This is a great little cottage in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Feels deep in the woods, but just minutes from downtown. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay. I had some work to do during our stay, and the wifi was perfect for online meetings. It is super close to town, but away from the hustle and bustle.

We had a GREAT time in the property, so much so we payed for another night! We are a family of five and it was perfect size for us. Furniture was comfy and the patio furniture and hammock were clean and welcoming. The host was AMAZING. She was so quick to respond when we had couple questions and when we wanted to extend our stay. The location is the perfect mix of trees and space, but close to town. Just book it if you are reading this, you won’t regret it!

We stayed at this cabin for a weekend getaway. This cabin is awesome. Cabin had everything we could have ever needed and the property manger made everything very easy. This cabin was everything we expected. The location is great! You are in the pines but still a couple minutes from downtown. Next time I am in Prescott I will stay at this cabin again.

We wish we had had more time at the house because it was so cozy and inviting. However, we were at the campsite setting up for the wedding and then the next day was the wedding. The beds were so welcoming for tired bodies. We would stay here again.

The property was completely furnished with all items you might need. Our family of 3 and my sisters family of 3 were in the area to enjoy the off road trails. There was plenty of room to park our trailer and just a few minutes to Senator Hwy to hit the off road trails. We would definitely rent this home again!

We have stayed here before and love the location! Close proximity to town but still in the pines with good access to hiking as well. Everything you need for a relaxing getaway is here. We enjoyed the large patio in the mornings and evenings. We will definitely stay again!

My family and I were in Prescott for a Bible Conference. With a budget and vacancies limited, we were grateful to find this peaceful and cozy place. It was more than enough room for our family and while it seemed like we were deep in the woods, it was a short drive back to town.

little cabin is right near town but also in the woods surrounded by pines. Spent most of our time on the large back porch in rocking chairs admiring the beautiful scenery and our son lived in the hammock. lol. had everything we needed to prepare meals and eat out on the front porch picnic table. : )

Our family of four adored this cozy space! Upon our arrival access to the property was easy. The kids were drawn to the oversized board games! The dining room table was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked. I had forgotten plastic containers to bring to our baseball games- there was no need to worry, the kitchen had several! The fridge was ice cold which is sometimes hit or miss. The bathroom was spotless and the towels were very nice. The beds were a dream, they were very comfortable! The living room was cozy with oversized- massaging chairs! The decks (yes, there are TWO) was where we spent spent of time, we even had javelina visit close to dusk! The home s short drive “into town.” Our stay was great, we were in town for a baseball tournament and this property met all of our needs!

We had a great stay and loved listening to the wind through the pine trees, while lying in a hammock out front. We’d take morning strolls through the area while sipping coffee . Goldwater lake is a five mile drive away, with canoe/kayak/ paddle board rentals. Good fishing. Also Watson lake is gorgeous and within 15 min drive. It was great; we hope to revisit soon.

Bob and Erica's cabin in the Prescott woods far exceeded my expectations. The Rocky Acers Inn is a quaint amenity filled cozy and relaxing cabin. Peaceful surroundings with a breeze flowing through the pines added to the relaxing getaway adventure. I look forward to renting this property again in the future.

This cabin was very nice. The location is great as its a short drive up the mountain from Prescott. The small elevation change resulted in more snow than Prescott, which is exactly what we wanted! We had a great Christmas week and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Items of improvment: - Shower water pressure was not good at all. - No coffee maker; coffee; creamer. Over all exprrance: - All the rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable. - House was decorated very well and the outside grounds of the property were well taken care of as well. We would highly recommend this to all of you, and were very happy over all that we chose this property to stay at while visiting Prescott and seeing our friends when we lived here. We had a wonderful time at this cabin. Our kids played out in the yard collecting pinecones and chasing squirrels. The cabin had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable the house and everything was very clean. It was a perfect day for our family in Preskett. We will be back for sure.

Such a wonderful stay. Very quiet even though the main road isn't too far off. Just minutes from Whisky Row and everything else you can need. The porch was our favorite spot. Loved the outdoor furniture and the rocking chairs! Plenty of seats for all. Our 6 year old daughter adored the hammock! My 17 and 14 year old sons loved the power recliners while enjoying Netflix! The bedrooms were cozy and just right! Blankets are everywhere! Everyone stayed cozy! The day bed with trundle was such a bonus as my sons don't want to share a bed when traveling! Every kitchen appliance you can need! The pantry was fully stocked and there was even condiments and other items in the fridge to use! Plenty of towels too stocked in the bathroom. We will be back to this cozy place! Very thoughtfully decorated as well. It really felt like you were staying at a family's cabin!

Absolutely wonderful property, very relaxing and homey feel. Close enough to enjoy town but far enough out to feel like a getaway. I grew up in this neighborhood and it was great to see it again! Will definitely book again if we ever come back to Prescott!
