About this house rental
Your journey to vacation bliss begins at "Grace Haven" (Formerly known as Flip Flop Therapy), a spacious, 3 story, 4 bedroom, 4 ½ bath, a home that will bring smiles to your face as soon as you enter. Our beautiful 2400 square foot beach home features light-filled living areas, 10-foot ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, ceiling fans, 4 porches, and a full-size washer and dryer - because sometimes you just have to do laundry even on vacation.
Ideally located about two blocks from our front porch is the 12,000 square foot Lagoon pool, a magnificent, relaxing retreat reminiscent of pools at the finest resorts. If you are looking for sand between your toes, you can either walk to the beach which is about 500 yards from our house or, you can call the free tram service, then hang out under the breezy fan on the front porch and wait to be picked up and transported, with your beach gear, to one of the most beautiful white sugar sand beaches in the world. Still sandy when you return home? Check out the outdoor shower on the locked bike shed behind the house.
The main floor great room has a large SMART TV and comfy furniture. Beckoning from outside the double French Doors, in our beautifully landscaped yard, is a dreamy white pergola complete with hammocks for relaxing between biking, swimming, shopping and eating.
If you enjoy grilling, the gas barbeque is also right out the back door just steps from the fully equipped gourmet kitchen which has quartz counters, a gas stove, stainless steel appliances, and an under-counter wine and beverage cooler. The dining room table comfortably seats eight with extra seating at the 13-foot kitchen counter which can also be used for buffet-style serving.
Our home, which sleeps 10 comfortably, has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bath, TV, and private porch perfect for morning coffee, catching the breeze while reading your favorite book, or experiencing the magical colors of the sky at sunset. The first-floor bedroom is ADA friendly with a king-size bed and wheelchair-accessible vanity and shower. On the second floor, the bunkroom sleeps 4 and is located in the front of the house. The 2nd-floor master bedroom, located in the back of the house has a king-size bed, double sinks, vanities, a separate tub, and a shower. The tower room, a private sanctuary, is located on the 3rd floor and also has a king-size bed.
GRACE HAVEN is also within easy walking and biking distance to shopping and dining in Seacrest, Rosemary, and Alys Beach. For adventures farther afield, the area boasts 18 miles of bike paths, numerous state parks, a Tom Fazio golf course – about 2 miles away at Camp Springs, deep sea, and lake fishing.
A leisurely 15-minute car ride on scenic 30-A takes you to Seaside, the quintessential beach town where the Truman Show was filmed. There you can enjoy weekly outdoor movies, a Saturday Farmer’s Market, dining, and unique shops. Speaking of shopping, a 15-minute ride to the East of our house will take you to Pier Park, a spectacular outdoor mall with shopping, more eating, a 16-plex movie theater and IMAX, and other tourist attractions.
We saved the WIFI info for last. Yes, we have WIFI although we hope as part of your experience you will be able to disconnect from work and life back home. Remember, you are on a well-deserved vacation.

Accommodation was great for 6 adults and two kids. Tram service to beach was excellent. The pool area was well maintained and supervised. The walk to the beach is 10 to 15 minutes. The house was well appointed.

We had a fabulous time! Great location, fabulous pool, responsive host and gorgeous weather. Beach access is smaller because of chair rental companies but clears out later in the day. We had a couple of great beach days at Inlet Beach which is only a couple miles down the road. Loved the crab cakes at the neighborhood entrance and always live music in the evenings. A fun time had by all!

Your house was great! We loved the layout. Everyone had ther own private space. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for our group of 9. Thanks for getting the high chair. The shuttles to the beach were so convenient and the lagoon pool was amazing!

The host, this home and the listing description were perfect! Our host was very kind and answering all of my 20 questions right before we got into the home. She was very patient and helped us through a few things.
The house was exactly as it should have been and was described to be. It was a beautiful home and a great space. Everything worked well!
This was our first trip to 30a. I give this five stars but coming to this area in the summer was so saturated and I’m not sure if we will do that again. Keep that in mind if you’ve never been to the area.
If we do come back, we will absolutely choose this home.

We loved our stay at Hollie’s home and would absolutely stay there again! Great location, safe, clean, plenty of space for everyone and nice amenities!! Take note: Hollie is nice enough to offer 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs that come with the house, but the area on the beach where you can place those chairs is very small and people are packed in like sardines. Make sure you book beach chairs way in advance so that you don’t end up on the back row, like us, with no view of the water!! It was $150/day to rent 4 chairs and an umbrella from the company that rents on the beach. I would ask Hollie for their phone number and plan in advance.

We had our family of 8 stay here (3 adults and 5 young adults) and had a blast! We usually stay in Rosemary Beach, but we were very happy here! The house is beautiful and comfortable, the tram service is great, and we could easily walk to all of the restaurants and activities! We loved being able to hear music every night in the pavilion if we so desired, and we also appreciated using the included bikes to sightsee down the quaint streets of Rosemary, Seacrest and Alyssa. We would definitely come back here on a future trip!

We spend every year at a 30A property and this one was fantastic. Lots of space and the owners are generous with the extras (bars of soap, extra linens, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc.) We would highly recommend this rental to friends. My only recommendation is to move the check-in time to 4PM and check out time to 10AM.

