We saw this unique house the last time we were in seabrook and were very excited when it was available for this trip. My wife and teen daughter agree we’d happily book again. Great coastal vibe. Ample nice bedding, pillows, and linens. We cooked most of our dinners there and found the kitchen stocked with all the equipment we could have needed. View of the lagoon was great with plenty of wildlife to watch. One member of our family is VERY alligator avoidant, but managed just fine. We did have several sightings of “Angelina” but she stayed in the water, that we saw at least. She did come right up to the retaining wall beside the grill when we had steaks cooking.
A warning on beach parking. On our first day for the beach, a Sunday, all visitor parking at the beach access points were filled. People were parking on the grass around access 1 &2 so we also parked fully in the grass. We checked for signs, hydrants, proper distance from the corner. We even asked 2 couple walking by, but when we came back later there was a ticket on our windshield.
If you want to see the dolphins stand fishing, park at beach access 1 and walk north to where Kiawah and seabrook meet. They feed at low tide, +/-2 hours. Well worth it if you are an animal lover…and they decide to feed that day. Just stay back from the waters edge so they aren’t disturbed.

Wonderful villa to use as a base camp for the beach. Easy access to the beach and biking distance from posh little town center. Place was well appointed and very comfortable for a small family.

This was a perfect peaceful couples getaway. Perfect for two couples, location was great short walk to the ocean and looking over the lagoon was so peaceful. Felt like a tropical getaway.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the overall experience of both this home and Seabrook Island and the surrounding area!
First, the check in was a breeze. Vacasa who manages this home was great! They keep you informed and make the entire process very easy. They send you a number you can text with any questions and respond very quickly.
The home was ready at 4pm as promised and was clean. The pictures show exactly what the home offers and was very accurate. It’s absolutely adorable!
We stayed from a wed to Sunday and the space was plenty enough for this time and we are even talking about coming back with our 2 daughters. It would be fine for the 4 of us.
The bed we stayed in was very comfortable and we just used the other bedroom for all our stuff. There is 2 bathrooms which both have nice hot water and good water pressure! The bathrooms are small but adequate. Do be careful the floor is slippery especially in socks. They leave you lots of towels and they are nice and big and fluffy.
We didn’t do any cooking while we stayed but the kitchen seemed well stocked. There are 2 coffee pots, a keurig and one with a pot in the cabinet. Plenty of glasses, cups, silverware etc. it’s not a full sized fridge but big enough for your needs.
The view of the lagoon was really cool and we did get to see the Alligator 2 times, which was really neat. You are close the the end of the island so it’s a bit of a ride on and off the island but beautiful. You are also close to the pools, ocean and golf club if you use any of it.
I would like to add as far as the amenity card goes (this is through Seabrook island NOT Vacasa) , we tried to get info but we’re unable to really get a straight answer. Don’t waste your money ($100) during off season unless you know you will access the fitness center, tennis courts, golf or indoor pool. The restaurant were all closed while we were there and did use any of the other amenities. I wished we could have had more info as to what exactly we were getting for $100.
I highly suggest wandering onto Kiawah Island while you are there it’s beautiful as well and Horseback riding on the beach (which can be done without an amenity card) at the Seabrook Equestrian center was fantastic!
Vacasa checked in with us throughout our stay and was great and helpful with all our needs! We will absolutely be back and using vacasa again! This was one of the best vacations ever! So many wonderful memories!

Very cute property. Quaint layout for 4, however would be crowded with 6. Bathrooms are tiny with limited space for toiletries. Crocodile and bird watching was entertaining. Beautiful neighborhood.

The property is nice and the location is awesome just a couple of blocks from Beach Access. The check in process was not good, as we were told we could check in at 4pm and when we got there that was delayed for two hours and wasn't told why? By the time we were able to check in, a massive storm rolled in and we got drenched unpacking. The place was not big but fits our needs. The bathrooms could use an update. Our fridge compressor went out on Monday, our 2nd day. I texted the property manager and didn't hear back until Tuesday. They sent a technician out who confirmed the compressor went and they would see what they could do. They ended up bringing a small cooler and two bags of ice as there were no other options. We lost a lot of Groceries and had the inconvenience of not refrigerator the entire week, but when I asked for compensation they issued a $400 credit. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and the location couldn't be beat.

The pictures on the website are exactly like the cottage. It felt like staying in a treehouse for a few days! This was a great location that felt private, but very close to the beach and amenities. It was spotless when we arrived and everything was perfect for our stay.

We enjoyed this clean and cute place right on a little lagoon. It met all of our needs and was only 1/4 of a mile to the nearest beach access point. Not really for kids- perfect for a couple or 4 adults. Loved it!
