We got an early check-in which was very helpful, since we had needed to extend our stay after staying elsewhere. The flat was exactly what we needed, cosy, comfy bed, close to everything for eating out, space to relax, and good kitchen for eating in.

The property was a perfect base for a short break golfing in Perthshire. Small but comfortable and all you need is provided, although my son said the sofa bed in the living room was a bit firm and there was a bit of street noise. Right in the centre of Perth so really convenient for shops and excellent cafés and restaurants, we could even walk to one of the golf courses. Good communication from owner and simple directions with instructions on best places to park, if required. On main bus routes through the city and within walking distance from train station. A handy find.
