Beautiful Hotel. No need to stay anywhere else in Seattle! Everyone should stay at this hotel at least once’s in their lives.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. My grandma ended up having to come on this business trip with me and during the times when I had to go off-site to work, she was able to stay at the hotel where she felt comfortable enjoying the views, warmth, and friendly hotel staff. The room was beautiful and I can't wait to come back

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Perfect location. Close to downtown, cruise ship and restaurants. This hotel has a fabulous bar and restaurant. Both over look the bay. Our room had a cozy northwest feel with a fire place. Very clean and well kept. Very short walk to cruise ship. Will definitely stay again.

The water view was to the loading of cruise ships. yes you are on the water but what it tells me is words are thin. What they are telling me is you can see the water so pay. Also not communicate that 60 a night to park car their.

Great stay before cruise. Easy to walk along dock and Pikes Place. Great restaurant on property.

Mattress was worn out and had a huge dent in it. Fireplace didn’t work

Hotel rooms smell like mildew. I did not expect that from a 4 star hotel and will not stay here again. Old, outdated and quite frankly disgusting.

Has a fireplace in your room, in the lobby, and outside. You can dine in the restaurant overlooking the water. You can eat outside right on the water. The lobby is cozy with a view of the water. Walking distance from the ferries, Pikes Market. My favorite hotel in Seattle.

Excellent restaurant. The location to Pikes Market and waterfront is great…easy walk. We booked a basic room that faced the lot and heard the train at all hours. Also, I found the room to be tight once one piece of luggage was placed out for use. Staff was exceptional.

We reserved a suite; (247) which means we had a large room. The view directly outside was of the air conditioning units. The safe didn’t work which wasn’t an issue however there is an up charge of $31 a day for amenities that included the safe.
The restaurant food was very good and super large portions. We figured out we could share meals and have plenty of food!

There needs to be more basic items for purchase at the hotel store such as toothpaste and Advil. Small versions to tie people over.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was cozy with the lodge like atmosphere and rock fireplace. My suite was very nice and totally updated. Close to many walkable options. And the cruise port is right next door.

Room with balcony over water—a bit over-priced.

Overall the only thing that was good about this hotel was location. Certainly didn't feel like a four star hotel and definitely not worth the price. (Unless you are going on a cruise, and even then, I still wouldn't recommend staying here).
The room was tiny. Trains kept passing by all day/night and were loud if you are on the back side of the hotel. Hotel was showing its age, with everything looking old and smelling musty. The staff was friendly though.
