Seacrest has been rated among the best developments on 30-A and this house sits on the front row with beautiful gulf views, steps from the beach and pool. You won't need to take a 'second look' to know this is where you want to spend your vacation. This beautifully designed 3-story, 4-bedroom/4-bath beach house is spacious and has beautiful, unobstructed gulf views from the second and third floors. No need to go to the first floor for refills, the third floor features a wet bar with a refrigerator and sink (no ice maker). Two masters with king beds are located on the third and second floors. One has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower and the other has a rainfall shower and separate tub. Hardwoods and granite throughout make this house first-class all the way. The second bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and a small sleeper sofa with a private bath with double sinks & beautiful granite countertops. Downstairs the final bedroom has 3 twin beds and a double bed. Doors from the main area and the twin room access the fourth bath. All the bedrooms have balconies. You won't want to leave the house, but you must, to enjoy the 12,000 square foot pool steps away and the beautiful beach just across the street. A charcoal grill is available at the house if you want to cook out.
Beautiful Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach adjoin Seacrest and the town of Seaside is just 15 minutes away. Restaurants and shops are plentiful all along 30-A and you won't have to look far to find a spa including the Aquarius spa at Seaside.

We had a wonderful time in Seacrest Beach. The house was huge and close to the pool and beach!

I took six teens to Seacrest for three days and chose this home due to proximity to pool, beach, shops, and bike path. They kids had a blast and the location was spot on which made for an easy vacation. While beach and pool were crowded, we did find a less crowded public beach a mile away and the pool chairs opened up mid-afternoon, with a fun setting for evening swimming. Renting bikes for the kids was a hit, they were on the go. House had plenty of sleeping space.

I can’t say enough good things about our trip. The house was absolutely wonderful. I especially loved the third floor balcony at night overlooking the ocean. The location of the property was very convenient to the incredible pool area as well as very easy to walk across the street to the beach access.
If you are looking to stay here, I recommend reading up a bit on the Seacrest community and the town in general. There are a lot of things to know and our host sent a wonderful informative email prior to our arrival to help with that onboarding.
I plan on returning the next chance I have!

This was a girls trip and the Blue Dolphin Loop home was just perfect for the four of us! We enjoyed having our own bedrooms and our own bathrooms too. Each bedroom also had some type of balcony, and the rooftop deck was great to watch a sunset over the Gulf. The beds were quite comfortable and seemed to be newer. There was a little seating area behind the house near 30A, but it was a bit overgrown so we did not use it.
We rented bikes and ate breakfast at Raw & Juicy or Fonville each day. The last day we ate breakfast at The Pearl restaurant, which was great.
Seacrest is a beautiful community and we loved renting this home for our four day getaway. It is also only a five minute bike ride from Rosemary or Alys Beach, so there are lots of great dining options! Go and enjoy!
We spent half of the day at the pool and then we headed to the beach for the second half - chairs and umbrellas go to $45.00 a set instead of $90.00 at 1:00, so it worked out perfectly. The community pool even has a snack bar for lunch and drinks.

This was, by far, the nicest vacation property we have stayed at on VRBO. So comfortable and close to everything. PERFECT for a girls getaway!! Will definitely come back with family.

The location of this house is amazing. Walking distance to our some of our favorite places on 30A and great beach access directly across the street. The house was spacious with large bathrooms in almost every bedroom. Easy check in and check out with clear communication from the property manager. Loved our stay here and would definitely come back to this one.

We loved how central this location was to rosemary and Alys. The bedrooms are spacious and while we were up early with little kids, we really enjoyed a cup of coffee watching the sunrise from the roof deck. The house provided just the right accommodations for what we needed on this family getaway!

This was such a fantastic vacation and wonderful home. Rachel was always very helpful whenever we had questions. The home had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were comfortable, and the top floor patio was amazing! Beautiful ocean views and a great space to hang out after our kiddos went to bed. It was a short walk to the beach and pool, and not too far to most restaurants and shops! We would definitely stay again.

Awesome Location and Perfect House
This property has everything you need. It's a great location and plenty of space for a large family. We ended up walking to just about everywhere, including the beach. The owner was great to work with. We hope to stay there again for another beach trip next year.

Large House Perfect for Two Families
We needed a house with 2 Primary Bedrooms, so we booked this house and loved all the space. Every room has their own ensuite bathroom, so everyone had their privacy. The location was wonderful - just a short walk to the pool, the beach, and shops. We had 3 designated parking spots, the AC kept us cool, and we got restful sleep. The owner was very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question, such as where to rent beach chairs/umbrellas in advance. I would recommend this house if you're looking to stay in the Seacrest Beach area.

Peaceful Trip
We really enjoyed our stay at Second Look. The neighborhood is so nice and the house is only a short walk or tram ride to the beach. My kids loved exploring on the bikes that we rented. It is such a lovely area and we hope to go back someday.

Wonderful property with plenty of room to spread out. It's a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We loved the Seacrest community - extremely safe and family friendly. There was an issue with the air conditioner on the main floor which was resolved immediately. The owner was extremely responsive.

We had a wonderful trip!
My family enjoyed our stay in the beautiful home. My 2 teens stayed downstairs, my mother on the 2nd level, and my husband and I stayed on the 3rd floor with the incredible deck. We could see the sunset on the gulf and it was incredible. The owner was responsive to our communications and provided a great home for our family for Christmas!

Great place in an amazing location
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property just off of 30A. It's in such a great location - walking distance to everything you want, and it's also a very nice and safe area. We had a long weekend getaway for our family, and it's definitely a place where we'd be glad to stay again. The communication with the property manager was excellent, and everything went fairly smoothly overall for our entire stay.

Beautiful house, great location, needs some maintenance issues to get 5 stars
This house has a great layout and is in a fantastic location- quick walk across 30A to the beach access, easy walk to Rosemary, and easy access to the big Seacrest pool. The house was very clean.
The house would be five stars with a few changes. The most important one is more effective window coverings in the top floor master bedroom. At night, the room is very bright and the window coverings let the light through. One exterior spotlight from the house next door shines directly into the room and at the bed. When that light is off, the streetlight below keeps the room very bright. If we had a darker bedroom I would have given the house four stars.
Other issues: The top floor refrigerator and ice maker were both out of order. Not having these (and not having working cold water in the sink next to them) really detracted from the functionality of the top floor deck. Anyone wanting to have appetizers or cocktails on the gorgeous deck needs to drag everything up several floors.
An area rug in the dining room would up the very scratched floor and make the room look a lot better.
All that said, it is hard to beat the layout and location of this house.

There were a couple of things inaccurate from the listing. 1 being there is no table or umbrella on the balcony deck, which was a big reason we chose this place. There is also no bikes that are shown in the property pictures, however you can rent them from peddlers pavilion which is close by. The door to the 3rd floor master balcony was locked with a key which we could not find to open it. The shrubs on the side are overgrown so it’s almost impossible to access the outdoor shower and the back patio area could use some sprucing up because the furniture is hidden in overgrown trees, bushes, etc. if i had to guess, the owner is probably not aware but would have these things fixed as she was very accommodating with certain requests we had. Beds were incredibly comfortable, it is very well stocked, and overall we had a lovely time. Would definitely recommend.

Our visit was great. The location was so close to everything. I suppose the only drawback is the fact that everyone has found out what a gem Rosemary Beach is.....too many people! But that has nothing to do with our nice house and location!!
