About this apartment rental
Fabulous city suite with water and city view located in Belltown, Seattle's hippest downtown neighborhood. Experience urban living at its best. Professionally decorated interior with modern colors and furnished right down to the martini glasses. This particular unit is completely redesigned with mahogany trim, concrete counter tops in the kitchen, and travertine in double shower-head bath. Beautiful water view from the living room and second smaller bedroom's balcony.
Unit has all new furnishings, large plasma TV in HI-DEF with DVD, smaller flat screen in master w/DVD. Wireless internet included. Seattle's finest restaurants, cafes, and nightlife are right out your door. Features include an award-winning garden courtyard with fountains, gym, indoor pool, sauna, spa, large club room, stunning view roof-top decks with barbecues, and secure garage parking for one car.
Master bedroom just upgraded to King size bed! Second smaller bedroom does not have a closet but we still managed a king size bed and there is a balcony off the bedroom. Living room has a Rowe Sofa, which is very comfy! There are additional portable mattresses to create more spaces with linens to accommodate all.
Located in Belltown Court between First and Second Avenue and Wall Street and Battery Street in the Belltown area of downtown Seattle. Walking distance to the Waterfront, Pike Place Market, Seattle Art Museum, Aquarium, Science Center, EMP, Seattle Center, Space Needle, and Key Arena.
Please wait for the garage gate to close completely. The garage has a posted height limit. Vehicles taller than that limit must not enter the garage.
The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. Workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.
Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential units. We are located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.
From time to time, the building or listing amenities (e.g. pool and all others) may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time.
This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.

10 min walk to space needle, 20 min to pike market, 5-10 min to great restaurants. Very clean & great communication from host/property manager.

We stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool, it’s open from 5am-11pm and is no deeper than 4’6”. The elevators were always quick and we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. Having laundry (stocked with detergent) was fantastic. It was always very easy to contact the owners and they responded very quickly. The only downside was that the apartment got warm easily, and the small AC unit turns off after a while, plus getting the cool air to go down the hall to the second bedroom took a lot of work from fans, thankfully there were a lot of fans supplied. There were also more towels and linens than what you could ever need. As for the neighborhood, it was nice. But fair warning, if you are walking towards Pike Place Market avoid walking on 2nd Ave. There are A LOT more homeless people and people smoking multiple kinds of drugs on that street once you go further than the two blocks away that have really good restaurants. Also, pay very good attention to when your desired restaurant is open, many of them close in between meals and by 8pm. Downtown Seattle in general closes early, a lot of stores close by 6pm (or even earlier). Lastly, the parking spots in the garage are very compact, we barely got our Explorer in there so don’t even try to get a Suburban in those spots.

Location is great, easy walking distance to the light rail, Pike’s and lots of bars and restaurants. Second bedroom is pretty small but kitchen is well stocked and living room and dining room are spacious.

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels, bedding, blankets and fans. Both the owners and Stan were very pleasant and helpful even with our late check in. Highly recommend this condo.

We loved our stay in Seattle, it's so easy to walk anywhere from this condo. And the pool/hot tub was great.

We have stayed in Belltown before and liked the area due to its close proximity to the best things Seattle has to offer. You are within walking distance to great restaurants, and tourist destinations such as the Space Needle, MoPop, and Pike Market.

Perfect location for a quick stay in Seattle to be able to walk to many sites (Space Needle, Pike Place Market) and easy Uber to other fun areas. Nice size for one or two couples.

The people: The hosts were excellent communicators and made check-in a breeze. They were always ready to answer a question but not intrusive; a perfect mix.
The place: Just as described but better than in the pictures. Comfortable beds, great shower, awesome game table, etc. The building itself is first-class.
The area: Ideal to explore Seattle.
Overall: It's a fantastic place with superb owners. Thanks for letting us stay!

This is an older, spacious, well equipped condo in Belltown..The location is superb. Comfortable walking distance to Space Needle, Pike Place Market, the Convention Center and the retail core of Seattle. Walking is preferred as Uber rates are outrageous. ( 65$ Canadian from this property to Fairmont Shuckers restaurant.). There are many good restaurants in Belltown close to this property.

Stayed at this vacation rental with the kids for a trip to see the Seahawks. The beds were really comfy, even the pullout couch. The space is fairly tight quarters but that was expected. The shower has dual shower heads which was nice. The kitchen was well-stocked (it even had a garlic press!). However, what I’m assuming is the cleaning closet was locked so we were unable to access a broom, trash bags, or laundry detergent. I’m used to no-contact check-in, so meeting with the owner’s friend for a tour was a little different but made sense given that the building has several rules to follow. The building has a pool, hot tub and sauna which the kids loved. There are two rooftop patios but one was always locked while we were there. Overall a nice stay but I’d suggest the hosts leave out a broom and other cleaning supplies for guest convenience.
