About this apartment rental
The view from our condo is like no other! The top floor really makes a difference! Our new glass balconies offer a spectacular full view of the beach. Lower floors can give you more of a dune view with some water, but at Casa Del Day, you enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf that only the top floor can provide.
In addition, our penthouse condo is situated in the upscale, private, gated Sunset Beach Community. Our pristine condition 4 Bedroom (3 full bedrooms and one hallway(2 XL Twin bunk room) and 3 Bath condo is located on the south (beach) side of 30A and is a short walk to the many restaurants, shops, and attractions (splash pad, playgrounds and more) at Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys Beach. Take our private elevator to the beach access and the exclusive heated, gulf-front pool overlooking the ocean (one of only a few on 30A) for Sunset Beach guests only. Dip in the pool and then down the steps to the beach! Well-equipped and maintained outdoor showers, foot rinse stations, and outdoor restrooms round out the fine amenities near the beach.
Casa Del Day was recently updated with high-end furnishing, professionally decorated with a classic coastal elegance design, and one of the few condos with a full island and bar with seating for three. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled, adding to the amazing accommodations. We also added a brand new air conditioning unit and hot water heater!
Each full bedroom has its own bathroom, and the home includes a full kitchen, stainless appliances, granite countertops, travertine floors throughout, flat-screen TVs, wireless internet (1000 gig download), fireplace, a large balcony overlooking the pristine emerald waters of the Gulf, gas grill, washer and dryer, private parking for two cars, and an open floor plan with unbelievable and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.
You can rent bicycles within walking distance at Peddler's of 30a. We do provide eight low-seated beach chairs. Umbrella and chair setups are available for rent right on the beach in front of our condo for your convenience. You can reserve in advance online by visiting www.ldvbeach.com select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach from the drop-down menu.

• Saturday to Saturday bookings are required during Spring Break & Summer seasons, and Saturday changeover day is strongly preferred during other seasons

We absolutely loved our stay! The view is breathtaking and the condo is gorgeous. Our 3 year old absolutely loved the little bunk bed room. The pool and beach were spectacular. Short walking distance to so many restaurants and shop. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). We will be back.

This was a beautifully appointed condo with efficient room for everyone. The young children loved sitting at a high top table for meals. There were two lounging chairs to reading, relaxing or having a cocktail while enjoying a beautiful view from the fourth floor. The living room, dining room & kitchen were very user friendly. We ate dinner out each night. Our host provided get ideas for restaurants. Everything was true as advertised.

Beautiful location, however, the rugs, living room sofa and chairs, patio furniture were not only dirty but very stained. The sheets on the one queen bed were so stained I washed them before the first night but the stains remained. The covers and rugs on the patio furniture and rugs are nasty. Did not receive parking passes in our packet. The elevator was a hit or miss operation - working sometimes and not others. Subpar lighting in the bathroom you enter from the hall and no instructions on how to operate the televisions which was challenging. Finally, setting the HVAC on 72 degrees was a waste of time as the setting would change to 75 on its own during the night. Perhaps my expectations were too high however with the rental cost being what it was plus the cleaning fee I was certainty expecting something much nicer insofar as cleanliness!

This condo is beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. The pool is great as well! However, the beach is insanely crowded, which made it more difficult with kids (limited space for them to play, weaving through people to get to the ocean).

This property is a beach paradise with the most beautiful views, easy beach access, and walking distance to the beautiful Rosemary Beach or Amy’s Beach shops. It is a quiet and peaceful property stocked with all you need to enjoy a get-a-way. And beautiful does not even adequately describe the condo! Truly felt like a home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay at Loy and Linda’s rental property!! The location could not be more perfect, right in between Rosemary and Alys Beach. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. The view from this property is unmatched and the proximity to the beach is so convenient. We also enjoyed going to the pool which was right along the beach. Loy was very accommodating and responsive before and during our trip (as was the property manager during our stay). I cannot speak of this property highly enough!! The only suggestion I’d give to Loy is to provide beach towels - we had to scramble and get beach towels not knowing the property didn’t provide. We assumed they had them since they had their own beach chairs for us to use.. which was SO nice (saved us $900 for the week to not rent chairs!).
Overall our family had a wonderful stay and already planning our next trip back to this magical place!

The house is beautiful and well appointed. Sits right on the beach in a beautiful area where you can walk to any number of restaurants and shops and lives up to the listing details. Let the renter beware though and I probably would not stay again only because of the beach situation….somehow the beach in front of the complex is “rented” to the hundreds of people in the Seacrest Beach area across 30A…. Our beach space was very limited and thank God the house came with beach chairs and umbrellas (I was here off season too) and you had to stake your claim every day. (Pool needs some updating too.). But the property itself was great.

We love this condo! This was our second time staying here and everything was great! You can’t beat the view. The pool was a little too cold for our liking, almost unusable but fortunately the beach was lovely!

