Cozy apartment nestled in downtown Dover. Complimentary bottle of wine and the unit was spotless! The water quality is not great so would not recommend drinking from the taps however the coffee station is wonderful and the bedrooms are spacious, tidy and comfortable! Great area for downtown access. Slightly small but overall a great place to stay if you’re looking for something close to downtown area.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Great location. Lots to do within walking distance. As most reviewers have stated, the steps are very steep but we were already aware of this fact. Very clean!

Nice area and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Be careful of parking though. We ended up getting towed because we parked in the wrong spot (our fault). We will stay there again if ever returning to Dover.

The property was very clean and perfect for our trip. We were close to town and walked to get coffee or food.

Travis has a great place in a fantastic spot. We found no issues with parking and getting into the unit was easy. The apartment was very clean and met our needs for a weekend stay. The stairs are very steep on both levels but it adds to the old home charm. I would definitely stay again! An absolutely delicious bottle of wine was left for us to enjoy, a nice touch thay was appreciated

Very cute little apartment in the heart of Dover. Very clean and easy to access. Parking was never an issue, within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants and Dover, easy to get to the train station and out to the coast. Great stay!

We had a lovely time visiting with family & exploring the quaint town of Dover. The location of the property is located perfectly downtown near the shops & cute little cafes. The only drawback of the property is the steep stairways, it made bringing the luggage up & down an arduous affair. But other than that it met our needs perfectly.

We had a wonderful time. The location was great for walking around downtown. Home was clean and comfortable. We were traveling with a toddler and small child so the two steep flights of stairs were challenging. If I had noticed that in the description we would have known to acquire gates. However, we were happy to be there and Travis was a great communicator and host.

My friends and I enjoyed staying at Trevor’s place. There was more than enough room for us 5. The house had everything you would need. We forgot shower towels and pots and pans to use for cooking but Trevor had both along with many other things such as some games and books. He was very good at communicating and responded quickly. I would definitely stay there again!

We we’re looking for a place close to UNH and found this perfect little spot in Dover. The property was exactly as advertised and the reviews were very accurate.
The space was perfect for our family but can see where the stairs might be challenging for older folks. The unit was very clean, beds were comfortable and stocked with everything we needed.
Travis was an awesome host. He answered questions promptly and was very helpful.
We will definitely keep this property in mind next time we are in the area.

We loved our trip and the location. My only wish is that we knew about the 2 flights of very steep stairs. My husband has a very hard time with stairs due to injuries as does my mom (due to age). If my dad had come, we would have had to find a hotel. It was a really beautiful apartment other than that.

We stayed here for a weekend (me, my boyfriend and two kids-11 & 1 year old). The apartment was clean and cozy and had all the essentials needed. The host was very responsive. We would book it again if we plan to stay in the area another time.

The place was perfect for us staying close to friends. It was a lovely clean little place. The porch outside needs to be replaced, it’s rickety. The stairs going up to the apartment and in the apartment up to the bedrooms are extremely steep and narrow. This is not a place for people who are elderly, have any mobility issues, or small children. It was hot when we were there and with only window AC it was loud. But the owners were thoughtful as the place is well stocked and quite comfortable.

Very clean and just like the pictures. Easy access to the bus for a short ride to the national mall!

I was unable to join my friends but they said that the place was wonderful!
Clean and tidy. Good communication and understanding of many changes. Willingness to work with us to make it fair in the end.

Quaint and convenient
A quaint multi-level apartment conveniently located with easy access to downtown Dover, Durham and roads to Maine and Portsmouth. Space for our family to both be together and find our own spots when we needed to.

Clean and Comfortable
Adorable apartment walking distance to downtown with many restaurants and stores. We didn’t spend much time there as we were mostly in Durham all weekend. Beds are comfortable and the whole place is very clean. My only negative feedback (more of a heads up to others) is very steep stairs into the apartment and up to the bedrooms, loud neighbors and the walkway dark at night to street. We found parking up the street only one spot upon arrival was open and each time we left they were gone. $27 to leave the car for the day on Saturday. My mom had a hip replacement and another family has a bad knee so they didn’t come over due to the narrow steep stairs. Lots of character though!
Overall great location, clean and nicely decorated!

Wonderful place to stay!
This is a wonderful place to stay. It is in the middle of Dover, so you are able to walk to all the little shops around. This apartment was very clean and well decorated. The host was very friendly and gave good recommendations for places to see and eat. We will be visiting again in the near future.

Great space, location, and attention to detail
We really enjoyed this apartment. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It's in a great location for exploring the town and many nearby restaurants. The owner was prompt at responding when we had a quick question and provided many extras that made us feel very welcome. I recommend and would stay here again if back in Dover.

Hidden Gem
The apartment was immaculate and tastefully decorated. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood yet just around the corner from several great shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was wonderfully quick and friendly. Next time we are in or near Dover you can bet we will stay there again.
