Bad customer service

This is a very clean hotel.

I asked for a room with a bath. And on booking.com the bath symbol showed up. I even clicked on needs to have a bath on the filters. I also emailed the hotel to check if the room definitely had a bath. I was upset when I arrived as the manager and owner basically wouldn't help and said I would need to pay $30 for a room with a bath. There was no apology or attempt to understand my point of view.

Good but can be better

Housekeeping service - they just forget to replenish /change something each day - no toilet paper one day, no cleaning up for first day, no shampoo on last day.... 😅 Super expensive breakfast usd8 but luckily there are good cafe and food around. Wanted to extend just one room for 3 hours on our last day as our flight were at night, After all, we had booked 6 rooms for 6 nights, so we thought they could give us favourable extension. But was told to book for one night instead, non negotiable at all. 😔

The facility did not meet my expectation.

The staff was helpful.

The air conditioner refrigerant was leaking for 2 nights and mini cockroaches kept crawling out from the toilet window.

Très confortable et tranquille.

J'avais une réduction pour chambre double, la chambre que j'ai eue ressemble aux chambres simples. Pas de gel douche ni savon pour les mains et quelques cheveux dans la douche. Le wifi s'est coupé à 10h du matin le jour du départ quand le check-out est jusqu'à 12h.

Very comfortable, nice and modern, great value for money

Really nice and modern room and bathroom. Good distance from the airport.

I didn’t have any hot water, it wasn’t clear when the restaurant was open and both times when I tried to get food (6:30pm and 9:30am) it was a no. food pretty expensive.

Staff were the best part about the hotel. Incredibly friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Stay was ok for 1 night

It s a modern hotel. It takes about 20 to 30 min by tuktuk to the center. Free refill water is provided. Bed was comfy and clean. There s a fridge in the room.

The staff was not that friendly (no warm welcome or saying goodbye). For checking out 1-2 hours later, they wanted to charge 8 dollars for each hour extra. Means for staying 2 hours longer it would be 16 Dollars. I payed 18 dollars for the whole night - ridicolous to charge that much. Just wanted to have a shower before the flight. Also that was not possible. So i had to rush back from the city only to shower before 12 o clock . In all other cambodian hotels or guesthouses it was never an issue to check out a bit later for free! In the bathroom was foreign hair in the area of the water basin and the shower wall. The bath mat was wet and used when i checked in and toilet paper was missing. They fixed that, but did not even do the used mat from the previous guest out of the room. Through the ac came smoke in. Obviously smokers that went on the balcony smoked next to where the ac soaks in the air. You hear all the time the elevator bell and also guests in the house. There s a gap under the door of the room. The staff didnt give me any information for sightseeing etc. Most of the staff spoke only very little english.