Loved!!!!! The view from the porch is so fantastic we felt no need to rush to the beach. Elevators were easy, though I chose the stairs which made for great exercise. Everything we needed was in the place which is beautifully appointed. Host provided beach chairs and umbrellas - huge plus even though we brought our own. Hardest decision was whether we watched sunset from the porch or beach😉. Immediate response to any questions. Can’t wait to come back.

Great location, beautiful condo, well equipped!! Only minor disadvantage is not being able to set air conditioner below 72 degrees. Condo was warm for our liking at night. Otherwise, very nice!!

This condo was truly the perfect location with a short walk into Rosemary and Alys for shopping and food. One of our favorite parts aside from the view was being able to utilize the wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas provided with the unit. A lot of condos and homes in this area you have to rent beach service in order to have a prime spot on the beach but each morning we were able to be front row right out front while saving that added expense. The kitchen is equipped and the owners and management team were very well responsive. Our family would love to stay here again!

Casa del Day was fabulous! We visited with our two teenage daughters and they each brought a friend. The location was outstanding and the views were gorgeous. The layout of the condo is spot on. The beach chairs and umbrella are awesome to have to set up camp on the beach. The neighborhood was great for the teens to explore. The condo had everything we needed for a perfect vacation.

Amazing Stay
This property is truly remarkable. The view from the large balcony is incredible. The design and decor is comparable to that of luxury hotel. Each bedroom is large and has its own bathroom. My two children loved sleeping in the bunk quarters and even slept in every day. The location is easy walking or biking distance to the area attractions. Tons to see and do. It’s was a huge bonus having the pool that overlooked the ocean. The pool and pool area was never crowded and very clean. There were showers located in the pool area and outside near the beach. Loy was as an excellent host!!!! His communication was fabulous and he went above and beyond to ensure all our questions were answered very promptly. We never had an issues in the gated community parking as there were always spots available outside the unit. The attendants at the gate were very friendly. The beach is beautiful especially at night when the crowds settle down. There is the ability to rent chairs/umbrellas if you wish. However we had a larger family so decided to wake up a little early to set up and never had any problems. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. Thank you Loy for all your assistance and for the stay at your beautiful property. We had a very memorable vacation in 30A. Also on a side note, we did a beach bonfire one night on Inlet beach with a company called 30A Blaze that we highly recommend. We rented bikes for the week via Good Pedals in which we had a fantastic experience. Both had excellent customer service.

Nice condo
Our family of 6 stayed here and really enjoyed it. Right on the beach, we spent a lot of time on the balcony in the mornings and evenings looking at the ocean. The ocean is easy access and so convenient. We also walked to shops and dinners. This is a really good location. Nicely decorated just a great all around place to stay.

Impressive Views and Gathering Space!
We loved the gorgeous view and comfortable seating to hang with friends. The kitchen is huge and also had an ice maker! There were six of us celebrating our 40th birthdays together. We were all comfortable and had great space to sleep and get ready for the fun nights out. You can walk easily to Rosemary or Alys Beach for dinner, drinks, and live music!

Emerald Coast Paradise
It is hard to put into words how spectacular this property is. I will start with the most breathtaking view. When you walk into the property, you enter a nice size foyer area - - and then when you turn the corner, it is a straight shot to the ocean. The reaction from my children was priceless. The location is fabulous - walking distance to restaurants and stores, large balcony overlooking the water and a beautiful pool for a change of pace. We ventured out one day and rented a pontoon as well - which I highly recommend. The property is extremely clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and the decor carries a light and airy coastal vibe that anyone vacationing to 30A would welcome. If you are considering this property, I would not look any further. It's an emerald coast paradise that you will want to visit again. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful oasis
The condo was perfect for our family. We really appreciated the kitchen with everything we needed to actually cook meals. It was well stocked right down to toddler cups and utensils.
I do recommend renting beach chairs ahead of time during peak season. It secures a spot on a busy beach and is easy to cancel on the days you don’t want them.

Totally Fabulous!
This property is exactly as listed and absolutely stunning. It's clean, bright, modern, fully stocked, and within a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants of Rosemary and Alys Beaches. And of course, the panoramic view of the Gulf is truly breathtaking! I stayed here with a few friends for a 50th birthday girls' weekend, and we were all blown away by how beautifully decorated and serenely comfortable the condo is. Loy was a joy to work with and even went above and beyond to allow a local florist into the unit before our arrival. I highly recommend Casa Del Day and am already planning a return visit with family!

Thanksgiving at the beach
Coming to the beach at thanksgiving has become a family tradition. We have stayed at this complex numerous times. It’s a great location with amazing views and easy accessibility to restaurants, retail stores and special activities, and most of all, the beach. If I had one con it would be that this hidden gem is no longer hidden. Too much beach access for those not staying at this complex, but I have no idea how this can be controlled.
