About this chalet rental
Welcome to Blue View Chalets, great for all seasons! This beautiful chalet has the perfect amount of space for 12 guests and is conveniently located only a 10 min walk to the Blue Mountain Village. Situated across from the award winning Monterra Golf Course. Along with the other Blue View Chalets, the Stella was built in a classic ski-chalet style with an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area on the top floor and unobstructed views of the ski hill from both the balcony and the hot tub.
**The pool facilities will close for the season on September 4th, 2024**
The space
Enjoy your early morning coffee or late night glass of wine while watching the beautiful sun set over the mountains. Head over to the seasonal pool in the summer for a swim with the kids or enjoy the private outdoor hot tub. This chalet also has a Sauna to relax in. The Stella chalet is the perfect getaway for any family or friends looking to take advantage of what The Blue Mountains has to offer during any season.
Kitchen:
The kitchen, dining area and living room are all on the same level making it a great place for families and friends to dine and hang out. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities needed to cook including all cutlery and utensils plus a Keurig coffee maker, BBQ utensils & more. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings!
Dining & Living room:
A table for 10 in the dining room will provide comfortable seating for your group while dining and entertaining. Warm up by the gas fireplace with good company after a day of being out on the hills or during those cool summer nights.
Bedrooms:
This chalet has 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms have a Queen in each. The fourth bedroom has one Single-over-double Bunk bed and one Single bed. The fifth bedroom has two Single beds. Each bed is equipped with commercially laundered white bed linens, comforters, and pillow cases. Freshly cleaned towels will be placed at each bedside.
**The owner only permits either two small dogs OR one large dog. Permission is required prior to arrival. Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved. You must pick up after your pets.
**Your stay includes 4 parking spaces on our property. Please use the spaces that are marked with the number that corresponds to your chalet (for example, Aurora guests may park in spots labeled #1). Overflow parking is available but it’s on a first come first serve basis.
Guest access
The Pool:
The pool will be open this summer, however we will be imposing certain rules as follows:
• Maximum number of people in the pool will be limited to 20 at any time
• First come first serve
• Clients may use the pool for a maximum of 2 hours at any time, unless there
are no other clients waiting to use the pool
• No pets are permitted in the swimming pool, hot tubs or steam rooms.
• We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.
Other things to note

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were 4 adult women just looking to spend a few days together to catch up and hang out. The propery was as described, and it was clean. We all found the beds a bit hard. We had 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, steam room, amd hot tub. The entry level ground floor had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the steam room and access to the putdoor hot tub. The basement had 3 bedrooms.and 2 bathrooms. One was a 2 piece. The 2nd floor had the kitchen, living and dining rooms, and access to a large.deck with a bbq...no bathroom. You had to go downstairs to use a bathroom
There were a few items that I had to bring to.the attention of the property manager, but apparently there was a very rowdy group there the night before us. Some of the dishes.and cookware.had been out away dirty, so we ensured we washed everything before using. We had adequate supplies for our 5 day stay. Everything worked properly and it was great to have a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker. Its a bit far from everything. Just over a kilometer if you wanted to walk to the Village at Blue Mountain.
Great views of the ski hills. Overall, we had a very good stay and would recommend this property.

Plenty of room for several friends to stay for a weekend. Easy walk into the Blue Mountains Village and to access the walking trails.
Although a few small things were missing, such as oven mitts, the kitchen was well-equipped.
Don't forget plastic wrap, aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, etc., as they are, of course, not provided.

This rental is a wonderful vacation spot. It was clean, bright, and had great amenities. Its close enough to walk to Blue Mountain Village comfortably. The parking is limited at the rental (4 spots). There is overflow parking which is first come first serve. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We were very happy with this beautiful house that was spacious and so close to blue mountain. We accommodated 10 people easily including 4 children. The pool was a highlight for the kids. The property managers were excellent with great communication. The house was very clean. With small children that was very important. Will probably rent again.

As a family we are all so busy, so we planned a getaway to especially spend time together. Our accommodations absolutely suited all our needs. Easy to travel to, loads of rooms, and yet cosy. Will definitely consider a return visit on our future adventures

Lots of room for everyone. Unit was equipped with everything we needed. Only problem was that one night the neighbours had a "party" and took too many parking spaces. The issue was quickly resolved. Other than that, we would come back again.
