroom comes with a separate water closet, dual vanity, a tiled rainwater shower and separate garden tub.
The large front and side porch areas offer visitors the perfect spot to relax, unwind and take in the ocean breeze from one of the hardwood rockers.
Moving upstairs, the large loft area is ideal for children and teenagers with its wall-mounted flat screen TV and cozy sofa. There is also a kid's play closet available for the little ones to enjoy. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed and shares a "Jack and Jill" bathroom with the third bedroom. The queen bedroom comes with a separate bonus room that has two twin beds, perfect for infant naps, or teens that like to sleep in. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, one with a double-sized mattress on the bottom, making it ideal for Mom, Dad, and three kids. All the bedrooms come with spacious closets.
The parking area underneath the house can accommodate up to four large vehicles. It's also a perfect place for little ones to play during the occasional rainy day. The beach, just a short walk through the adjacent community path and wooded lot, is perfect for surfing, swimming or fishing.

Perfect location for a short walk to the beach and to downtown restaurants and shopping. Great size for our party of six people. Nicely decorated and very comfortable house. Would definitely recommend to other family and friends,

Beautiful home and great location! Close to downtown, the beach and Charleston.
But the home does need new bed protectors, a broom/dust pan, new vacuum and eventually a new sectional. Overall everything was great! Love to come back! Thank you!

This house is amazing in every way. We had 7 in our party and the place was more than comfortable for the size of the party. The house was spotless, everything was updated and the location was perfect. I’ve already recommended this property to many!

Great beach house for fams w children!
Sunset Point (or “Moore to Life”) was a great beach house. The interior is modern and there was plenty of space - especially upstairs - for families with children. Everything worked okay with regards to utilities and appliances. The location is ideal as it’s only a short walk to the beach and also only a couple blocks from center street so you don’t have to find a parking spot when you want to go eat dinner! Would recommend.

This is a perfect house for families. We had 4 toddlers with us this trip, and the layout couldn’t have been better. The fenced in back yard was a huge bonus too. The house was well maintained, and a had a well stocked kitchen. Everything we hoped it would be.

We really enjoyed staying at Moore To Life - what a beautiful vacation home, so close to the beach and downtown Folly Beach area! We could walk to everything and only needed our car if we wanted to go to Charleston which is also within a short 20-minute drive away. Loved everything about the house - the rooms are spacious, there are plenty of bathrooms, the kitchen is really nice and we could relax after putting the kid to sleep on the porch! The beach is literally within a 2-minute walk, it was so convenient! The neighborhood is lovely, nice, and quiet! A true relaxing getaway for a family! The hosting company was REALLY approachable, quick to respond, and communicated with us upon arrival and upon checkout with very clear instructions. They really wanted to make sure we are enjoying our stay, and we appreciated that! We'll definitely be coming back again

House is overall dusty and needing a good coat of paint everywhere. Carpet upstairs dirty—only lightly vacuumed if at all. The amount of space was great and we loved the short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the porch and spent some good time out there in the nice weather. Thanks!

You can easily explore a bit further afield by bicycle. The layout was great for a family with kids; our 8 year old and 5 year old loved having the upstairs to themselves! The rooms were spacious and had a nice light. I would add that the terrain there is quite saturated, so the yard isn't made for kids to really run around in. But the kids had lots of fun on the wraparound porch and on the hammock!

Everything about this rental was give stars ... Price was good, property manager was very responsive, the place was very nicely appointed and equipped and it was only a short walk to the beach or to a variety of places to eat, get coffee, etc. The house was fully cleaned and stocked with enough essentials (linens, towels, soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, etc) that we didn't need to purchase any of those type items. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home, awesome location!
When previous vacation plans were cancelled due to Covid and another state not yet being open, we feel like we LUCKED into this house!! It was perfect for our group of two adults and four teens/young adults—plenty of space and sleeping options. The proximity to the beach and town was perfect—totally walkable and easy! Covid flare ups threw a wrench in restaurant and shopping availability, but obviously no one can predict what is happening day to day...just a bummer lots of places weren’t open, or had to close abruptly. We absolutely appreciated the VayK beach gear credit—beach umbrellas and chairs are a MUST, as was the cart, cooler and ice pack. We also rented boogie boards and corn hole, but they weren’t crucial. Charleston is SO close by (25 minutes or less) and was such fun to explore. Loved our ghost tour, Polo carriage ride, Nathaniel Russell house tour, and Captain Randy’s boat tour to Morris Island. The Marketplace and Fort Sumter were basically closed. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Beautiful home!!!

Best Vaca Ever
I enjoyed my stay. I was able to not only spend time with my children and grandchildren but also had the opportunity to connect with old friends and catch up on all that is going on in their lives. Everyone loved the house, its location to town and how easy it was to the beach. Hope to return!!