The home is both beautiful and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating with our needs. It was nice that hand soaps were in every bathroom along with extra toilet paper, especially when you are going for just a long weekend. It’s the little conveniences like these that make a difference. We will definitely be back just not soon enough. I definitely recommend Grace Haven to everyone looking to stay in Seacrest! You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful home with lots of room for 6 girlfriends to spend a weekend away from all our kids! Toiletries were limited, and we had buy wine glasses, but the location was perfect!!

House was beautiful and well-stocked with fantastic amenities. The pool was spacious and offered plenty of seating options and space where it never felt crowded. The dedicated beach space was entirely too small for the amount of homes in the neighborhood but that was the only drawback of the entire vacation. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with the property manager was top-notch.

Excellent property! We have been coming to Seacrest for 7 years and this is the 6th different property we have stayed at. I think it is the best so far! Grace Haven's location is fantastic...Judy a short walk to the pool and 20 steps to the tram stop. The place was incredibly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. This a place we will definitely stay at again!

As much as the location is great, that’s about the extent of it. Upon arrival the floors were covered in sand. Didn’t seem as if housekeeping vacuumed the floors at all. We immediately got out the vacuum and started cleaning the sand off the floors. The living space does not accommodate the amount of people the home will sleep. So for gathering around the tv or just to sit and chat with all the girls…didn’t happen bc of limited space. Upstairs bedroom doors to the outside would not lock and when the storm blew in, the doors blew open and were a struggle to close.
The tram pick up was fantastic! However, the amount of beach space that’s available for the area…insanely small. We were literally crammed in like cattle in horse trailer.
Unfortunately we will not choose this location again. We have stayed on 30A for years with this being our first time at Seacrest Beach but it will be our last! So sorry I don’t have more positives to write about.

The home was perfect size for 7 adults and 2 children. I am from Florida and very disappointed in what the beach has turned into there. The umbrella companies have ruined it for me. We will not visit that area again.

Perfect beach getaway
This house was perfect for our beach getaway. Being able to walk to the pool, the beach, and to shops/restaurants was truly the best! The house itself was extremely nice, well-decorated, and had plenty of space for two families to comfortably stay in. The property manager was also very responsive when we had a minor issue upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

The best " Therapy" we could have!
We had an amazing time at Flip Flop Therapy. The house is beautiful and spacious. We had the total of ten people in the house. The open kitchen, family room and dining room was put to great use by us. By the way the kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked everyday of our stay.
The house is in great location, definitely a key when travel with kids. We could walk to the pool and to the shops and restaurantes, if needed. The shuttle stop was besides the house, very convenient when you have kids and all the beach stuff to carry with you. We had the best time at the property, and Hollie was great answering question and giving all the assistance necessary.

The house was perfect with everything we could need! All we needed was our swimsuits & beach towels. Some homes do not even offer Salt & Pepper, but there was an amazing assortment of spices in the spice drawer. Big time PLUS for the chef in our family. Along with some cleaning supplies in the kitchen, it was perfect for two families with small kids. The house is close to the pool, beach, and shopping. The included bikes made it much easier to explore. They outside storage had all the beach necessities. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood three times and would DEFINITELY choose this house again! The host, Hollie, was happy & prompt to anything we had questions about- even after the trip when items were left at the house!

What can I say? Everything about this house is perfect! It is accessible for all, including any older family members you may have. The kitchen is so so well stocked with all the appliances, making it easy to have many meals at the house. However, you are also close to all the great things the location offers. The tram stop is just outside the front door. Hollie was extremely responsive with any questions we had. The bikes were extremely convenient. Hoping to return soon! The best vacation ever.

Fit Our Needs
Thank you to Hollie for making our stay stress free. We have nothing at all to complain about as we read the reviews and talked to Hollie several times before the trip. The beach with all the umbrellas was not a huge deal, one day we went to Inlet Beach and two other days we put down our stuff and enjoyed the water. If you are looking to lay out with space this is difficult.
As for the pool we went with 9 people and even at peak times were able to find some seats/lounge chairs. The community and the provided bikes allowed the teenagers some freedom while remaining in the neighborhood the whole time.
Hollie is super fast to respond to all questions and helped out things from dinner recommendations down to a Amazon delivery (you will likely get it a day later than they promise do to the mail process). We would stay at Flip Flop again.

All the bedrooms were a good size and had nice size closets, adjoining bathrooms and all upstairs ones had their own decks...so nice! The first floor bedroom was perfect for our elderly parents. The 2nd floor master was very nice and our kids loved the bunk room with the individual bunk lights and outlets! The 3rd floor suite was perfect for our 18 year old daughter and her friend...it was their little get away and they loved the widow’s walk!We had an issue with the microwave while we were there and Holly, the owner, had an electrician out within a couple of hours. She was quick to respond and a great communicator!The bikes they provided were a great touch...it was nice we did not have to rent them for the week. Lastly, the location was fabulous. Only 20 feet from the tram stop that takes you to the beach, a 5 minute walk from the little village area where we enjoyed Mexican one night and a Beer Pub another and about the same distance to the neighborhood pool. All in all, we would highly recommend staying at this house and will stay again when we head back to the area in the future!
