lovely property, great views, efficient company. Only minor niggle was the key pick up which was nowhere near the property. Otherwise thoroughly recommended.

Stayed over Christmas and had a wonderful time at this stunning rooftop apt right on the tram route to city center and airport. Fully stocked kitchen which made cooking Christmas dinner for my family easy. Came back for New Years since we loved her Christmas stay and so glad we did as it was the perfect location to view the fireworks over the castle. Highly recommend and look forward to our next visit.

This is one of the nicest VRBO properties I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, bright, comfortable. The outdoor patio was truly a highlight. More than enough space for the 4 of us. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed for 10 days with our two sons (16&18) and my parents (75&80). My dad has mobility issues, so the lift was a necessity. The flat is so spacious with all the necessary amenities and 3 full bathrooms with showers in each. The flat is a 2 min walk to the tram and buses, taking us into the city within 25min - the trams run every 10-15min. On our departure day, we caught the tram at 5:15am and took it directly to the airport (approx 40min). Leith has some great restaurants within walking distance, Britannia Spice at the corner was a favorite of ours. The Aldi store was just down the road so we could get any groceries we needed for our stay.
Truly a great location and the property management team were VERY responsive.
We would definitely stay here again!

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at; and we have been renting them for at least two decades. The property management company is top notch. They always answered my emails promptly. The unit itself is so well located and was exceptionally clean and appointed. I cannot say enough nice things about this unit.do yourself a favor…rent it!

Some of the family arrived by plane, some by train and some by tram! We had a great 9 days in Edinburgh and the new Tram line made it all so easy. Accommodation was excellent although it is beginning to show some wear and tear. Views from the flat are wonderful.
